Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte

We checked in late around 6pm. It was just my husband and I and our dog. The first room we got put into was not clean used coffee cups and trash still in the trash cans, beds not made. I had moved everything into the room before I noticed and went back downstairs to ask for a change. The second room had poor plumbing (shower didn’t drain, and toilet struggling to flush) but the service engineer was not in until 6am so they sent the security guard to try and fix it. They offered for us to change rooms but we declined because it was 2am. They somewhat fixed the issues in the morning with the service engineer. The check-in staff could’ve been more helpful with letting me know about amenities, where the dog relief station is located, if breakfast was included, where we can park etc. They should have maps or something. Anyway, I don’t think we would stay here again it was only because we brought our dog with us that we opted for this hotel.

The room and building are clean. The only downside is that the furniture is not updated at all, especially around the pool. The chaises are cheap and sagging, so it's uncomfortable, because you end up laying on the bar underneath. The sofas in the room could use updates as well. It's been the same for years. Just starting to show it's age a bit. Otherwise, great location and would choose it again!
