Very Disappointing Experience We booked two rooms through a third-party website and had already paid for both. At check-in, we told the front desk that one room was for a family with a baby and requested a crib. We were told it would be provided, but there was no crib in the room. Our lake-view room was also full of mosquitoes and did not feel properly cleaned. When we complained, we were told that the hotel had just hosted a concert and the staff were too busy to properly prepare the rooms. I do not think this is an acceptable excuse. Even more concerning, the front desk accidentally charged us for an additional room even though both rooms had already been paid for. We were told the employee was new and that the refund would take 3–5 business days. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, service, and billing. We expected much better from this hotel.
