Not in the greatest of areas, property lacks any kind of fencing or barrier from streets with homeless present. Was concerned of my car getting broke into or catalytic converters stolen. Pulled in at 11pm and rolled out at 5am. Suited my need for a quick shower and few hours of sleep but would be miserable if had to stay longer. Beds and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. AC unit is loud and barely works, rattled off and on all night long. Shower head dripped constantly in fact shower floor was puddled when arrived. Only 1 ice maker for property located in the “lobby” which was on the opposite area of the property where I was assigned, far from convenient. TV is a small 32inch, the non black out curtain barely covered the window due to a couple missing rungs bright lights from the outside walkway and street illuminated from all 4 sides of the windows. Doors are loud to open and close heard the neighbors door bang open and close till after midnight. All in all fine in a pinch and suited my need of a shower and few hours of sleep, bring ear plugs and a night mask.

We originally booked for 4 nights but ended up staying an extra night because this place was fantastic. Everyone working there was so friendly & accomodating. They have coffee in the mornings and we showed up a few minutes late for it, and they actually brought everything back out for us, so sweet! The room was incredibly clean, just absolutely spotless. House keeping came by daily to take trash and see if we needed clean towels. Obviously as a Motel 6 they are pet-friendly, and they do have a dog 'potty area' out in the back of the motel which is nice. The only minor complaint I can come up with was that the wifi was a little weird, it was great for video streaming but slow for web browsing. On the whole, we felt very safe & comfortable here, I would definitely recommend this place to others, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We stay here when we drive from Portland to Southern California. We don’t do much besides unload the car, get some food and go to sleep. But it’s always very clean and every person who works here seems to be helpful and nice. Not fancy, great price, lots of food nearby and they are pet-friendly. It’s a no-brainer.

Me and my kids loved this place. At first I initially booked for a different day and they were so helpful in modifying the dates. The manager was really nice as well. I believe their pool is the best hotel pool in Redbluff . Their rates are great. 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location next to the starbucks, and the pool is excellent. Rooms are quiet and large, and bed was comfortable. Location is good, near services and freeway is nearby.

The staff was really nice but there was mold in the shower in my room and not just a little bit. I got a smoking room because I smoke vapes and wanted to be respectful of the property but didn’t want to have to leave the room because it’s a bad area and the smell of cigarettes in the room is extremely overwhelming!! In smoking rooms I’ve stayed at with other hotels it’s not been smelly at all but the smell in both the rooms I booked on two separate nights two days in a row was so overwhelming both me and my partner had a stomach ache for the first couple hours until the room aired out a bit but even then it still stank and the air coming out of the cooler/heater smelt very strongly of cigarettes as well. There was also tons of burn holes and not just little ones which I’d understand maybe a few because it’s a smoking room but at some point you’ve gotta change them out I feel like. The staff was super nice tho as a said before. I only stayed here because I painted my home and needed to be out of it for two days to let it air out

Stayed here one night. Served my needs as a cheap, last minute place to sleep while passing through on a long-distance motorcycle trip. Loud traffic noise, at times, and though the room was clean, I killed a few cockroaches that night. Not the greatest experience .

This was my second time staying at this location, and it has been very clean both times. Which combined with its price point and customer service, is the biggest selling points for me. The beds aren't the comfiest and rooms are so so but what they do excel in is enough for me to come back and recommend this location to others

I checked in . Then checked out didn’t stay the night after i seen bedbugs in the room . The man at the front desk refused to give me back my 100.00 deposit on the room as well . So im at a loss for the room charge and the deposit .

The place smelled awful like mildew and cigarettes even though I got a smoke-free dog-friendly room. The neighbors had 4 dogs that wouldn't stop barking. The place was dirty, the shower was dirty, the property had trash around it. I didnt feel comfortable walking my dog. Wouldnt recommend.

To begin you use your shoulder to get the door open. Things were old which would be okay if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There was a dark blob on one pillow case and stains on the other. Floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Shower fixtures weren’t attached so I assume they’re growing some mold back there.

The problem is the proximity to an arterial/highway, and until later at night the traffic noise was really bothersome. And the otherwise very good AC unit was very noisy. Otherwise, very clean, nice shower, but a bit spartan for the cost. Possibly rooms not facing the street and nearby commercial/mall development would have been much quieter.

We stayed at this property, as it was the only motel available during the Red Bluff Bull & Gelding sale. We had hot water, a bed which is what we needed. We brought our own pillows and extra blankets. The room had a sizable fridge and microwave, but no closet or chest of drawers. It was FINE, but a little bare bones. Staff was very nice.

The óne thing I half expected, sue to other reviews was Bugs! No bugs were seen as well no evidence of bus!the room was very small, with an attempt at upgradeing! Best liked feature is the filthy old carpets have been replaced with vinyl planking, the open shower floods the bàth then begins to run out into the room! Clearly not upgraded by proffetionals but by handy man!!

I liked the easy check in but didnt like the fact that stuff came up missing from our room and when we questioned the office we were looked at like we were crazy and dismissed

I liked the proximity to freeway, beds were way too hard, towel rack in bathroom broken. Staff acted like I was disturbing them to check in.

I checked in . Then checked out didn’t stay the night after i seen bedbugs in the room . The man at the front desk refused to give me back my 100.00 deposit on the room as well . So im at a loss for the room charge and the deposit .

Our king sized room was very clean and comfortable. Even even the room smelled clean. It was nice to have a window that we could open for fresh air. The front desk person was very helpful and customer orientated.

It was nice to stay. Affordable price which is why I’ve never expected too much. They gave me a bag of water bottles and chips as a gift when I checked out. I’ve never seen at any other Motel 6. How’s nice!

The problem is the proximity to an arterial/highway, and until later at night the traffic noise was really bothersome. And the otherwise very good AC unit was very noisy. Otherwise, very clean, nice shower, but a bit spartan for the cost. Possibly rooms not facing the street and nearby commercial/mall development would have been much quieter.

Not in the greatest of areas, property lacks any kind of fencing or barrier from streets with homeless present. Was concerned of my car getting broke into or catalytic converters stolen. Pulled in at 11pm and rolled out at 5am. Suited my need for a quick shower and few hours of sleep but would be miserable if had to stay longer. Beds and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. AC unit is loud and barely works, rattled off and on all night long. Shower head dripped constantly in fact shower floor was puddled when arrived. Only 1 ice maker for property located in the “lobby” which was on the opposite area of the property where I was assigned, far from convenient. TV is a small 32inch, the non black out curtain barely covered the window due to a couple missing rungs bright lights from the outside walkway and street illuminated from all 4 sides of the windows. Doors are loud to open and close heard the neighbors door bang open and close till after midnight. All in all fine in a pinch and suited my need of a shower and few hours of sleep, bring ear plugs and a night mask.

This has been our go to hotel when on a road trip to California. It is right off of Interstate 5. They recently upgraded the rooms. Very nice. As always the staff is friendly . For price and accommodations this is a great value

We stay here when we drive from Portland to Southern California. We don’t do much besides unload the car, get some food and go to sleep. But it’s always very clean and every person who works here seems to be helpful and nice. Not fancy, great price, lots of food nearby and they are pet-friendly. It’s a no-brainer.

Great location next to the starbucks, and the pool is excellent. Rooms are quiet and large, and bed was comfortable. Location is good, near services and freeway is nearby.

Clean, quiet, good parking, quick check in. Room was well furnished and comfortable, included fridge and coffee maker, always a plus for me because I have to be on the road early. Reasonable rate even though we didn't call ahead.

We originally booked for 4 nights but ended up staying an extra night because this place was fantastic. Everyone working there was so friendly & accomodating. They have coffee in the mornings and we showed up a few minutes late for it, and they actually brought everything back out for us, so sweet! The room was incredibly clean, just absolutely spotless. House keeping came by daily to take trash and see if we needed clean towels. Obviously as a Motel 6 they are pet-friendly, and they do have a dog 'potty area' out in the back of the motel which is nice. The only minor complaint I can come up with was that the wifi was a little weird, it was great for video streaming but slow for web browsing. On the whole, we felt very safe & comfortable here, I would definitely recommend this place to others, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I am very pleased with everything - so far! The check in, the room, the accessibility of everything from food to coffee... This is an excellent stop for most of what you would need on the road readily available, as well as quite decent accommodations!

They are under construction the parking lot is full of materials. Some guy was hanging out late night into the morning for hours in his van, that was creepy. Bathroom shower & toilet were old peeling paint the baseboards were dirty. I hope they take better care of the rooms once they are remodeled, it be a shame to up grade only to do the bare wipe down.

Always a very pleasant check-in and stay at this Motel 6. Staff is wonderful. Room is just what is needed for a good nights rest on a long road trip. Cheap gas and good coffee nearby. This place is our go-to for a frequent journey, and I have no need to find anything else!

We did not feel safe as soon as we pulled into the designated parking lot and observed two broken down vehicles that had been there for quite a while based on the thickness of dirt evenly distributed all over them. Also the weeds growing through the pavement indicated a lack of maintenance. Before we could get out of our car an individual who appeared disheveled appeared out of the bushes and walked across the property. Upon entering the room, which was for two full beds, we noticed dead bugs on the window sill & floor and a distinct unidentified odor. The room size may have been adequate for one full bed but definitly not two. We were stopped in our tracks two steps into the room ! We immediatly left the single door key on the dresser and left. We did not stay there, we went to another facility in the area and was more than satisfied. I do not know what was going on with this property, but it definitly needs some training in the hospitality industry. Anyone considering this property....DON'T....RUN AWAY, you do not even get what you pay for.....IMHO
