They said as an amex holder, you pay what you were offered, expecting parking to be an amenity that is free, not at all. Get to the room to at least expect a relaxing bed, and what I get is a very itchy one, upon close inspection, I was sleeping on bedsheets that had trimmed hair in it. If it was washed, then they must have mixed it with barber sheets. You could not close the bathroom door unless you slammed it shut, which I felt bad for the neighbors. Food was okay, I guess. The sausages looked undercooked. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. Be careful where you park, as some parts have some fluid dripping on your car which was hard to get rid of after. Windows have water stain wherever you look at.

I told the waitress that the food was tasty and price was 1/2 the price at other hotel restaurants so that helped me get full and have a good nights sleep. I come here for the good food. I love that they have Bathtub because I soak in a hot bath before bed because it knocks me out after a long flight. I didn't see any bedbugs or bugs any where in the bedroom, but there was one fly in the dining room wall where I was eating. The room was too cold so I warmed up the room it worked fast which also made me sleepy so that's a good plus I didn't need any thing else. The manager even gave me a bottle of water to support my needs I think they should have at least one free bottle of water in the rooms.I am satisfied so I come back for the clean rooms and the food! it right at my price I can afford and not marking everything up. I am blessed to be able to tip the waitress and be blessed for the good food and I thank God for it. I would improve in one more area ant that is the shuttle service. I had to wait for the shuttle service for 40 min. when all the other shuttle services we're flying buy me three or for times before I could get a shuttle so I had to call the hotel for shuttle services from the LAX air port. But every thing else was good. We you are traveling for the cheapest hotel save your money and make a step up for the shuttles service And Never Stay at the Romotta Inn near the Airport. I was looking for cheep and that's just what I got. there were holes in the Matress

The room was clean but has some odor like sweat on the couch I couldn’t use The sink in the bathroom didn’t worked on the 5 th floor water was going down way too slow The breakfast was great the housecleaning staff was very friendly I always stay in holiday in express I like the hotel chain.
