Nice building with a beautiful courtyard. Parking (outside) is an extra $20. Indoor swimming pool is good but there is no jacuzzi or sauna. Room was surprisingly large. Bed was comfortable.

Security could use some more help. Overnight someone cut the locks off my trailer and broke in . Damaging the doors and inside some of the light fixtures in this mobile showroom that we use at trade shows.

The remodel was beautiful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The restaurant and bar service was top notch. Breakfast was great. We ran into a problem when the check in staff failed to give us our drink tickets for the managers happy hour. When we went the front desk to asked what happened they were more interested in arguing that we did something wrong instead of admitting their mistake. They need to have all elevators working on a busy weekend. We had to wait a long time several times. The need more luggage cart. We had to lug all of our belongings to our car without a cart.

This place is great if you have children. The indoor pool was nice, however they kept running out of towels. There were two events at this location- a conference and a birthday party. This made for a very busy lobby in through out the day. It looked like they need some maintenance attention in the parking lot area but otherwise the parking lot seemed to be safe during the evenings.

There was a children’s hockey convention the weekend of our stay and they over ran the pool and the hallways. Running around and yelling until at least 11pm. I chose this hotel so my husband and I could swim but unfortunately we did not get a chance since the pool was filled with screaming children the entire weekend we were there. I love kids but I was trying to have a relaxing birthday weekend to celebrate mine and my husband’s birthdays. I think there should definitely be an adult swim situation set up. The staff was super nice and the hotel itself was really nice. The breakfast wasn’t great so on day 2 we ventured out to a restaurant.

We had to switch rooms twice. The first two rooms werent clean. There were elevators broken. The first night there were gang affiliated people hanging out in the parking lot. Which you have to pay for.

Very friendly front staff. Loved the free drinks in the evening, and breakfast. Breakfast was really nice. Very pretty hotel. Room was large, and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only issue was the floors and carpets needed a good cleaning. Found. Some things left on carpet.

Room was not clean at all bed was dirty other peoples clothing in room pills on floor cups on floor. Worker brought a flat sheet to the room and expected me to re make the bed. I’m no that’s your job. Won’t stay here again very unexeptable. Never offered to change rooms or have room cleaned again.

We moved to another room. The first room was so dirty , bedsheet hiding the stain and the bathroom was so dirty. Carpet got to much stain. They moved us to different room. The room is kinda okay. But no hair dryer. Fridge is not getting colder at all. My husband is a 100%veterans riding a wheelchair. Parking for handicap needed to pay too. But some of the hotel , if you have handicap parking , it’s free . This hotel you gonna pay everything and it’s not worth it anymore. They need to cleaned ,steam, sanitizer all the furniture. We rsvp to stay here thinking because of its reputation/name, plus past reviews would be a great spot. Location is central to many other amenities so that’s great. Just our room was not very clean, odor, living room window directly by front entry door there was a large pet pee stain on carpet/curtain bottom; we notified hotel and we were told it is a noted issue and we not worry about it as pertains to us getting charged for it or anything. So, if that was and has been an issue with the room, why wasn’t I provided a different room from the beginning? Also bathroom (all 3 soap dispensers were empty), gal at front desk did help to provide small toiletries and informed us that housekeeping would not be in until next day AM to refill. We felt room was very dirty and odor of pet pee stain, so there was a Target not too far and we went and got some cleaners and air fresheners to utilize for the room on our 1-night stay. We would have complained to change our room, but we have small children and we checked in later in day so we were exhausted and didnt have energy to complain or put up a fight about the room condition; so we just made the best of it. But we paid way more to stay here vs. other hotel options thinking our experience would have been better off but was not the case. Now, the breakfast area, lobby, front desk those are all excellent and clean and breakfast was great with a variety of items. Overall the hotel is nice, maybe we just got a bad room not sure.

i woke up and seen bed bugs in the bed. first i thought it was just a random bug. but then i seen another & it was full of blood. i took a photo and video . showed it to the front desk receptionist and they said they couldn’t do anything bc i booked through expedia. they waived my parking fee. i called expedia and they said they couldn’t give me a full refund bc the hotel manager wouldn’t allow it. very disappointing and unethical

Checked in but when I booked I asked and made sure for a lower level floor. When arrived front desk said they only had what they had. Put us on the 4th floor. Our room was not clean the carpet stained and filthy the bathroom doors very dirty and we had ants all over in our beds. Called front desk they told us to come down to get another room. This was a different front desk person she tried to give 9th floor when we could not barely do the 4th floor handicap accessible room. So I mentioned we cannot do any high level rooms she then put us on the 3rd floor. Room was a little more cleaner. Over all for the price it’s not worth it $100 each night incidental and $40 dollars to park your car. Not worth the stay I won’t be back here at this location. Beds not to comfortable, happy hour complimentary drinks was ok but you only get 2 drinks of certain drinks. The free snacks were old , the breakfast was overall good. Only thing is the location was good to drive to where we needed to be it was convenient. Overall stay was not a good experience.

The outside was very run down, the inside lobby and common areas were re done and looked very nice. The room was very old, had a very weird smell that made me nauseas, a wadded up old blanket in the closet and black mold that has been spray painted over on the ceiling by the sliding door. I also thought it was inappropriate to allocate zero parking passes for paying guests. Our room was well over $200 and I had to pay an additonal $20 per car (we had 3) to be able to park in the hotel parking lot. This wasn't even valet, just to park there? I have literally never heard of such a thing. We were than given 3 drink passes with no mention of the fact that they were only good for one hour, so when we went to use them at 7:30pm- we were no longer allowed to. The service was terrible- I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was not throughly cleaned. The room had little issues like stained fraying carpet. The heating was not adjustable due to their system and it was warm outside so i had to keep the sliding door open the whole visit. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was good but the dining had very limited hours. Alot of pot smoking visitors and loud room parties but I know thats common for the area.

It was COLD. The Heating of the building was OFF. They have some fancy name for it, It's not Heated, it's not Cooled. It's what? Neutral? We should have packed our bags, but we were already settled in when we realized, it's not warming up. They gave us a space heater. The last night they turned on the heat, but it was still cold.

Nice hotel to stay at while were in town for a family visit. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would recommend. The rooms are really spacious and clean, we got a two queen suite which had a living room space. The free breakfast was decent and had a nice variety of an omelet bar and hot buffet. The only complaints are the noise and parking. All the rooms face a central gathering area and there was quite a bit of noise at night. It didn’t stop me from getting a good nights rest once I was able to fall asleep. The mattresses and pillows were comfy. The parking lot is big but the lines need to be repainted. Too many people park like crap and it causes spaces to go unused, pushing people to park further away. Other than that, good place to stay and would stay here again!

The room was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. However, ththe noise from outside traffic was very loud and made it hard for all of us to sleep. There was also a wedding one of the nights we were there and there was loud music that could be heard all the way up in our room on the 9th floor well passed 11:00. I understand that events may take place at the hotel but to allow loud music passed 11:00 and to not communicate about the event was problematic.

I like the property because it is the most convenient for me. Close to work, eating. I won't be staying because you don't have control of the thermostat. It's either Heat or Cool and the Hotel decides. Not too bad if you get a patio door that opens.. I have never stayed at a Hotel with this system. My last visit also left me with a cool shower in the morning. Such a waste for as nice as the property is.

Everything was great. The only problem we had was that we had to wait over three hours to get beddings for the sofa bed. We went downstairs three times and finally at midnight we said we are not leaving until someone hand us the bedding. They were very understaffed so we were trying to be understanding but waiting three hours was just unacceptable. Just to get some bedding.

Great hotel but staff did very little to remedy the problem of kids running around or playing hockey outside our room. I called the front desk each of the four nights we were there. Bad parenting isn’t the hotel’s fault but talking to parents or making sure ALL guests are comfortable is their concern.

The day time (till 2 PM) front desk staff were indifferent to the guests. When we politely enquired if there is a room available for earlier check in as the guests have travelled on long flights, the demeanor of the front end staff was unwelcome. In contrast the evening and night time staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Close to shopping, coffee, highways and the great mall also ihop on the corner was good at 10:30pm. Room smelled good, clean and staff was awesome. Front desk person was funny, personable and gave us a room with a very nice view.

Good location, a bit of road noise, breakfast was good. I don't like the new policy of only cleaning a room every 4 days. Part of the fun of a vacation is having your bed made and bathroom tidied up. Room Rates should reflect the lack of service received.

Embassy Suites Milpitas is conveniently located off of a freeway exit. It's a beautiful hotel with a bar, restaurant, and indoor pool. The entire suite was clean. The staff in the front desk was professional and friendly. My favorite thing about the check-in was the business card size FAQ and answers (breakfast, wifi, etc) that were provided. There is $20 parking fee per vehicle but it can be waived to $15 if you are a Hilton member. The breakfast was delicious, with the omelette bar being my favorite feature.

Nice large room Very humid from past guest shower use Dim lighting 1 of 2 TVs didn’t work; maintenance couldn’t repair Long line (30 min) to check in at 5pm Long line for free breakfast but out of all food (fruit, yogurt, muffins, potatoes, creamer) by 9am. Eggs & waffles still available though. Ample seating. Pretty lobby. Nice staff. Nice glass elevators & roof ceiling Decent gym

Everything was great, but the bar was sad. They had two bartenders with no personality. They only give away two free drinks happy hour, but the drinks was lame, but everything else deserves a five star rating. the bar area needs to be looked at and improve.go back to the way it was they have a great bar. It’s at the bars, have no personality and needs to search and look at the drink list because it was too small to begin with, and I just wanted to add on more money on top of that

breakfast was chaotic, not very hygienic, very crowded. They charged us twenty dollars for parking & I never saw any paper work before checking out that they were going to do that. when I questioned the clerk she got real nasty & said pretty much to bad & charged me.
