I choose this hotel because it had a pool and Jacuzzi, I needed the hot tub for my recovering injury, it failed to state that the jacuzzi was out of order! I was so disappointed, it would be nice to have updates on the website also it’s under renovations, and it needs a lot of TLC minor touches that would make it so much better! I was disappointed!

Everything was fine except for the door accessing the building from the parking, it was not locked. Guests are supposed to use the room keys to have access but anyone could get in, even at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average but was worth what we paid for. The hotel was extremely clean inside and around the facility. It was a mixed crowd of guests with families who were there for a softball tournament and concert goers that were there for a festival, but everyone seemed to mesh in together quite well. Parking was easy and we got a spot close to where our room was located. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. The bed and the pillows weren’t the best, but again, worth what we paid for. The toiletries in the bathroom were excellent and overall, so was our stay!

This property needs to be painted on the interior and better maintained. Gym has falling apart or broken equipment, hallways and trim needs painting. Staff is very good and the main lobby is fine. Good breakfast but not close to any restaurants for walking.

Even though they say they have a security guard on duty from 10pm to 5am, a gate that you have to go through to park and "cameras for your security.Our vehicle had the tailgate stolen from it between hours of 10pm and 5am. The police do not even bother coming out to take reports, and the hotel won\'t even look at the cameras if there is no report. Again, the staff was very nice but I would never stay here again.

The whole building needs major work. Many doors of the rooms had noticeable openings above the doors. The place looked run down. The room was the same. My curtain was as old and stained. When we walked in it smelled like someone had smoked in there and they tried to mask the order. I reserved a second room for some friends before staying there and was embarrassed if they got the same condition of room I did. They do not offer daily room cleaning unless you ask. Won’t stay at this Quinta ever again.

The room is filthy! Mold all over the shower, bugs and dust in the light. AC is clogged with dust, window seal has bugs and dust. There is grime on the wall of the shower. Lipstick on the bedsheet. The elevator inspection certificate is expired by almost 8 months. The runner runner is ripped off a portion of the carpet.

Booked because of the name La Quinta but it was more La Ghetto. Very dated and not very clean, as far as upkeep. It needs a lot of work and very surprised that La Quinta would put their name on it. The only good thing about the room was the bed, very comfortable. The room itself was ok but the bathroom needs some work. The toilet had a lid on it from a different style, made me chuckle when I saw it. The caulking around the tile in the tub was pealing, The tub itself is slippery and stained.

I stayed for one night in order to attend a nearby family reunion. It served it's purpose well. The building seems a bit dated, but the room was quiet and in a safe location. They charge $5 for parking, which seems like a way for them to earn extra money. It is not in a congested urban location. That's my fault, the website says parking available. But I think if it is free it will say "free parking" instead of just "parking available." If you read the find print it does say parking is $5. It's just disappointing because Expedia has a big advertising push saying "what you see is what you pay" and then you have to pay extra about what you see.

Great front desk staff. Amazing check in first day was great. Amazing room with a great view then day two. They attempted to run my card again for late check out then when i was getting breakfast with a certified service dog was told no because of the service dog had to go to front desk to inform them of the laws regarding service dog that staff memeber who denied services was not happy dirty looks and just off putting energy over all it was great till that experience

The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient. However, the room was old, dated, smelled like disinfectant. The air conditoning unit was older and kept turning off. We were on the 1st floor which felt like a basement. Our window looked out at the front parking lot and we could just see car headlights. The beds were uncomfortable and so noisy. The fabric headboard had a big pink stain on it. The bath tub had rust stains and the door had some damage. Overall, it was so noisy. We could hear doors slaming and people walking above us.

Convenient to Cal Poly Pomona. Check in was reported on Expedia as 3:00. Property stated in an email check in is at 4:00. Property wanted $30 to check in early at 1:00. Charged $5 for parking in an area that isn't busy. Not allowed to cancel reservations like at other properties I've booked on Expedia. So basically they want to nickel and dime you. Odd sulfur smell from the sink water. Room was clean and bed was good. WiFi was unreliable. I might consider another property if I need to stay near campus again but would do this one again if necessary.

Arrived at property and was told they had no rooms. We had reservations paid in full for 7 months. No reason was given other than we're full. Talked to one of your representatives and got rooms at another hotel. Appreciate your help but I will avoid Wyndham properties in the future.

This hotel was amazing, affordable and well run. The general manager, Miriam, is incredible. She found out I was in town for a funeral. While I was gone, she left a very nice sympathy card and some gift snacks in my room. That was a very thoughtful and sweet gesture. On checkout, I met the assistant general manager, Kathy, who I found to be another incredible young lady. With these two amazing women running this hotel, it’s not surprising that it operates as well as it does. Keep up the good work Miriam, Kathy and the La Quinta staff.

At arrival, there was no “welcome in” as his customary at most hotels. In addition, he was less than friendly. Electrical outlet near sink was not working. Maintenance came but didn’t fix. At check in my credit card was not returned to me however I didn’t notice it until sometime later. when I went to the front desk and asked for my card they said oh yeah here it is why on earth would they not have called either my room or my cell phone to notify me?

I wish I remembered the names of the staff but from the check-in , the service , the stay, and the Breakfast , everything was 10/10 . When we got there we notice our mini fridge wasn’t really working and we were there for 2nights so we needed it to work , we called up the front desk and they had it replaced right away. I would definitely recommend this place my family and I enjoyed the stay and felt safe and the parking felt safe too .

I wish I remembered the names of the staff but from the check-in , the service , the stay, and the Breakfast , everything was 10/10 . When we got there we notice our mini fridge wasn’t really working and we were there for 2nights so we needed it to work , we called up the front desk and they had it replaced right away. I would definitely recommend this place my family and I enjoyed the stay and felt safe and the parking felt safe too .

I stayed for one night in order to attend a nearby family reunion. It served it's purpose well. The building seems a bit dated, but the room was quiet and in a safe location. They charge $5 for parking, which seems like a way for them to earn extra money. It is not in a congested urban location. That's my fault, the website says parking available. But I think if it is free it will say "free parking" instead of just "parking available." If you read the find print it does say parking is $5. It's just disappointing because Expedia has a big advertising push saying "what you see is what you pay" and then you have to pay extra about what you see.

Our stay was very comfortable! Check-in was smooth and easy, and there was plenty of parking. The staff we interacted with were all friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing missing was a place to hang a towel by the sink. The hotel is located right off the freeway making it easy to come and go. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we’re visiting the area.

Maria who was working in the breakfast area that day was so sweet and nice! You can tell she’s a very hard working person. She kept the area so clean and fully stocked. Breakfast was our favorite part! Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Included breakfast is below par. Not enough people working in the kitchen. Food is often empty & needs to be replenish. Tables not cleaned & trashed left on the table. I have been in this hotel multiple times & I have seen person working the kitchen often conversing with the guests for a long time instead of refilling the food or making sure the tables are clean for guests to sit. Including breakfast is definitely a plus but i think this needs work.

Staff are nice and accommodating Beds are comfortable, rooms are nice sized and clean except for the ice bucket with a clean bag that had brown liquid about 1/8th of the way up. It wasn’t checked only added the bag. Also there was no shower curtain or hand soap and body wash container was empty. Breakfast they need more help. I felt bad for the lady who by herself was unable to keep up and overwhelmed. The waffles and coffee were really good!!

The overall experience was not at all good, there was no hot water in the rooms and the hot tub outside pool The restroom had a lot of stains in the tub and the cabinets were damaged Besides me asking for room service no one came for the three nights I was there I had to go to the office every day to get towels and soap and had to pay for parking my vehicle

Due to the renovations the pool and exercise facilities were closed. There was no heads up about this. The front desk gave a stranger a key to my room. The man tried to walk in but I had the metal door stop on. I could have been indisposed or not there and he could have stolen all my things. I did not even get an apology when I called to report it. I had to go down to get new keys instead of someone bringing them to me like they said they would. I probably would not stay there again but it was okay.
