Not sure if the building was going through construction or updating but the areas were not clean. In the room there was tile that was scratched up and baseboard damaged. The bed was old and I was very disappointed in the Wyndham product.

Upon arrival, the lobby was very hot. Entering the room, a STRONG smell of bleach welcomed us. Strong to the effect of I was already experiencing breathing problems. The bathroom seems unsanitary to use. Curtains were unhinged which you would wanna keep clothes because you don't not see the freeway as your view. After these few observation and the obvious reaction to the chemicals, we have decided not to stay. Mind you this is just the first 20 minutes of the check in process. Not to mention online it stated Parking was free and I was charged $10 for it. Obviously, it's not about the money, I don't know exactly how I am being refunded in terms of incidental deposit and Parking deposit, etc., but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just for the leisure part of it and working in the hotel business for over 20 years. this is something that's just not acceptable. With a highly recommended site for hotels I would extremely advise someone from your team to investigate. Assess it. If the company wish to continue with this property.

Terrible experience. Prepaid for a room and when I got there at check in time they said that all the rooms are full.. so I had to wait another hour. Once they finally gave me a room , I went in and it was dirty. So I left my stuff there and they told me they’re super busy but they’ll try to do my room next. Check in was at 3 I didn’t get the room until 5. I had an event I had to get ready for and was 3 hours late for it. They did nothing to accommodate for this terrible experience either. The room lights wasn’t working so I was in the dark, and I also saw a bug on the bed which was so disgusting. I hope they learn to keep the rooms open for people who prepaid in advance. Overall , terrible experience and would not recommend.

I just checked in Friday July 31st @8pm I checked out same night Friday @11 , I couldn’t get into my room I had to ask for help, which is fine but I had roaches in my room and hair in my shower everywhere x I went back to tell the manager he was off. I wasn’t happy I paid 400 until Monday morning and I didn’t even sleep there. Unfortunately the place was just not okay.
