La recensione eccellente è per il personale Zechari e Lily Hope due angeli custodi che ci hanno aiutato a recuperare un oggetto dimenticato dentro alla cassaforte del precedente hotel. Ci hanno supportato e aiutato chiamando direttamente loro anche con il proprio telefono. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della notte prenotata perché siamo dovuti ritornare a prendere l'oggetto smarrito. Ottima anche la postazione pc con stampante che ci ha permesso di attivare la pratica lost and found. Spero che la struttura possa premiare in qualche modo queste due super dipendenti per la loro cortesia e assistenza non scontata. Grazie mille ancora e se per caso venite in Italia contattateci. Brave ragazze continuate a fare la differenza buona vita. The excellent review is for the staff members Zechari and Lily Hope, two guardian angels who helped us retrieve an item left inside the safe of our previous hotel.They supported and helped us by calling directly themselves, even using their own phones. Unfortunately, we could not stay the night we had booked because we had to go back to pick up the lost item.The computer and printer station was also great, as it allowed us to start the lost and found process. I hope the hotel can somehow reward these two super employees for their kindness and exceptional assistance.Thank you very much again, and if you happen to come to Italy, please contact us. Well done girls, keep making a difference, and we wish you a good life.

Great location, blocks away from the main street, has Tesla superchargers, has a supermarket one block away, super easy to get around, and get everything you need for trips. The best is you will be facing the mt Shasta. Highly recommend

In all honesty I am always nervous to book best western because they can be hit or miss but this was the only place anywhere near my budget available for the night. I was pleasantly impressed! The property was beautiful the staff was friendly it was a wonderful night. We will be back for sure.

We were to be in a room that was just renovated and we said in advance we had a dog. When I went to check in I was told we would have to move rooms as dogs weren't allowed in these rooms. They ended up letting us stay there but the room was not really that impressive for being newly renovated. We were also told that dogs weren't allowed in the courtyard area and every year we come and stay in the courtyard rooms because there is easy access to the courtyard and to walk out dog around if it needs a quick stop. We went to get take out dinner from Coopers and they were closed so had to get food from the bar which was very mediocre. The grounds around the hotel need to have better upkeep so people walking their dog around have good areas to walk them. Every year we also ask for our ice packs be stored in the freezer in the front desk since there is none in the refrigerator in the room. This year that was not done. All our items were only put in the refrigerator so all were thawed out and completely defrosted for our long drive ahead into Oregon for the rest of our trip. We will be looking elsewhere next year when we make our trek to Oregon and need a place to stay in Mt. Shasta.
