Econo Lodge Hesperia - Victorville I-15

We called the property and asked if they have truck and trailer parking and they told us yes. We got there and they definitely do not have truck and trailer parking. Had a non smoking room. We had cigarette burns in the blankets and the pillow cases. The rooms were nice other than that.

Check in was smooth and Brent was awesome! Felt safe there with my child as they have a very strict no vaping, no marijuana, no cigarettes, no e-cigs policy. The parking lot is enclosed so there’s only one way in and out. The breakfast bar in the lobby was is cute and well stocked.

The staff was very nice and the area was quiet. Room was nice and clean. Parking right in front of room. Nice breakfast in the morning as well.

The room has a couch, and it was so dirty. You’re the new want to sit on it😡 the ice bucket was filthy.

The room was nice and cleaned. However, the bathroom was different story. The hair dryer was exposing the electrical components which is super unsafe especially having small children running around. The shower head had soap scum build up. This place advertises that they have breakfast, well its very disappointing. They only offer Danishes juice and coffee and fruit. More like a snack bar. They had a pancake maker but that wasn't up and running

When I arrived to the hotel the clerk couldn’t find my reservation, then when I was situated inside my room I noticed a weird odor inside the room and it was very unpleasant and caused me a headache and to make things worse I found a dirty tampon behind the night stand and a dead bed bug in between the sheets, overall I was so disappointed that I didn’t even spent the night at this hotel this will be the last time I book at this location.

The beds were pretty terrible, very hard, sheets were torn and very thin. Bathroom was tiny and bathtub was pretty filthy. We come to the area often and won’t stay here again.

We arrived around 11pm after a long day of travel. My bed was not fully made, chewing gum and soap wrapper in the trash can, soap bar opened and water trickling. I was tired, decided to sleep on it, did ask for partial refund which was denied.

I mean. The place was pretty clean. It is RIGHT NEXT to I15 so it's pretty much loud all the time. If youre used to that kind of noise then you should have no issues. I struggled to have a hot shower in the morning. Eventually I gave up and settled for a luke warm shower at best. Which was really d is disappointing. But it was safe, clean and easy to get in/out of.

The hotel is remodeling the rooms and so we got to stay in one of those rooms. Comfy bed and area close to a lot of eatery places.

Easy access from I-15 or Hwy 395. Plenty of restaurants. Walmart, Walgreens, etc. Newly renovated. Large room. The noise from I-15 was ongoing throughout the night. Slept pretty good; just thinking it could have been better.

The room is totally acceptable for a cheap motel. The location is right off the interstate and super loud; I slept poorly. Spend an extra $20 for a hotel with interior room if you value a good nights sleep.

The hotel is right next to the 15 Freeway and is extremely loud. It sounds like they are driving right in front of your room…all night long. When we got there my wife went to the room first and when she went inside the door handle came off and she was locked in because they only give you one key, which she had. The guy had to come get here out and we switched rooms. I wouldn’t choose this location again because of the extremely loud freeway traffic.

It was good for what we paid for... the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bathrooms are small with the shower and toilet in the room together. Cleaning crew came in but didnt take the trash or change the sheets. They only came in and brought new towels... which we didnt ask for.

The hotel room is nice. It looks exactly like the picture. It's very big inside, has decent internet, and has a tile floor. The only downside to this place is the bed being hard. Many like hard beds, though, but I don't. Also, the breakfast isn't great. They only have pastries, OJ, oatmeal, bananas, and pancakes that aren't that great. I'm ok with the lousy breakfast because the price is low there, but some months the price will be over 400. That's when I think they need to start beefing up the breakfast. One can't complain when it's cheap, but when it's over 400, yes we can.

I rented two rooms and there was no hot water. Terrible experience

The owners and family are very nice and helpful people. The reason for 3 stars on area: Victorville has become a lousy place; gang ridden with lots of boom cars and crime. I lived close to there for over 60 years and was grateful upon escaping from the area. I gave staff 4 stars instead of 5 because the morning front desk redneck, with a long and dirty beard belongs back in the backwoods of Missouri or Mississippi from whence he seems to have crawled out of. I had an issue connecting to the internet, and when I explained how I had followed the instructions but it wouldn't connect, he gave me the same exact instructions. When I told him that I had followed those same instructions precisely several times, he quipped, "Well, that's your problem." He then began to get argumentative, and at that point, having no interest in dealing with a snotty redneck, I told him that I was not going to argue and walked out. Later that day, I explained it to the new front desk person, who was very nice, and a short time after that, I asked the owner's daughter about my internet issue, and she troubleshot and rectified the problem instantly. When I told her about my experience with redneck from the Deliverance movie, both she and the other front desk person were aghast and extremely apologetic. Based on their understanding, I just added back the 5th star since it is unfair to ding the family that strives to give guests their best. A great family that makes a miserable town less miserable!

Nice place close to the freeway and lots of stores

I was bummed to learn we had to pay a 100 dollar additional fee. Even though it should be reimbursed, we were not told of this fee when we booked through expedia. The road noise is intense so bring ear plugs and a white noise machine.

Property was dirty and unkept. Trash, dog poop and food scrapes throughout the property and parking lot. I’m a single female and was very uncomfortable leaving the room. People outside hanging in the parking lot partying. Night time turned into fight and yelling. Very unhappy!!!!

The hotel is right adjacent to freeway so can be noisy. My room on 1st floor smells, and I had to open door to vent fresh air in. No coffee maker in guest room. Breakfast option is limited but the pancake tasted great. Staff is friendly. Some guest vehicles look suspicious. I recommend to stay at other hotels if you can afford slightly more.

This place is great. Always clean, always quiet, and they give a little free breakfast.i don’t think I’ve ever paid over $100 for a room no matter what day of the week.

Good sized room with comfortable bed, small desk, refrigerator, and microwave. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast featuring a self contained pancake machine - unique and entertaining - and they were good. Good value for the buck

Front check in office was very clean and organized, however it stated having free Continental breakfast, but when I went to check out at approx 10 , there was nothing laid out on the table area except the coffee machine.
