Loved hearing the Sea Lions and clanging boat masts. Room was great, spacious and well accommodated. Jacuzzi was nice. Views around the hotel are amazing. Staff was Friendly. An elevator in the hotel would be very useful, should be made clear in the description that there isn’t one. Pool was not heated.

The room that was given to Us was large!! We Loved the overall relaxing experience! Loved listening to the seals and water! It wud be wonderful if you could secure the screens better within the windows! We Will come again!!! The only downfall since we are somewhat handicap as far as walking goes, is that the parking was so far from the room, and also the stairs!! It would be wonderful if bottom floor stairs could be changed out to ramps, as there are no elevators! That would be so helpful!! Thank you again for helping Us Enjoy Our 40th Wedding Anniversary 💜

Right on the water. Lovely views. Rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses could use updating, they are very loud and not padded. Parking is kind of expensive and not super convenient. Overall it’s worth the low price.

Hidden fees that we didn’t know about until check-in. They claimed the pool was heated. But when you asked them about it, they said it was heated by the sun. That is misleading. The front desk staff was friendly.

This vacation getaway was very nice the hotel resort was calm and pleasant mostly older folks but this was during the week. Great views and easy access to restaurants ands activities. The room we had was older but they are renovating rooms. Does not have an AC but they do provide fans and it helps bring in air from the ocean breeze. No elevators so keep that in mind with luggage they have one ramp to use. Pool was clean and jacuzzi was awesome. They also have an area to BBQ.

I have stay at this property before. It has amazing views but could use a refresher as it is getting old. The room felt sterile and dated, like a dated timeshare. The pool was roped off as it was leaking and couldnt be used. I really appreciate the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom for the kids. The view is wonderful.

Loved our overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The oceanview balcony was great. The only caution is there are no elevators so, if you have an upper room, you have to be able to climb steps.

We arrived in the room and as soon as we opened the door a huge cockroach is in kitchen and the stained carpet had a weird odor to it along with the couch being old outdated with stains all over it. This was unfortunate since the property is a water view property

My daughters and I recently stayed in the south building for a couple of nights for spring break. It was actually even better than what we imagined after reading the reviews. We really enjoyed watching the boats and sea lions go in and out of the harbor right from our living room. We also loved all the twinkle lights that came on after dark… great ambiance! Everything worked in the kitchen, everything was nice and clean, the bathrooms looked recently renovated. Best of all was the views! Only negative, might be the beat up dresser/night stands and a few stains on the carpet- not a big deal at all for us. The restaurants were about a 20 minute beautiful walk through the harbor. We will definitely be back for some more relax time!

The stay itself is secluded at the end of the marina with little within walking distance (depending on how far you are willing to walk). Our suite was a 1 bedroom apartment. However, no AC in the summer could make this tough especially if you are not getting the off shore breeze. In the AM, you will definitely get some noise from the outside. Also, there is a $15 a night cost for parking. For a family this would be great. Not an outstanding stay but it served my purposes just fine. Downtown Oceanside is about a 5 min drive away, but quite a hike if you're willing to walk as you'll be on the furthest side of the marina.

I love this property, the one bedroom suite I booked was spacious, balcony overlooked the ocean, my kids loved watching sea lions and dolphins every morning. The hotel however doesnt have any snacks or even water bottles, no restaurant on site...but Uber Eats is always an option which I did. This is a perfect place if anyone needs a break, rest and some peace and quiet environment...

The property is in a nice quiet location near water at the end. It’s a bit older property but nice. Our room was a little dated but nevertheless good for the price. If you want nice and updated this might not be the place. I would say it’s a nice clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price. Nice water views and marina views from property. The front desk guy was very nice too. Overall I would return to this place.

The walls (floors/ceilings) are paper thin from first floor to second floor ... the people above me were playing loud music till early in the morning, were doing you know what very loudly, and sounded like they were having a party!!! They reallly should have built those more sound proof. Everything else was good, except long walk if you don't want to take the stairs ... but wow the noise! Not good.

The staff were unfriendly. As if it was a bother to assist you even on check in. No, " Welcome, Enjoy your stay" When I had gone down to ask for some fresh towels and some coffee , I was told that they would bring some towels but if I wanted coffee, I would have to request it myself. ( wasn't that what I was doing?) After returning from the hotel room later that day, towels were thrown on to the couch. Upon check out. 4 days later, I was not even spoken to. I said "good morning" , no response. My receipt was handed to me and the clerk turned and walked away. Pathetic customer service.

It is an older time share type of property showing its age. The staff is very friendly. The suites are clean and the grounds are well maintained. There is no restaurant on site, but the rooms have a kitchenette and restaurants are within 2 min drive. There is a fireplace but no AC, only fans. Our stays were in January and June and the climate felt comfortable. There is a fee for parking. We will definitely choose to stay again.

Great place to stay. Right on the water. Super convenient to everything in downtown Oceanside. The staff could not be more lovely. Very simple room, but has everything you need.

The stay itself is secluded at the end of the marina with little within walking distance (depending on how far you are willing to walk). Our suite was a 1 bedroom apartment. However, no AC in the summer could make this tough especially if you are not getting the off shore breeze. In the AM, you will definitely get some noise from the outside. Also, there is a $15 a night cost for parking. For a family this would be great. Not an outstanding stay but it served my purposes just fine. Downtown Oceanside is about a 5 min drive away, but quite a hike if you're willing to walk as you'll be on the furthest side of the marina.

I was so In love with this hotel, very quiet. Is right in front of the ocean. Just a reminder take drinks and snacks because we didn’t find a store close by. There are near restaurants so don’t worry About actual food. Make sure you take water.

The property is in a nice quiet location near water at the end. It’s a bit older property but nice. Our room was a little dated but nevertheless good for the price. If you want nice and updated this might not be the place. I would say it’s a nice clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price. Nice water views and marina views from property. The front desk guy was very nice too. Overall I would return to this place.

This was such a nice place to stay. We walked around the harbor and there were some great choices of restaurants for dinner. Sailboats on our side and the ocean on the other side. Very beautiful. The rooms were spacious with a good sized living room and kitchen. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub. Office staff came out with towels for us at the jacuzzi. Very friendly.

There is no restaurant on site, but the rooms have a kitchenette and restaurants are within 2 min drive. There is a fireplace but no AC, only fans. Our stays were in January and June and the climate felt comfortable. There is a fee for parking. We will definitely choose to stay again.

It was our first time in Oceanside Marina Suits. And we loved it. The surroundings are so beautiful. This place is a hidden gem right on the ocean. They have bbq if you’d like to grill , or many restaurants in about 20-30 minutes walk/ a few minutes drive, one or two bedrooms have a full kitchen. Our Premium one bedroom was very roomy and had all we needed. Can’t wait to come back here with our children. Definitely recommend Oceanside Marina Suits!

This vacation getaway was very nice the hotel resort was calm and pleasant mostly older folks but this was during the week. Great views and easy access to restaurants ands activities. The room we had was older but they are renovating rooms. Does not have an AC but they do provide fans and it helps bring in air from the ocean breeze. No elevators so keep that in mind with luggage they have one ramp to use. Pool was clean and jacuzzi was awesome. They also have an area to BBQ.

This property features in room kitchens allowing you to make the choice of eather cooking or going out to eat. The staff are extremely nice and accommodatable. My boyfriend and i loved being able to hear the sound of the lapping waves amd sea lions from our patio amd bedroom window if open.

I love this property, the one bedroom suite I booked was spacious, balcony overlooked the ocean, my kids loved watching sea lions and dolphins every morning. The hotel however doesnt have any snacks or even water bottles, no restaurant on site...but Uber Eats is always an option which I did. This is a perfect place if anyone needs a break, rest and some peace and quiet environment...

The property is conveniently located to the marina and restaurants/shopping, my one and only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. Even being on the coast, the nighttime lows were in the mid-upper 70’s with no breeze at all. The temperature in the room, even with the windows open was hovering in the mid 80’s all night long and made it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful facility with an amazing view. Our suite had a very large balcony to enjoy a drink and conversation with company. Great for small groups or à small family. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good parking on the property with plenty of space, although not great to turn around for LARGE vehicles. Other than the carpet, which could have used a shampoo, everything was clean and tidy. We loved our stay at this facility and would like to visit again.

I will not stay again. To me it ranks right there with Motel 6. I was in a studio with a kitchen. It had one pan. There is no way you can prepare a meal. Note to future guests, if you plan to cook, make sure you bring supplies from home. The grounds are beautiful and so is the view, but that IS the only positive thing I can say.

Hotel actually canceled our pre-paid room booked and paid for in March 2026 on July 25th...2 days before our arrival. Hung up on Expedia representative trying to resolve the issue. Assistant manager told me I was making a scene when I asked for documentation of all communications. Said they could not help us as Expedia was a 3rd party booking site (advice to hotel...don't use them if you're not honoring rooms booked by them). Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
