Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn

We specifically called ahead and booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. After we checked in I walked to see the pool and it was closed under construction repair. The staff was great and they checked us into a different Best Western that had a pool and hot tub for the next morning. So all I can say is the outside of the hotel is beautiful looking at the mountain side through our back window was not very pleasant just an unkept dry mountainside. If they took care of it a little bit it would look much better. One thing I found interesting is that it was renovated not so long ago but it still has single pain windows. Again the staff was great but we could not swim the first day.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. Location was good, close to freeway was both good and bad. Very good buffet breakfast included. Pool was under maintenance.

The hotel is well located. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast staff and house keeping was wonderful and very conscientious. Impressed by the quiet and level of comfort that this inn provided. We are hoping to return so that we can enjoy the pool which is currently being renovated.

It was good I just got lost a little bit because the way the room numbers are situated.
