Everyone was so friendly, and accomidating. A cleaning staff member when out of their way to find us towels for the pool. Kitchen staff all said good morning, and let us stay a little later in the dinning area even after they closed. Property/room were clean, eveything worked well, bed was comfortable, hot tub and pool were great! Absolutely wpuld stay again!

Few things in area open late, clean but pool and jacuzzi closed. Area a bit run down but overall a secure clean place in Madera that is JUST off the freeway. 5 stars for excellent staff. 4.5 for overall really.

Room was very comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated and better than we've had at some hotels. Our room didn't have a view, it only looked out at another wall, but that was okay since we didn't come to Madera for the views. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and maintained, but it was too cold to swim. We would stay here again.

The Housekeeping kept this Hotel spotless and smelling so fresh!!! They were so kind and willing to help! The ladies at the front desk were kind and professional! We felt very safe staying here!!! The location was perfect...Close to dining and shopping!

I really enjoyed the breakfast they offered. The pancake machine wasn’t working but wasn’t an issue for me since I didn’t care to eat pancake. But everything was pretty good. I like the biscuit and gravy it was pretty good. I liked the way the room was set up closet space, bench and long lounger. We had the bench and the hooks to hang our coats and could lay our luggage on bench. Room also had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Only thing is I did wake up with bites all around my wrist. So because I’m not sure if it was bed bugs I had to steam my clothes once we arrived home.

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was good, not too firm, not too soft. Full breakfast is provided, and it was good. Unfortunately we had a choice of coffee, either regular coffee that was very weak, or decaf coffee that was strong but cold. It seems the staff didn’t drink coffee and so didn’t check it. When we asked, the attendant said this is what they were given. This is probably easy to fix, but the staff needed to be trained about how important coffee is to a traveler. The quality and quantity of the rest of the breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon, sausage patties and links, biscuits gravy, cereal, bagels with cream cheese. They had an instant pancake machine like I have never seen anywhere else, but the pancakes were just ok compared to the rest of the food. Ground floor room was quiet and window shade was dark so you could sleep in if you want. Room had a Kuereg machine and a couple of coffee pods so we bought some extra k-cups and made real coffee to take to breakfast. Coffee problem solved.

Both rooms were clean, got ajoining rooms but room 323s door lock was broken so couldn't open to room 324, in room 324 the lock for the bathroom didnt lock either. Breakfast was okay, need more seating

The staff were very accommodating. The front desk was helpful. My room had a funky smell and she sprayed with some spray and it still smelled so she came back with a different one and that helped. The breakfast was delicious. They had a big variety.

Initial room we were placed in tv was not working and we were not able to see if it was actually connected or not because of the wood that is in place, no access to see if the plug is connected. We had to be relocated to another room that was nice but had a slight smell of possible cigarette or ac vent needs better cleaning. Rooms were 314 and 316

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with several hot items. I always wonder why hotels don't have towel bars by the sink or hooks for a towel by the shower??? Our only complaint was the AC & fan was very noisy, and we kept hearing and feeling vibrations from a fan running in another room.

I love this hotel when I visit my family in Madera. The hotel itself is clean nice little pool, cozy rooms, friendly staff. The location is also conveniently right off the exit, across from a Starbucks and less than five minutes away from a shopping plaza.

It was a short distance from family gatherings. It was conveniently located next to a freeway entrance. The bathroom toilet was not functioning properly. It seemed like it was clogged somewhere along the line. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The heating system blew cold air most of the time, so we kept it turned off. The breakfast was delicious.

This location and accommodations were excellent for our trip. It was within a 2 1/2 hr drove from the areas we visited which included Yosemite national park/Sequoia national park/Monterey/Pebble Beach/San Francisco. Staff were amazing and friendly and the breakfast was very good and started our adventures daily

We had a terrible experience, the sofa bed didn’t have no sheets it was just the mattress without sheets, they only provided one sheet, the elevator broke down and husband had to go back and forth to get sheets. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, also the door had even food and so sticky around the handle.The refrigerator had an annoying noise that made it hard to sleep. There was nothing at the breakfast, no scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels etc. we didn’t have anything. It was so terrible that I asked if I could get a discount. They wrote my name and room number but told me I would have to speak first directly to Expedia so I could get the discount. I will really appreciate it if I can get a discount on this terrible experience. Thanks
