I booked this property for the hot tub feature. I paid nearly double the rate of similar nearby hotels for this amenity. They did have a hot tub and it was available, but it was cold. I asked the front desk if it could be made warmer and they shrugged. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are expecting this amenity.

Noting unique about the property except In n Out burgers nearby. Parking lot attendant fights with you to park far away from Hotel, terrible customer experience. I will not recommend to anyone

Limited parking close to the building. Due to construction about half of their parking spaces are taken and then they have a ton of handicap parking thats not being utilized, it limits where you can park. They share a large parking lot with another hotel, and the other hotel has a security guard telling us we had to park further away. The beds are very hard. Not a comfortable nights sleep. So if you like hard beds this place is for you. The showers are nice, but you have to turn it on standing in the shower, therfore you get cold water on you first. Not pleasant. The only plus is their pool is heated and it was nice taking the kids to the pool. I will not stay at this hotel again due to the negative issues.

It was subpar, we got in late in the evening parking is very limited, the location shares a parking lot with another hotel. When we arrived I parked in a parking spot which assumed was open parking then immediately got yelled at my some rent-a-cop security guard how I couldn’t park there because it belonged to the other hotel in the parking lot. I made 5 kids with me travel for my sister’s wedding & was told I had 5 minutes to check in and then move my car. When we got into the room I went to shower & was locked in the shower because the sliding door got stuck because the top part of the shower was rusted so the door was extremely hard to open from the inside. Beds were okay, didn’t stay to eat as breakfast was a little pricey for what they were serving.

Hotel is under Reno’s in the lobby, and feels a bit neglected. Jacuzzi had no towels, snails around it and stray cats. Staff was super friendly but just seem like they need more people to maintain the property.

Elevator was not working properly. Got trapped in the elevator several times. Front desk gave out wrong room when I checked in. The room itself is good, clean, and bright. The environment is convenient with lots of stores nearby.

Unfortunately, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Staff were unable to locate any available rooms, although they tried, so we ended up going to dinner and checking in later. We needed up in the same room and it wasn’t very clean. We spent some time in the lobby area and found the tables to be extremely sticky both days. The staff were welcoming, helpful and patient.

Always a pleasure to stay here. I usually book direct but for some reason Expedia offered a far better price this time around. Super convenient location right at the intersection of I880 and CA237 In-n-out literally across the parking lot, great for late night munchies. Walmart is across the road for anything you need. My room seemed to have a bit of a fly problem as there was a continuous supply of small flies and the occasional mosquito. The hotel is getting it's main lobby/reception area remodeled at the moment so there's the odd noise during the daytime. One complaint that was slightly annoying for me (as a business traveller) was that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the TV of the room across the hall, as well as the conversations of those in the rooms next to mine. Other than that... There's a reason why I keep coming back to this hotel... It ticks all my boxes for a good stay especially considering the price it usually goes at!

The Air-condition was leaking water all over the rug. Did not noticed it until we returned to are room late at night. The toilet seat was broken. Told the desk clerk in the morning. Her reaction was sorry.

I like the property very much with its nice, clean room, clean and safe handle bar for elderly people in the bathroom,..…but I think the inn better install a safety box for every room to make the tenants feel safer.

The property itself is okay but I would say not good for traveling with dogs. The walls are very thin and we were put at the very end by the door. There were people going in and out at all hours and my dog kept barking because we could hear everything. I ended up sleeping in our car with him for most of both of the nights because of the noise. Would not stay here again when bringing the pups. There is a taco bell and in-n-out within walking distance.

Overall good. Bed was comfortable. Towels were great. The room has a window so it was great for fresh air. Has all the basic essentials to have a good stay. Hotel is currently under renovation, to go breakfast was underwhelming but good. Receptionists were friendly and accommodating! The shower was small so if you’re of a certain size please take note of that situation. Water pressure/temperature was great. Has a laundry mat and good gym. Close walk to food establishments. Parking was safe. Overall a great stay. I would book with them again!

Nice, reasonably-priced hotel close to freeways. Snacks are available in the lobby. Strawberry Sorbet: $9.84 Breakfast: $16.00 The room was spacious and clean. If you're a light sleeper, turn off the air conditioning because the fan is loud as it cycles on and off. Also, turn off the mini-fridge. It's close to the bed and also cycles on and off.

Initially we went to the wrong Hilton, and were seriously concerned about the safety of the other one (SJ Airport Hilton). When we were notified of our error we drove to this one (SJ Milpitas). What a difference! This one is in a great location! It has a well lit parking lot in a good area with shopping and restaurants right next door. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. When we did have an issue the manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town and I recommend it to others without hesitation.

Absolutely horrible attempt to check in, front desk lost the reservation had to put $100 deposit down and I’m still not certain if they figured it out. Had the email to show them the Expedia reservation number and everything should’ve been in order this hotel is not satisfactory and should give some form of credit for this horrible experience.

We were in town for 49ers game. Hotel location was excellent; was able to do early check-in for a modest fee and was an Uber to the game and the train/ and car ride with fellow hotel guest back to hotel. Post-game we cooled down in the outdoor pool post-game; LEVI stadium was very hot the day of the Cardinal game.

Great place to get some rest. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good just a little confusing on the order of things. When we went to get breakfast we started at the juice section and the server brought us back to the podium to start with our selections. It wasn’t just us. While eating our breakfast a few other guests came down for breakfast and they looked confused as well. Our rooms were clean the bed was comfy. However the pillows in our rooms were a little on the too soft side.

The hotel is under construction but the staff did a great job keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Our room appears to be completed in the remodeling. It was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night in our room. Service was excellent. We had breakfast at the hotel. It is a bit pricey and the food was not good at all but the staff made up for that. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurant and stores. Definitely will stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

We liked that it was only 7 minutes from Great America. The rooms were beautiful easy parking staff was helpful and very nice we like happy hour at the in-house Bar and Grill. What we didn't like is that breakfast was not included with our stay. So we bought a breakfast and paid $17 in the portions were extremely small not worth the money for breakfast so small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

The breakfast experience is a nightmare. The hotel provides free breakfast, but you have to order and wait and wait and wait. I waited for 30 mins and then left without breakfast....

My room, which was pricey compared to neighboring hotels, had an unobstructed view of the air conditioning unit and ventilation stack on the roof. At well over $300 with additional fees, it was laughable. The bathroom was very small with one sink, and the tub was repainted, not replaced. Check in was very slow. We ate in the hotel and the burgers we dry, overly salty and the order came out wrong. I am in the area all the time, and I would never stay here again.
