The bed was ok, the room was clean, and the check-in was smooth. The resort was empty. This would have been an excellent time to offer an upgrade, but nothing was offered. The location was fantastic, and the views were awesome. The restaurant was wonderful. The prices and flavors were top-notch. We received excellent service from the bartender.

Basic hotel room. Good breakfast included. Odd decor and some updates needed. Spa was not working. Garage door leading into lobby did not fully close. Nice brew pub next door.

Check in was easy. We stayed in one of the chalets and had trouble finding it in the dark and when we went back to the lodge to get better dirge girl at the desk drove over to the chalet and we followed her. She really went out of her way to help us. The dinner at the lodge was surprisingly good. We ate very early so we were the only ones in the restaurant so I think we were being served by the bar tender who was doing double duty but she was very friendly and efficient. All in all we had a great time. Very quiet rooms and a beautiful setting, especially with all the snow on the ground.

She really went out of her way to help us. The dinner at the lodge was surprisingly good. Terrific!! Very safe for a woman alone…lodge had a restaurant and the laundry came in handy! Got a massage at the spa…wonderful! There were trails right nearby…even a beautiful path along the lake right outside the chalet and the views of Mount Shasta are breathtaking!!

Had a great time with the family! Five adults and plenty of room for everyone. Golf was great and the lake is beautiful! Definitely will plan another trip soon.

The chalet we stayed at had VERY recently had the carpet replaced and there were very strong chemical odors. It was snowing and in the 20s at night so we couldn't air out the chalet by opening the windows. But we toughed it out. The chalet was lovely other than that. Roomy and comfy with a fireplace and comfy furniture. The only other issue was the hot water tank kept cutting out and we had to jump out of the shower a few times because the water would suddenly become freezing cold. I would stay again, I would just ask for one with older carpet!

Great location with 5 minute drives to Mt. Shasta City & to Lake Siskiyou beach. Serene, beautiful location with views & nice hiking trails. Staff was friendly. Bedding was old school with exposed blankets, not duvets. Pillows felt synthetic and not the best. Room was spacious & clean with 2 TV sets & fireplace. We were not told that the rooms were not cleaned nor refreshed daily. When our coffee ran out or our towels ran out, we had to call to get the items. This was an inconvenience for our 3 night stay. All in all, I would go back, as I enjoyed my stay.

A wonderful location close to Lake Siskiyou. The "Chalet" room in which I stayed was one of a collection of bungalows away from the main hotel building. It was provided with coffeemaker, frig, and microwave, which was convenient. The rooms was quite clean, the bed comfortable, but the furniture was a little tired. There were two lounge chairs for comfortable sitting. Needed to drive into town for meals.

Beautiful environment , loved my cabin. Just FYI it is not easy to enter Lake Siskiyou from the cabin area (even though the view is great). It takes 10 plus minutes walking on rough trails.

We have stayed here a few times now and enjoy the scenery. The cottage-feel rooms are very nice. It was a little distracting when the beds would creak every time we moved on the mattresses

The Chalets could use some renovating. The floors creak so loud it disturbs sleep of others. The entrance steps are dusty dirty. The TV selections leave much to be desired.

Loved our stay! The snow was picture perfect! Loved having the kitchen to make breakfast. Ate at the restaurant as well, really good service and good. The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed a short hike around part of the lake, the lake was frozen and gorgeous!

The property is well maintained. The cabin was clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Staff very friendly and the spa services offered were great. Thank you for a lovely stay! Will definitely come again! Dina

Great location with 5 minute drives to Mt. Shasta City & to Lake Siskiyou beach. Serene, beautiful location with views & nice hiking trails. Staff was friendly. Bedding was old school with exposed blankets, not duvets. Pillows felt synthetic and not the best. Room was spacious & clean with 2 TV sets & fireplace. We were not told that the rooms were not cleaned nor refreshed daily. When our coffee ran out or our towels ran out, we had to call to get the items. This was an inconvenience for our 3 night stay. All in all, I would go back, as I enjoyed my stay.

The two most important things were that the bed was excellent and we were able to find a room in Mt. Shasta that didn't previously have pets in it. I had to call five hotels just to find a pet free room. The shower was less than stellar and I didn't use it. The front desk closes at 8:00 so we never saw a live person coming or leaving.

Great location right adjacent to Siskiyou Lake! Gorgeous scenery, quiet, uncrowded conditions. Chalets are very clean, well appointed, well maintained and spacious. Best accommodations in Mt. Shasta!

Beautiful environment , loved my cabin. Just FYI it is not easy to enter Lake Siskiyou from the cabin area (even though the view is great). It takes 10 plus minutes walking on rough trails.

Staying at the Mount Shasta Resort was more than I could have hoped for. The beautiful Chalet had a magnificent view of Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta in the distance. The resort is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I can not wait to return.

A wonderful location close to Lake Siskiyou. The "Chalet" room in which I stayed was one of a collection of bungalows away from the main hotel building. It was provided with coffeemaker, frig, and microwave, which was convenient. The rooms was quite clean, the bed comfortable, but the furniture was a little tired. There were two lounge chairs for comfortable sitting. Needed to drive into town for meals.

The bed was ok, the room was clean, and the check-in was smooth. The resort was empty. This would have been an excellent time to offer an upgrade, but nothing was offered. The location was fantastic, and the views were awesome. The restaurant was wonderful. The prices and flavors were top-notch. We received excellent service from the bartender.

Loved our stay! The snow was picture perfect! Loved having the kitchen to make breakfast. Ate at the restaurant as well, really good service and good. The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed a short hike around part of the lake, the lake was frozen and gorgeous!

Check in was easy. We stayed in one of the chalets and had trouble finding it in the dark and when we went back to the lodge to get better dirge girl at the desk drove over to the chalet and we followed her. She really went out of her way to help us. The dinner at the lodge was surprisingly good. We ate very early so we were the only ones in the restaurant so I think we were being served by the bar tender who was doing double duty but she was very friendly and efficient. All in all we had a great time. Very quiet rooms and a beautiful setting, especially with all the snow on the ground.

Check in was easy. We stayed in one of the chalets and had trouble finding it in the dark and when we went back to the lodge to get better dirge girl at the desk drove over to the chalet and we followed her. She really went out of her way to help us. The dinner at the lodge was surprisingly good. We ate very early so we were the only ones in the restaurant so I think we were being served by the bar tender who was doing double duty but she was very friendly and efficient. I almost want to leave a bad review just that nobody finds this hotel. It’s literally so well maintained and perfect. Just the fact that they left a little laundry detergent for you to do laundry was so amazing. I could totally see myself staying here for an extended amount of time. The loft is very comfortable and you can wake up to the smell of coffee from the nearby coffee shop that’s attached to the building. I will say the bed is on the harder side, but it’s gotta be a King or California King and we slept very well in it. Just something to be aware of. We got the access accessible unit, which I was very grateful of so we didn’t have to look our suitcases up with my horrible back. We stayed at Mount Shasta resort for our first night and I wish we would’ve stayed here for both nights. It’s centrally located in the town and everything you need within reach. You can go to camp siskiyou for day swimming

Rooms were spacious, we were also able to book multiple rooms for our large group. Close to the lake campgrounds and town for food and necessities. Also found an amazing fishing spot only a short hike from our room.

Love the chalet! Clean, equipped, and zero amenities I could use. No pool or hot tub, restaurant was closed both days I was there. Why $300/night with no amenities?
