First of all, it says near Fairplex. It's not walking distance from Fairplex at all. The hotel is located in the ghetto. I saw two very filthy homeless people walking around inside the hotel barefoot at some point. The building is outdated and you can see the tear and wear in every corner. The rooms have filthy walls, holes on the carpet, stained cloth couches, ding up fridges and the sheets covering the bed box frame had what seemed to appear to be, human fluids. The curtains had tears on them, the tub was black, the lock on the door wasn't working properly. They have NO business room, so don't expect a computer or printer. The breakfast is very minimal. I heard a small dog barking our second night there. Most of the visitors there seem a little questionable. Customer service is nice though. I will never stay there again. I recommend you don't either.

Definitely not a luxury hotel but was clean and comfortable and affordable with kind and friendly staff who were both approachable and accommodating. Also has a garage for parking monitored by cameras which was nice!

Hotel had graffiti in the parking lot, homeless directly outside, the elevator would constantly break and get stuck on floors, and the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes. Also took a look at some of their inspection certificates posted and they were expired. I Nope’d out, packed my stuff and found a new hotel within an hour of arriving.

Property is not as large as pictures imply. Had to pay $20 to check in early but then watched the desk clerk check in two other guests early without charging them. That felt shady. The TV is sub par, no safe, no microwave… otherwise it was nice enough. Pomona isn’t a great city to stay in but this was close to the location I was going to.

The cleaning staff was very nice. The elevator was out of order for most of our stay. The biggest issue is that there is a party house one street over and they were setting off M80 fireworks at 2am. Set off all the car alarms multiple times. Drag racing as well. Would never stay here again.

Decent price but a dumpy location. Inconvenient access to the main road (have to do a U-turn or drive around the block). Room cards quit working the second and third days of my three-day stay for no reason and had to go back down to the desk to get them re-activated.

Overall my room was clean, bed not comfortable (but I still had a good night's sleep,) free breakfast was fine (you pay for what you get). I just did not like that the doors around the property (on the first floor) were unlocked. They had a key slot but we just turned the knob and it opened. I'm glad we were on the second floor. Other than that, for the price that we paid, I think it was a fair, clean hotel/motel.

Tv was not set up properly. I Have stayed in this hotel a lot of times with my family and it seems that the cleanliness's is declining. The Carpet looks dirty, mirrors had stains, wall stains, curtain burns and we saw a Cockroach on the wall.

It was a hotel that you could stay at if you don’t mind having the main doors open at all times to the public and being in a sketchy area of town. The hotel does not look like the pictures, they are super edited and the hotel smells dirty. I walked in and you can tell that people live there. Broken down cars in the parking areas. Walked into my room with the tv on and a weird cheap cleaner smell. The couches in the room had weird “stains” on them and the bathroom also had cheap cleaner smell. The first floor was super fresh and cold but the third floor was hot and stuffy. The ac in the room had so much dust in it. The curtains were stained. It was the type of hotel you just don’t feel safe or comfortable in. From the high reviews and ratings I was not expecting a hotel like this. It’s the type of hotel if you just want a place to sleep in for the night then it’s fine but if you are used to Hampton or Marriott quality you should cancel your booking.

This was a great one-night stay hotel. It was exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Just needed a hair dryer. :( Some notes: The walls, doors, and carpet clearly need to be scrubbed. I wore shoes everywhere, from the bed to the bathroom bc it just felt and looked icky.

I used to stay here all the time as it was close to my family but yesterday we got back and found 2 roaches in the bathroom. We were able to get a refund but front desk didn’t even seem to care nor did they even apologize and due to the World Series literally every hotel was sold out so we had to drive the 4 hours back home at 1:30 am

This place has everything: Someone else’s blood on your comforter that you don’t find until the morning after you sleep in the bed? Check. Unknown people’s hairs in your sheets? Check. Stains all over the carpet, chair and couch? Check. A cleaning service that won’t touch your bed but will replace towels? Check. Keys suddenly stop working and then the front desks key maker doesn’t work to fix it? Check. So much mildew on the shower head that you’re not sure if you’re any cleaner after your shower than you were before? Check! Now - the front desk staff was great - very helpful and understanding when we presented them with our issues (namely the blood on the blanket), but even that wasn’t enough to get this taken care of in a timely manner. Bottom line: If you have the choice, stay almost anywhere else.

This hotel, should be regrade to be a motel. The rooms were outdated and a unit was barely able to get the room cool. Furthermore, there were hairs everywhere, on the bed, on the couch, in the desk chair... It was horrid. If I could demand money back, I would. Horrible place to stay, not recommended at all.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (ask for a 3rd floor room) and an easy drive to Pomona College where we were going to watch my daughter compete. The check-in service was so friendly (he even remebered me the next day and asked about the competition), and helpful. A great option for the price.

Nice hotel and kept very clean. Very loud being next to the street. Could hear cars driving by, sirens and planes overhead! Not the staffs fault by any means, they were great. Smelt good and clean.

The one building is historical building. They have photos and information displayed. The walls were thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations. They went to bed or went out and it was quite after 8 pm.

The room was large and laid out very nicely.. It did have a chase lounger that looked nasty. The bed was comfortable but during the night I kept hearing a door closing that kept waking me up, thus not much sleep. What really shocked me was that the room did not have a heater or air conditioner. It only had a floor heater! I won't stay here again. My friends stayed at the Hilton much cheaper than what I paid.

I had to do a late check in and system was slow to checked me in. It took about 10 minutes and clerk decide to let me in so did no have to wait any longer, he was going to check later when system come back on. Room was payed for anyway. Tv in the room had image but no sound, I called to see it there was something I was doing wrong but clerk mention it wasn’t working so sorry for that. Carpet in the room need a wash or a deep clean. Outer then that all good in the room. Morning free breakfast we went 30 minutes before it ended and all food was out even coffee. Had to ask the same clerk that check us in, that means that the poor guy work at least the overnight shift and the morning, not just that but it was a one man show, he was doing the breakfast area. Anyway I usually find the positive on the negative but I guess is for the better of the property that they know that they need to put more effort. I’ve been staying in this particular hotel for the last 15 years at least 3-4 times a year and this is the worse I’ve seen it. The area is quiet and safe and I’m going to think about it next time if I stay or not. I hope this helps

Staff was very relatable and helpful, especially changing our room from traffic noise to quiet! The heating works but the A/C does not work (maybe it's set not to work in Dec.). The controls are not obeyed by the unit for A/C.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming. Check in process was easy. Staff accommodated me very well. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend due to staff being very helpful and friendly.

Property is not as large as pictures imply. Had to pay $20 to check in early but then watched the desk clerk check in two other guests early without charging them. That felt shady. The TV is sub par, no safe, no microwave… otherwise it was nice enough. Pomona isn’t a great city to stay in but this was close to the location I was going to.

The first room I was issued was already occupied. I have never had this done to me before. I went back to the main desk and weighted a while because there was no one attending the desk. With a loud voice I was able to get someone's attention to correct the problem and get new room that wasn't occupied. Once I got the room, I went to take a shower. Once I stepped into the shower, I slipped due to the muck my feet had collected off the carpet. I also had in the form visitors in the form of insects. There are other things I could go over but I Can assure you I'm not going Back to that hotel again.

First of all, it says near Fairplex. It's not walking distance from Fairplex at all. The hotel is located in the ghetto. I saw two very filthy homeless people walking around inside the hotel barefoot at some point. The building is outdated and you can see the tear and wear in every corner. The rooms have filthy walls, holes on the carpet, stained cloth couches, ding up fridges and the sheets covering the bed box frame had what seemed to appear to be, human fluids. The curtains had tears on them, the tub was black, the lock on the door wasn't working properly. They have NO business room, so don't expect a computer or printer. The breakfast is very minimal. I heard a small dog barking our second night there. Most of the visitors there seem a little questionable. Customer service is nice though. I will never stay there again. I recommend you don't either.

Nice hotel and kept very clean. Very loud being next to the street. Could hear cars driving by, sirens and planes overhead! Not the staffs fault by any means, they were great. Smelt good and clean.

The staff here were all very conscientious and diligent in their work. The breakfast staff made sure supplies were immediately replenished and the food was good. The only negative is the location is not in the best part of town and there are no restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, though.

Hotel was okay but still trying to figure out why we were charged $100 for incidentals- when there were no incidentals on site to purchase. And I have to wait 3-7 business days for a refund. Seems wrong. The free breakfast was meh and the coffee was cold even though we went down long before the end time. When we told them about the coffee, they brought a new carafe which was also lukewarm. Thankfully they had a microwave.

It was kind of clean. The breakfast was just OK. It looked as if decorative furnishings were removed. The room was very “bare boned”. The pictures on Hotels.com looked so much better than the room actually looked. There seemed to be a large unhoused population in the area. Even with the fantastic price, I will not stay here again. Staff and parking were good.

We arrived late at the hotel and the room room was extremely hot, we did not have shampoo or soap and only 2 towels for a family of 6. The windows that opened seemed to be to other rooms and the one window that went to the outside had bars and did not open. There seemed to be homeless people outside and the hotel attendant was not helpful. There only seemed to be 1 or 2 more guests staying at the hotel. Pictures looked a lot nicer then the hotel actually was.

There was a strong chemical smell (from cleaning products?) in our room which gave us both headaches within an hour. When we complained he gave us a different room which was better but still smelled. Also the smoke alarm had been pulled out of the ceiling. The manager said “sometimes the maid takes it out, we’ll replace it.” At this point - between the smell and the safety issues of the facility I didn’t want to stay but the manager would not give us a refund for both nights - had to pay for the first night even though we left within 2 hours. Manager was cheeky about the whole situation. Don’t stay here!
