Sheraton San Diego Resort

Sur le site hôtel.com, très difficile de faire la différence entre les chambres rénovées et celles non. Il y avait des photos des 2 styles de chambres. Dans la chambre que nous avions, très forte odeur de poussière quand nous sommes arrivés et nous avons dû laisser la baie vitrée ouverte 3/4 heures pendant notre dîner. Un robinet cassé dans la salle de bain. La taille des lits n’étaient pas précisée et pour une superficie de chambre annoncée de 37 m2, nous nous attendions à des lits queen size au minimum = 160 cm de large. Les lits étaient des full size de 140 cm de large à peine. En conclusion les standards de cette ancienne partie de l’hôtel ne sont pas Sheraton et la présentation sur hôtel.com est trompeuse et manque de détails. Merci

The rooms, parking and facilities were excellent. The shuttles were also convenient and staff were friendly.

The coffee maker pods did not fit the coffee maker in our room so we could not make coffee! The shower switch that moves water flow from the shower head to the hand held device did not work. It was corroded probably due to excessive minerals in the water.

Yes fiid was excellent lobby is the best seating everywhere room is beautiful clean plus balcony is superb

My family had a great time at the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The rooms were renovated (Marina Tower) and our room was in pristine condition. The heated pool was nice and they have complimentary s’mores that you can make at their fire pits on a daily basis. The gym is really nice. It is clean and has free weights, machines and an assortment of cardio machines. The only thing that could be a negative are the food prices being high, but that is to be expected because it is a hotel. Also, the hotel is relatively close to the San Diego Zoo/other attractions, activities and restaurants.
