Surfer Beach Hotel

The location and the staff were great. The bathroom was not clean, there was some sort of spatter on the walls. Then we were out of hot water for two days with no explanation and barely an apology.

Hotel location was awesome and the staff was super helpful.

Overall the stay was very nice. That staff was beyond kind and they even gave us a free room upgrade with a n ocean view. My only concern was there was a very dirty shower head and there was a very light yellow stain on the sheets. I didn’t see it until morning as it was dark when we checked in. Other than that there were no issues and I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Ocean view was amazing! Little spendy for the quality of the room. Hot water was more warm than hot. Overall nice place to stay and will probably stay again.
