Quaint small hotel, safe area, clean hotel, very kind staff, yummy breakfast with good food chioces. After getting in swimsuit,key card did not work, had to walk to ask lobby to open, I was disappointed the jacuzzi was closed and the pool too cold to get in.

The parking lot is very narrow. This only becomes an issue when cars are still sticking out of their spots and make the driving space even more narrow. Some rude drivers squished their cars by while another car in front of us was unloading passengers. The beds were fairly noisy and very very soft. They hurt my back a little.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had decent choices of hot food, the pool was small but the loungers were nice, our ac wasnt working the 2nd night of stay, but it was late and luckily it was cool outside and we just opened the window

The man that helped us check in was very informative. The room itself could have been cleaner. The anti slip mat for the tub had hair from previous occupancy and the floor made our feet dirty, but the bed was clean and the breakfest was good.

Good overnight hotel. Very clean room in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was! I stayed long term (6 nights) and was left wishing for a quieter stay (door was not sealed well at all.) Also left wanting a more comfortable bed (rock hard) and full sized pillows (I had 4 half-pillows, very odd). Breakfast alternated between the same choices every other day, but they were both good options, plus lots of extras, and it was good quality food for a free breakfast. Check in was somewhat abrupt and the employee took a few-minute call while checking me in, which was kind of rude. I had to check out at 4am and when I did, I found the lobby locked and no one to be seen inside. No night drop it Express box to check out so I literally had to throw my card through a crack in the lobby door onto the floor. I'd probably stay here again for a night or two because it was so clean and a good price, regardless of the few negatives mentioned.

We stayed in room 210 and the air conditioning had to be turned off because of the noise it made when running, and there was what sounded like running water running through the wall next to the bed, it was so loud and annoying my husband had to sleep on the couch in the adjoining room. First bad experience with this Best Western.

We rented the room with the kitchen, it was amazing. Super spacious, clean, king sized bed, and well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing, super fast service and very friendly. We traveled with an infant and a toddler so we appreciated the free crib. Only downside is that the walls are paper thin so you can hear the front office and upstairs from the common area; it legit sounded like people were in the room with us loud. Luckily nothing from the bedroom. We also didn't spend the day in the room so it wasn't as big of a deal for us. Other minor issues included: no recycling bin like in other best westerns, no knives for the kitchen, and no conditioner in bathroom. Overall, would still recommend and stay again!

So accommodating, Clarissa was very helpful in getting our family group on the same floor close to one another and get most of us early check in. Great complimentary breakfast, good coffee and food options. Clean rooms, fun pool area but parking in tricky. Get there early for best parking and to beat getting stuck in small spots from other guests who park crooked purposely.

This was the worst trip of staying in a hotel that I've ever experienced. Staff particularly desk clerk "Sanjay" extremely rude. Requested maid service only to return after a long day with family to find the maids removed the linen from the bed and left it bare. After going to customer who was the same rude desk clerk that checked us in who didn't want to address the issue. The same desk clerk entered the room very aggressive with just four bed pillows and slammed them on my mother's bed. When I asked why and what was he doing he then approached me yelling which resulted in the police being called to the scene. The next morning upon checking out I spoke with the manager "Clarissa" who was running late to work listened to my complaint and stated she needed to review the tapes. As I was walking out I looked back at her and she rolled her eyes. The desk clerk Mike was the most professional one who helped me out as much as possible although I had to eventually get the proper linen and made my own bed. The carpet was so dirty stinky and sticky very disgusting that we had to use towels to walk on with socks on or shoes for certain.

I was charged both of my cards. My debit card which I booked with and stated, book now pay at the property. So when I arrived I paid with my CC cared. But my debit card had been charged an authorization before I even arrived and was not released until I checked out 5 days later. So $902 was not available in my account to spend on vacation that entire time. It was not OK. I called the bank and they told me that Best Western had to release the hold and they would not. even though the payment from my cc that was used when I arrived had already gone through. Very inconvenient and no one told me, so use the card you are going to pay with when booking other wise your money is in the cloud somewhere until you check out!!!

They withdrawn my room price from my debit card early in the morning around 4am before I check in at 3pm & when i check in they charge my debit card again . as a result They charged it twice.. I asked them for the refund and they said it will be back to my debit card in 24hrs but it wasn’t .It takes a week waiting for my refund .. Please be aware of that and i’m not recommending this hotel to my family and friends no more ..

Check in was supposed to get 3 pm but didn't get our room until 7:30 pm. We wasted time waiting for our room. The guy at the front desk was gone for more than 30 minutes even when people were waiting in lobby.

Stayed 2 nights, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Everyone could find something they liked at breakfast. My brother and niece like the scrambled eggs and sausage links. Only issue was that the fridge was not plugged in and you can hear people in the hallways talking, walking and closing doors. Felt it was a good value for the type of hotel and location. Would stay here again.
