The property is rundown. Unfortunately, a brand new hotel has been built right next to it, which adds to the tired look. The floor of my room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The room had an outside door which did not properly lock nor did the inside door properly lock. The window in the room did not properly lock. I did not feel safe staying here. The bathroom was clean. I could not adjust the temperature in the room at all on the wall mounted thermostat did not respond to the setting I entered and I could not enter a setting on the unit itself. Also, I noticed a rat trap on the floor in the check-in area which was very disconcerting.

It was the most affordable in town although very run-down. Carpet, sheets, etc were damp humid feeling. We had the air on but I think it was just the fan blowing air.

Had some kinda chemical smell that made your eyes burn but still smelled weird. Sprayed so air freshener and helped some. The sheets didn’t even fit the bed nor stay on. I got several spider bite while sleeping. Was worried they where bed begs but went to the dr and just spider bites. Was some what clean but could of been a lot better

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. It was great for a place. I just wanted to sleep. I forgot to bring my cable so I couldn’t connect to my devices and that was a little bit of a drawback, but I wasn’t there very much since I was visiting. Overall a great place to stay overnight.

The room was newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable and sheets and pillows very clean. For budget hotel it was a nice stay. No real breakfast. Pastry and coffee or orange juice.

It’s a fine room for the night, which is why we use it. We have friends near that have a home where we stay during day/evening and go to hotel to sleep. The only issue is that my mom was with us. She’s short. She couldn’t get into the bed-it was too high. Luckily, I had a step in my car and she used it to get into/out of bed. She’s 4’11”. If you are 5’ and under you will have an issue with the beds. I’m 5’7” and had no issues.

The young woman who checked me in was delightful! Downhill from there…Air conditioning wasn’t working, no room cleaning or fresh towels ( I went to the desk for fresh towels), badly needs updating.

Carpet in room was not clean. Closet shelves were coming loose from the wall. Breakfast consisted of one convenience store pastry, coffee and orange juice. No cereal, milk, fruit or fresh anything. Bathroom was clean. Pillows were well-used.

Was a typical Super8 basically. 1 big complaint was the room temperature control. They installed a little box you used to adjust the room temperature. It was set at 59 when I walked in. I set at 70 initially, then 73 later when 70 was still a little chilly. Left the room to get some food & it had been changed to 63. I'm assuming the reason for installing these boxes was so they could change the setting from the office. My other complaint is regarding check-in. Check-in at 3 means 3 & NOT BEFORE!! There were 3 cars in the lot when I arrived shortly after 2. I was told I couldn't check-in until 3 smh, Apparently they wanna keep the temperature setting at 59 as long as possible to save money. Who cares what the customer needs/wants. Amazing

We have been renting suites for the last couple years for the comfort. This had no comfortable place to sit. Only 2 hard back chairs. Also the shower was dirty, the coffee maker was missing pieces, (so didn’t work). But the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean.

The main lady at front desk during daytime was rude after her housekeeper skipped us and didnt put up do not disturb sign so they would come in yet ran laundry down right afte rhse passed me up and that lady was flat out rude already was nit friendly nr welcoming/helpfuland had to fule disut3s with bank to get th stupid 50$ deposits back just ridiculous...... but the younger male at night was actually super kind friendly and extremely helpful especially with tv remote not working he spent 3hrs to fix it and called in help even he was super and very accommodating if not for the female i would have rated higher they should lose her keep him and thungs would be perfect for guests then!!

This was a good hotel for what I needed. I stayed overnight with my dog and it was fine. It was previously a smoking room and had some cigarette burn marks on the tub and it a lingering smell of cigarettes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for the price.

The so called "free breakfast" was virtually non-existent. There was coffee, hot water for tea, a few packets of mini muffins and mini pastries and NOTHING ELSE!!!! No juice or milk, no cereal, no oatmeal, no toast, no fruit. I went to the front desk to ask when breakfast was, thinking I had gotten the time wrong, and was told that was it. Also, when I checked in, my TV did not work and it took more than a half hour and two phone calls to get it fixed. The main light fixture in the room was on a timer and kept switching off after several minutes. Front desk folks were not friendly. The room was adequate for a night\'s stay but clearly the staff wanted to spend as little money and effort to cater to their guests. I was not expecting the Ritz, but I have stayed in other Super 8s where the service, the room amenities and the breakfast was much better. Very disappointing.
