Trash outside of entrance, pool is dirty and old, room AC had the cover off exposing wires. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good.

Couches, dining chairs/bench, headboard were very worn. Work out room was minimal, not what showed online. Pool was closed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and check in was swift and easy. Plenty of Parking for your car if you take one. Only things I was not too happy about was the weird smell in the room. Like cigarettes mixed with something but it was a non smoking room and the shower had super light water pressure. Other than that, it was fine for two nights

Great location and amenities. Weekend was super hot, so having reliable AC (and pool!) was great.

Checking in was super easy and the hotel had good parking. My room was quiet and my bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Would recommend!

Headboard looked like it was clawed up by a big cat. Daily i was killing bugs. Mold in shower. Phone cord broken. Tv went out. Stove not tweaked so it wasnt working til the attendant tweaked it. Had to guess daily how to control temperature. Was more unruly things in room but i dont feel like writing a book.

I’m reaching out regarding my recent stay at your property on June 7-8th as I experienced several issues that made the visit extremely disappointing and uncomfortable for my family. First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found multiple stains on the bedding, including what appeared to be bodily fluids or other unsanitary substances. I’ve attached two photos for your reference. This raised serious health concerns and left us uncomfortable using the beds — especially concerning as I was traveling with children. Second, our stay was significantly disrupted by excessive noise coming from what sounded like a party just a few doors down. My kids were woken up multiple times during the night due to the volume, and it made it impossible for us to get proper rest. Despite this being a family-oriented property, it felt anything but peaceful or safe. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast buffet was cold and underwhelming. We had looked forward to it as part of our stay, but the food quality and temperature made it difficult to enjoy, and it did not match the standard we expected from your property. Given all of the above — unsanitary conditions, excessive noise, and poor food quality — I am requesting a full refund for the night of [insert date]. I believe this is a fair resolution based on the experience and the disruption it caused to my family. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and work to ensure future guests receive a better l

I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Livermore Wine Country, and while the location is convenient, there were several issues that affected my stay. The cleanliness of the room was below standard—there was hair in both the sink and bathtub, which made the room feel unkempt. I was also looking forward to using the pool, but it was too dirty to use, which was disappointing. Another issue was the noise level. The walls are very thin, and I could hear the TV from the room next door, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could benefit from improved cleanliness and soundproofing. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. We had dirty towels.

We have stayed here several years for the Street Fest. Its comfortable and convenient and relatively quiet. Unfortunately this year almost all of our towels had stains. We even got new towels the 2nd night and they had stains too. We will probably look for an alternative place for next year.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Burn holes on the table. Front desk knew about the smell beforehand and only offered to spray smoke smoke spray. Dirty walls, and towels.

Bathroom dirty and in disrepair. Already changed rooms as first one assigned was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Staff was excellent but facility not so much.

I enjoyed my stay. Only thing is the water pressure was weak.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. It was clean, however the counter where the coffee pot was when I went to wipe it down after making just hot water for tea, the towel came out dirty, and I did not like that at all. There was a chair in the room that had a table that tucks under a sofa which in this case was tucked under a chair and it was quite sticky; no one had cleaned that for a while as well as the coffee counter; so I wasn’t happy about that either. The walls seem to be pretty thin because there must’ve been kids above us because a lot of jumping around until after 11 o’clockPM and first thing in the morning before 8 AM.

The staff was excellent. My room was exactly what I needed, quiet!!! It was a bit dated, but not bad. There were some issues with cleanliness, such as the wall to the left of the bed was gross, and the shower could use some help. The TV satellite service was a bit annoying, always freezing during the morning news I tried to watch. Overall a quiet room with a quiet air conditioner is always is a win in my book.

Very spacious room with comfortable lounge chair and office chair. Very conveniently located near food options and grocery options. My one gripe is that this mobility accessible room was not as close to the elevator as I'd have hoped for but it wasn't the farthest away either.

A dated hotel. We stayed there because of the location. Definitely won’t be our choice for the next trip.

Spacious room. Great for long term stay with nice kitchen. Breakfast has decent selection. Great value for the price.

Room was plenty big, beds were comfy, a/c worked great. It did get a bit noisy above us around midnight, but it was a Saturday night.

Hotel stay is of good quality and value, but what really helps this place shine is the service from the middle-aged woman with glasses at the front desk. She provides such a welcoming presence and even remembered my son, wife, and I from a previous stay. She is the main reason why my family and I are returning customers. The other staff members are okay but not as personable and the breakfast provided is good for those looking to just grab a bite before heading out for the day.

Front desk staff (mainly the lady with glasses) provided great service from the beginning of the stay until we left. The younger of the two ladies working the front desk was okay, but the the one referenced at the beginning was a pleasure to interact with. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast was also of good quality.

The hotel is quite nice, but the staff were amazingly hospitable and accommodating. They made a 3-4 star hotel a five star experience.

They kept my $100 deposit!! Now I have to FIGHT TO GET IT BACK!!! AND I WILL!!!

Great costumer service

Have received great costumer service every time I’ve stayed here.

Staff was okay but the night staff are extremely rude. Went to the snack shop inside late night and the person at the front desk acted as if it were an inconvenience then made my girlfriend stand and wait for him to finish what he was doing on his computer. Then proceeded to take his time charging the items to the room. Room was outdated especially for the price and the pillows were hard as rock. Overall not a great experience would much rather stay somewhere else.

The area is new but safe. Very peaceful and quiet. The property is very clean and people are friendly. The free breakfast was a plus if you are on business or family trip and serve it early before you start your day. There are shopping places next to the hotel but you need a car because it’s little distanced. There is gas station and restaurants around walking distance.

I stay in livermore during the week for work. At the price point this hotel is great. It feels safer for my vehicle than the other 3 hotels I've tried in the area. The staff is very good. The room is comfortable. I give it a 4 out of 5. Would recomend.

Convenient location in Livermore right off the freeway. Breakfast was average continental- good enough for free meal. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. I appreciated that I could check out a day early without issue when my travel plans changed.

The property was very clean and very friendly staff. Lots of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. A little close to the freeway but makes for easy access. Definitely need windows closed at night due to freeway noise. Nice morning breakfast.

The property is clean, well maintained, the staff is courteous and respectful, the price is moderate and within walking distance of my Livermore work site.I will stay here again for work in the future.

Stayed for a day of wine tasting. Was close by to wineries and premium outlet shopping. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Bathroom and kitchenette were older but very clean and loved using the little balcony in the evening.

Convenient right off the freeway and near downtown Livermore. Livermore has a great downtown with restuarants, bars/lounges and theatre.

2nd time staying at this property. I was able to check in 2 hours earlier than checkin. Property was clean rooms were well equipped mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Bathrooms need to be updated, however they were fair. Breakfast had a good verity such as:Eggs, potatoes, sausages, yogurt, cereal waffle maker… Extra bonus…In and Out restaurants near by ;)

Greeted by pleasant front desk staff. Our room was clean and the small kitchenette always comes in handy. The breakfast bar has a good variety of cold and hot items.

The hotel was clean and fairly new. The room had a good size with a roomy bathroom. There were plenty of restaurants and gas stations around the neighborhood, and it's close to the freeway. The staff was courteous. Pretty good wifi connection. Plenty of food for breakfast although not a whole lot of options.

Room was fine. Worst part of stay was the complimentary breakfast. All the food that was supposed to be hot was cold: eggs, sausages, hashbrowns. It was disgusting.

It was good! But were out of coffee in the morning. :(

Breakfast included was what made our experience great!
