There was lots of space, a variety of things to do (huge pool, pingpong, putting green, hot tub), and a warm, relaxing vibe. Good breakfast in a fun, funky space. The staff were súper nice. We’ll be back!

Noise from the highway 101 was annoying. On second floor no elevator. Hard to negotiate large suitcases. Very convenient to Town Center shops and dining. Included breakfast was satisfying.

This is an older facility. Although the carpet and wallpaper are dated the furniture is modern. The rooms are very large. The mini kitchen is great. The breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. A lot of the parking spots are narrow.

Pros: Location is on a good area, minutes from a great shopping plaza and right off the freeway. Room was clean, had a fridge and asked for a microwave. Check in was quick and smooth. Free breakfast, although we didn’t try it. Cons: parking was pretty crappy. It was full at night and any cars taking up 2 spots. This didn’t make it easy when traveling with a baby. Assigning parking or enforcing proper parking would be nice. Towels were rough. Room overall could use a little upgrade. A couple outlets didn’t work, including one of the lamp lights. Called for a baby crib and extra blanket, was told they were out due to being fully booked. I get the crib, but no extra linens? That’s crazy given accidents can happen and guests may need additional linens/towels. Overall I’d stay here again but for the price they need to up their service and buy more linens.

Breakfast Menu was fresh and varied, Hot tub seated 9# and was very good. Many other options on site for activities - putting golf, basketball, large swimmining pool, shuffleboard, sitting areas, and exercise room. It had a great area for dogs and only charge $30 per visit (accommodation).

This is an amazing property. Love all of the amenities is has to offer. The complimentary breakfast was top notch with freshly cooked options. The only recommendation would be a gym refresh. The equipment is out dated and has very few options. Would absolutely recommend.

Its a totally quiet place and quite huge og a property. Since I am a swimmer, I wouldve like to have been closer to the pool. Definitely got my exercise! Was disappointed because the website said heated pool and 2 spas. The pool was not heated and the one spa that I saw, was very broken, for a while-it looked like. The rooms were nice and the pool is huge and amazing. There was a small workout room. ALL of the workers were very nice and courteous. The breakfast was great with alot of options. The people in the cafeteria were very nice and kept the place nice and clean.

In my opinion, this hotel is highly overrated. Notably, there is no elevator for the second floor, and inside the unit, there is a noticeable smell of mold and numerous cobwebs on the ceiling. Moreover, there are other places within a 10-mile radius that offer better quality at nearly the same price. After checking in and seeing our unit, it became evident to me that the price they charge is not justified by the accommodations provided.

Very friendly staff but the rooms were really worn down. Lots of mold in the bathroom, very old lumpy mattress, and peeling paint. I wish I’d brought flip flops to wear in the room on the ancient carpeting.

I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness in our room. The room did not smell fresh and clean. The bedspread, sheets and pillows seemed old and had body odor smell. Plus older remodeling showed age, old paint, scratches, and old caulking with dirt in crevices. A turn off. I will not stay there again especially with the expensive pricing $200 plus per night that they hammer you for. . A rip.

Staff was pleasant and responsive. Efforts to make the travelers comfortable was noticeable, water, coffee and cookies at the lobby etc. The place might be old but it was well maintained, beds were very comfortable, All in all, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

The property is older but well kept and rooms were clean. The staff was nice and check in was easy. I was not concerned about our safety.The parking spots a a tight fit for my mid sized SUV. I had to park further away from my room than I prefer but the hotel was also at capacity. There was no microwave in the room which I expected at the price I paid. Overall our stay was good.

I think a great deal for the price in that area. Fairly suburban location with restaurants and a brewery in "town center" across the street. IE...you can walk to them! Otherwise, you really need to drive to go out. Bed was a little tired but still comfy. Room was very clean...just not brand new. Shower was a little cramped...but was simple and worked great! Liquid personal care options were very nice. AC/Heat was great because I could keep the fan going...no disruptive on and off noise variation. And it was not super loud. BIG points for that! Great natural light in my second floor "deluxe" room. And I could open one of the windows quite widely! Hot breakfast was decent. I enjoyed it. Only actual "complaint" is that WIFI slowed down during the evening. No doubt due to heavy use. But it still worked fine for basics. Pool looked very nice! (I was there in February) I was there for over a week riding my bike around the area. Great launching location for that (fwiw). I would definitely stay again.

Nice complex with picnic tables, basketball hoop, miniature putting green and fantastic pool. The deluxe ground floor courtyard rooms had private lanais that opened onto green space equipped with chairs to sit outside to relax. The decor was older but well maintained. While the complex was just off the freeway, it was reasonably quiet of street noise. No in room safes & while there are in room refrigerators, there was no microwave in our room. Morning breakfast was very good for an included one & dining area was very nice surprise. Only complaint was that TV options are limited to those with commercials, no pay per view or SMART TV options available. Good value for the money. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed the full breakfast that was included. The fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Will stay here again. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Had a basketball court, pool, lounge patio and breakfast hall. Only thing poor was the wifi. We were at the very back of the property and the wifi dropped every 5 mins. Hopefully that gets fixed !

The room was good size. It has a private balcony that you can enjoy. There was an area near the door to the balcony that was wet. I love how bright the light is in the bathroom. There were plenty of shampoo and body wash. However, I am disappointed how low the pressure was of the shower head. It took a long time to rinse my hair. The bed was also too soft. I sank where we slept and it was not comfortable.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the air. The mattress is very uncomfortable felt like the sheet underneath needed to be pulled, but that wasn’t the issue. There was something wrong with the mattress. Other than that the room the service everything was excellent.

Our first night the heater in the room didn't work, the front desk sent someone to repair but instead we were asked to leave it on blowing clod air until it warms up, which of course didn't work. The front staff was not empathizing and didnt seem to care. We spent the night without a heater, until the next morning, they sent someone who seem to know what they are doing and reset the thermostat. The hotel is generally dated, the staff not the most pleasant towards guests. The only positive aspect was comfortable beds.

Really enjoyed my second stay at BW Corte Madera. The staff is so helpful and prompt - needed help with my TV and they were there within five minutes. Also I forgot some of my person belongings and they called me immediately so I could return for them. Breakfast is delicious and such a treat to have a hot breakfast as part of the reservation. Room was clean and comfortable and I heartily recommend this hotel!

I would not stay here again. The front desk staff was incompetent. I asked where I could shop for swimwear nearby and they said Safeway. I had to explain that Safeway is a grocery store that does not sell swimwear. There were people playing basketball outside our room at 2am. There were earwigs crawling around in the bathroom. We left at 3am because it was so bad.

On 2 occasions the staff went above and beyond, the first was when we wanted to play ping pong but there appeared to be no paddles to play with and a kind maintenance man searched high and low until he came out with new paddles and balls for us to play with. The 2nd was when we learned we'd somehow left behind a favorite stuffed animal, Mike, the night receptionist took time to find it for us and leave directions to have it sent back to us the next morning! Both of these show how service oriented the staff at this property are!

Conveniently located for a post Muir Woods day and near a couple of shopping malls with lots of dining choices. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. Decent breakfast buffet included in our stay. No charge for parking. Resommend!.

The hotel is older, but it turned out to be very quiet and comfortable, and a good nights rest is the goal. An excellent location close to everything. We had a wedding at the Presidio and we were there in 12 mins!

The rooms were very clean with decently comfortable beds. The location is great with shopping and restaurants in a mall right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with many good options. Our favorite part was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, which were both large and very clean.

Our room was comfortable, clean, serviced upon request. Do NOT do the breakfast here, so if you are looking for nice breakfast like some hotels do, this is not it! Powdered eggs, frozen potatoes (tasted frozen). The staff everywhere were very polite and friendly. It is convenient to Highway 101, and a nice shopping mall with fair restaurants across the street - Starbucks, Safeway, Il Fornaio. It was a convenient place for us to stay.
