The property was dated and the last renovation poorly done. The tub and holders had been painted and was chipped in several places. The bathroom door was dirty around the handle. The curtain near the slider door was filthy near the handle. The room smelled of dog and there were several pet stains on the rug near the door. The breakfast was good but I was disappointed that it only went until 9am. On the plus side the room was large, the bed comfortable and the pool open until 10pm. The jacuzzi looked like it had been broken for a while.

Pool was gross. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the outdoor pool and clearly not cleaned regularly. Overall smell inside wasn’t great. Actual room was decent.

A nice stop during our road trip south. The room was very spacious. It was nice to have a pool and spa to relax in. Conveniently across the street from Applebee’s. Breakfast was what I expected of hotel free breakfasts. My only observation was the carpets really could use either a good cleaning or an update.

Nightmare experience from Expedia to the room. Went to room, door was propped open with bunched up towel, slider to balcony wide open, bagged trash sitting on the floor..let the desk know and put trash in hallway. Returned to desk because no soap or towels. Later went to shower, no shower curtain so back tithe desk, they said sorry and handed us a shower curtain to put up ourselves! Bathroom filthy, hair in the tub and face bowl. This place, not sure about other rooms but room 222 needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Expedia experience no better, another story there. Both Expedia and Comfort Inn are off our list going forward.

Upon arrival we walk in checkin and everything looks good. Looks clean. I booked online thinking it was going to be nicer than motel 6... it was NOT! Our room was dirty! Walls, switches, the tv card that shows channels was disgusting, the shower had stains in it along with hair. . Our tv did not work! The controller looked like a hospital controller and supposedly they had "master" controllers down at the desk but they did not work either! The curtains were unable to close all the way. I was soooo disappointed because i paid more for a room because my family and i were driving from Oregon to California (southern) and i wanted a nice room for the night. I might as well have stayed at motel 6 and gotten the same quality but cheaper! This hotel is where a lot of construction heads stay when there jobs send them out of town.

Arrived and had to flush the toilet because there was urine. The box spring had a blood stain in the top right corner that was visible. No towels were in the room. We arrived and the air conditioning was off so it was over 100 degrees inside the room and it took more than an hour to cool down the room. Overall it seems the hotel is cutting corner to cut costs. Won’t stay at a comfort inn again.

The smell of dog urine in our room was overwhelming. We didn't put anything on the floor and wore shoes the whole time. The soap in the bathroom had obviously not been changed in a long time. Breakfast- for some reason they put out a whole basket of brown bananas. Not just spotted, but fully brown and ready for the garbage.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Walls appeared to be thin. I could hear the ice machine constantly people talking in the hall. There was a noticeable gap under the door. The walking above my ceiling was loud. The plug for diverting water to shower head wouldn't close all the way, so the pressure was not good.

We were completely surprise by the size of the room. It had a table, a desk, two different arm chairs. The size was very, very nice. The beds were a bit lumpy, but not bad.

Hotel is a little dated, room could do with an update, but overall no complaint. Room was huge with plenty of space. Bathroom/Shower was good. Ice machines available and there are vending machines close by if snacks and drinks are needed. Overnight stay, hotel suited our short stay. I recommend staying here if driving to Seattle or Portland.

The service at the front desk was great! The bed hurt my husbands back (but not mine), and the people above us kept us awake until they went to bed. They sounded like they were literally in our room.

This is a clean and well run property in Red Bluff. This is my first time facing the back of the property which is unkempt. The rest of the property is fine, and well run. I choose to stay here rather than other less expensive options, as there are definitely some less than desirable elements wandering the city these days. I do feel safe here.

Clean, comfortable stop, very spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was better than usual, with egg and sausage biscuits. Lemon water in the lobby. My room was facing the highway and I could hear some traffic noise, but it wasn't too loud. I would stay here again but asked for a room facing the other way. It would be great if they could add some EV chargers, which I usually look for.

Location was great and convenient to restaurants, coffee, and fuel. Room was nice and we like the room we had. The downside was the bathroom...the tub was crackly and the shower curtain was torn...the toilet was a little low in height, plus at certain times it ran like it was being flushed.

We stayed for one night going to Seattle and one on our way home. It quiet, comfortable and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again when in the area.

Room was old and run down. Shower was too dirty to even use it. Breakfast was awful. Area was ok but I would not stay here again.

The furnishings in the room are very nice and the pool is well maintained. The staff is warm and welcoming. The free breakfast has a enjoyable variety with real eggs.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakast was not very good and the coffee very weak in the breakast area and in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable.

Overall this property was a good value and have no regrets staying. It was very busy based on number of cars parked in the hotel lot but seemed like they were empty, very quiet and that is a wonderful experience. Grounds were clean and interior was in very good condition. The only complaint would be the breakfast food options were limited. My comments are based on comparison to another hotel brand chain I normally stay at a similar price.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. It appears to have been updated. Our only negative was the breakfast. Maybe it was turkey sausage? Maybe the eggs were precooked, and just heated up? Should have offered some fruit options. At least it was clean. Rate breakfast a 3, but everything else was a 5.

I was surprised at how comfy and roomy the room was. It had ice cold a/c and a quiet interior. The bed was cozy and the sheets were so soft. There were a variety of firm and soft pillows. The fridge worked well and the balcony was a nice surprise on the third floor. Lastly, the breakfast was great! I had waffles every morning with delight!

Clean. Friendly, competent check in staff Breakfast was a total flop !!! Too many guests with nothing to eat. One toaster, ran out of bagels and english muffins. Old bad apples. No eggs. Hot serving dishes (omelets, potatoes, ???? EMPTY) One waffle iron for 12 people. Useless. All goobered up with pasty mess. No staff. Even coffee maker was useless for number of guests.

Large rooms, helpful staff, nice pool and excellent breakfast. This hotel was a deal and we had a pleasant experience while attending the concert at Rolling Hills. I would definitely come back.

This was a good stopover location on our trip to Oregon. Good location, quiet until a motorcycle group arrived, nice staff. Didn't partake of breakfast.

We arrived to the hotel after an eleven-hour drive from Los Angeles, and were told that the only room remaining was opposite the front desk. We took it without complaint as it did not occur to me to complain - I was just too tired. From our room, once we settled in, we could heard that same staff member talking at the front desk to a friend - every word was audible. As it was already 11, I asked if they could please keep their voices down as my kids were trying to sleep. And, thankfully, they complied. But, thoughout the night as guests checked in, our sleep was interrupted by talking - which of course I understand - but why would the hotel not better insulate the room across the way? or why would staff insist that we stay in that room if other rooms were available that evening? The following morning, the noise started again by 7am. It was nothing extraordinary, but we heard guests checking out and, as we were opposite the breakfast room, there were a lot of conversations - again, nothing unexpected, but why put guests unnecessarily in a room that was exposed to that much noise? When I asked that morning about the situation, the staff person at the front desk told me that we should have been upgraded - that there were indeed other rooms available. Unfortunately, too little, too late - as we were headed out tired for another long drive northwards. Very disappointed in the service and definitely was not a restful night's sleep.
