Abundant parking but with a fee. However, spots are narrow. There was a random basketball hoop in the parking area. The parking is also not that well lit, so beware. All staff members that we encountered from Bonna in the front desk, to the breakfast ladies- were super kind. The room was clean but VERY DATED. The sofa/sofa bed has definitely been used and abused. There are little sandbits or piling from the sofa cushions, it felt really gross when sitting down with shorts. The pillows were super flat. The bed itself is comfy but nothing amazing and not what I expected from a Marriott property. The lighting was terrible- soft yellow, making the room very dark. Switches for lights are awkwardly placed. The worst of all was the bathroom, the water pressure was terrible. For some reason there were ants, and we couldn’t find where they were coming from. The highlight is the delicious breakfast and the options available. However, it was inconsistent. There was one day that there were waffle makers out and lots of options, the next day- those options weren’t there. And that was on a weekend. The pool was also nice, heated and clean. Towels are self-serve. Location is good if you’re staying for an extended period of time, close to Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, UTC and some other shopping. Probably would not stay here again.

There are too many good options, to choose this terrible option. The supervisor, whom decided to take over the check-in from her lobby employee, was rude to me and the check in clerk. They charged for handicap parking (which is illegal). She tried charging me for early check in, without first giving me the option to wait an hour. She was terrible and deserves to be fired. The room was disgusting. It was very noisy all night. My advice is to find another place to stay.

Darkest hotel room I've ever stayed in and I'm 70 years old. Very dark even on a sunny SoCal day with every light in the room turned on. Just 1 night but couldn't wait to get out of there.

The manager (I forgot his name), but he was a thin hispanic man (worked on Friday 7/17 at 4:30pm), did an excellent job of accommodating our needs. I even saw him picking up trash at times to help maintain the property. The breakfast staff was also so so accommodating. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it!!!
