Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Dorado Hills by IHG

Great place, enjoyed it with the family. The elevator was broken but that’s the only downside we had.

I was on a 3 week vacation. Stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Starting with the lady who checked us in. She was so nice and professional. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We will stay here again if traveling to Placerville.

My Lakeview balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and well equipped with frig and microwave. Elevator still not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Breakfast was also great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh pancakes and great cinnamon rolls. Staff was very friendly.

Stopped by on the way to Tahoe. Good clean room.

Room and service was great. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the elevator not working for the 3 nights we stayed and still not fixed after we left.
