Room was clean but it is an older property gorgeous views out front on the water. Nice fire pits and seating area. No extras.

One of the best hotels in Pismo Beach! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The view from the ocean front room can't be beat! Easy on/off the freeway, walkable safe neighborhood with many restaurant options within walking/10 minute drive.

Very relaxing and quiet stay. Would have loved a microwave in the room but other than that it was a great stay. Very close to a lot of options for food and entertainment.

Great spot and friendly staff. Definetely recommend and will visit again. The rooms need some update but it does not affect your stay.
