For being in the middle of nowhere it was not bad. It certainly fulfilled my need. The Hard Rock Casino is only 12 minutes away. The hotel staff was great. My room was very clean and larger than I expected. Outside the room was not so clean. The garbage cans were right outside my door and you could smell them right away.

I’ve stayed here before years ago and it seems they’ve made some upgrades. I warned my travelling companions it may be noisy since it was along a main artery, but the noise level was minimal. The parking lot was well lit and it was conveniently close to downtown Maryville and convenience coffee and eateries and close to the Toyota Ampitheater where we enjoyed a concert!

I stay here every time I visit family in Marysville. It’s clean and comfortable . Easy to get to. Safe parking. And the staff is very courteous and welcoming. Plenty of places to dine at. I highly encourage you to stay.

Was able to check in early which was a bonus. Clerk barely spoke English so it was hard to understand him, kept having to repeat himself. Was supposed to get a non-smoking room, room smelled like cigarettes. Had to plug in the fridge, leaked water everywhere afterwards. Shower filled with water even with plug up, very slow to drain. The free breakfast consisted of a bagged pastry, apple, and Sunny-D. Parking lot is small, might not have a spot close to your room. Room was just clean enough but not everything.

For a "pet friendly" property, they offer no pet area. You will be told to take your dog to the street, not the parking lot. The hotel is on a busy street (highway) and there are no areas close by to walk your dog. The pet fee was suppose to be $15 but I was charged $20. The room was dirty, bedspread was stained, baseboards, light switches, and hairdryer look like they have never been wiped down. The power button on the air conditioner was missing so it did not work.

I booked a single bed room and was given a double bed. Was told they didn't have anymore single. There were dirt stains on the refrigerator door, sink, counter, towels and shower curtain/tub. There were long strands of hairs on the floor carpet and bed sheets. The pillow covers weren't fresh. It was loud outside by the stairs, people were talking until about 1AM. Could also here the neighbor talking until after midnight.

Room was large, hotel uses solar panels which we appreciate. Bed was comfortable. Outer appearance nice, safe neighborhood for walking dogs. However room was not very clean and was poorly maintained with sloppy patching & painting, especially for the price charged. Mystery stain on bedspread. Counter man (owner?) was unfriendly. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless no other choice.

Had to stay here because of hiccup in my trip its a good place to stay compared to other places for example sutter inn but i wouldn't pick it over motel 6 or westfield. It was very dirty, our room was falling apart an extra bed was shoved in our room, the bathroom door decided to lock itself in the middle of the night and we had no do not disturb sign.

Check in was ok. Not friendly. The room was horrible. Comforter and bedding was stained and had holes, carpet was filthy! I took my shoes off and walked 10 feet and my feet were black. The bathroom had hair in the shower , no towels and the sink had food left over in it from someone washing a dish…. It smelled like mold. When we asked for another room we waited for 2 hours and nothing…. We left. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I literally washed my feet off and we left… oh and the shampoo dispensers were empty…

All in all the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But, I found communications poor. Prior to my stay I emailed them and asked about an earlier check-in. They responded quickly with a slightly earlier time. But, when I tried to email them again after realizing we left our phone charger in the room, they ghosted me. I sent several messages simply asking if they found it but they never replied. I found this to be very poor customer service. Even if they found it and kept it, at least they could have responded. I might stay there again, but I'd go not expecting much.

Terrible, not planning on staying here anymore. Sheets had stains everywhere some even looked like blood stains and they were big stains very noticeable enough to know that they just don’t care about y customers. I had to put the heater hot enough so I didn’t have to use the sheets. The room had a very bad smell. Customer service was horrible the only one person there was super rude and he kept arguing that we had a smoking room.

The location is very very conveniently close to many places to eat or grab a forgotten item from the packing list. The staff that I met were very very kind and helpful and recommended a wonderful place for dinner. They also were very helpful when I suggested needing to extend my stay. I'm glad to have stayed here and will return next time work brings me to the area.

The bed had stains on it, the owner said he was gonna call the cops if we didn’t leave 15 mins earlier than the check out time, the experience was bad, it’s located in a ghetto neighborhood. Bathroom was disgusting and messy, and broken down.
