Royal Palace Westwood Hotel

Being a return guest, location is important and friendly staff.

Nice, well-kept property a short drive from UCLA — very convenient for campus visits. The room had a comfortable bed and was quiet at night, which made for a restful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surrounding neighborhood felt decent and safe with a few nearby dining options. Good value for the location.

Amazing, good location and friendly staff

Lovely room, very clean and well equipped. But it was very noisy at night. Stayed 2 nights and both nights woken by building work at 1am, drunks and car alarms going off in the garage underneath. We reported to reception after 1st morning and he literally didn’t care. Asked us next morning and we said it was terrible again. Literally just shrugged at us. Won’t be returning, I’d suggest asking for a room at the back of the hotel if you plan to stay here.

Have stayed at this property many times over the years Excellent location in the heart of Westwood and walkable to many restaurants and UCLA. Also, free parking. Don't find that at many hotels. The also have done a nice job renovating.
