It was fine for a one night stay but for sure needs some love. Rooms and carpets are run down, lots of stains and just not very clean feeling. The staff is nice and helpful, parking is easy.

The check-in process was horrible. I had made reservations and paid in advance. The staff spent over 15 mins trying to locate a room. I had forgotten to ask for a disabled access room when the reservation was made. I asked for a ground floor or a room near the elevator. One of the clerks said that she remembered me from previous stays. I was advised that they located a room and gave me keys to Room 205. I went to the room, used the key to open the door, and saw there was luggage in the room, the bed messed up, and a cell phone on the bed with a charging cord attached. I went back to the front desk and informed the staff that the room was occupied. The male clerk asked if the room was not made up? I replied that it was occupied. Her stated that it should not be. He and the female clerk began checking a printout sheet and the computer and asked me to have a seat. After 10 mins, they said they found a room and it was Room 325. The male clerk escorted me to the room, which was far from the elevator. I asked if I could change rooms the next day and was assured that I could. The following day, Friday, 24 April, I asked to be moved to another room that was disabled accessible or nearer the elevator. He asked if I was extending my stay. I replied that I had reservations through Sunday. He said, "No, we are all booked up." Later that evening, I found the motel was not full and observed someone check in that did not have a reservation. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean.
