Just soooooo old and not updated. Hilarious really. My $635 room was a twin bed. I felt like I was at summer camp. Staff was excellent.

Property was amazing but it needs to be updated. Buildings are old so need to be renovated. But it’s in an amazing location

The rooms were extremely run-down and tired-looking. We were on the ground level and heard everything above us, super loud, and the rooms don't get dark. The hotel seems to cater primarily to its members, and at times it felt more like a summer camp than a luxury resort. During our stay, the pool was closed for an entire day after a child had an accident in it. On the days it was open, it was so crowded that there wasn't an inch of space. We weren't able to use the pool once, and it was a major reason I booked. Finding a beach chair was nearly impossible, as large families would reserve multiple chairs for one another and leave them unused for hours. This was the biggest hotel disappointment I've had, especially given how expensive it was. I only wish I had spent more time reading reviews before booking.

There were mice in our room - next day the hot chocolate packets were eaten through and rug was chewed up with mouse poop on floor. First time I have seen rodent infestation this bad at a hotel. Also security staff was rude and disrespectful- I was at the beach and he asked inquisitively in front of my kids and other guests whether I was a guest. I told him I was and he just walked off. I followed him and asked him why he asked and he blamed it on his own staff and said I needed a flag on my chair which I didn’t have. I asked if I can then get a flag. He reluctantly with a sigh said yes. Why did I have to ask for a flag if that is the reason why I was singled out?! Poor staff training and disrespectful security. Mouse infestation is a health hazard and should be dealt with. I provided photos of the mouse infestation to staff.
