Breakfast is excellent and happy hour is nice. Close to freeway and shopping. Pool is a little sloppy. Atrium is an excellent place to meet and chat but closes at 10 p.m.

Embassy Suites is always a “safe” booking. The staff was very nice, and the cocktail hour had more options than other Embassy Suites. BUT, paying $17 per night for parking, was a little ridiculous, when no one would park there for any other reason???

Great stay. Quiet, roomy room. Breakfast was fabulous. Inside pool had to much chlorine. My eyes were burning and I was just watching my kids swim. Other than that, no complaints.

The complimentary breakfast and evening reception are always the perks for staying at this hotel. They do a good job. What I didn’t like about the stay this time was the gym not equipped with water and towel, the parking was used to be free, but now they charge $15 per day. The parking lot is shared by nearby businesses, and it’s free! So, I don’t understand why they can charge for parking which is free to anybody but the hotel guests.

The hotel is renovated in portions. The central area is well appointed with a bar and open seating. They offer complimentary service in the evening and the breakfast spread is impressive. I would call it Value for money for a family trip

We have stayed here many times, but unfortunately this was not a good experience. The water throughout the building went down for a time, and then our AC made a loud noise whenever it turned on. I'm also not happy that they are now charging for parking, even though it is on a large public unguarded and uncovered lot as part of a shopping mall; there is no particular area that indicated it is for Embassy guests only.

The hotel over all was ok but my shower had hair in it (before we used it) i asked for a housekeeper and was told there wasnt one. So i asked to speak with a manager and was told there wouldnt be one untill after we had already checked out

In the last few months, I have stayed at many different Hilton hotels. I was looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, the stains on the sofa, the filthy vent in the shower, the sticky handles on the closet and the room needs an update. I didn’t check into the room until later in the day, due to circumstances beyond my control. And after a long day, I certainly did not want to stay in a dingy dirty room, especially considering what I paid. I will be traveling again to San Luis Obispo many more times over the next 2 years, but I will not stay there again. Also, the wait times to refill items at the breakfast buffet was to the point, where I stopped waiting…whether it was waiting for bacon, sausage or even oatmeal. I wasn’t the only one who was tired of waiting and walked away.

Was VERY disappointed in the condition of this hotel. Because we happened to be a late check in (8pm) it felt like we were given the worst room in the place. One of the doors at the front was already broken, but our room was over the other door and I can confirm that the other door is very soon going to be broken also. Every time the door opened and closed with the auto sensor when people came and went, you could hear it in our room right above the door. Not only that, the couch had questionable stains on it, there was trash in the corner of the room, the shutters on the windows by the door let all kinds of light in still and to top it off, the water in the tub wouldn’t fully shut off and was leaking. In addition, the check in was lack luster. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t provide details on the WiFi login info, breakfast hours or any of the other things that is normally provided at check in. And almost as an afterthought as she is giving me keys she asks me, “oh are you parking a vehicle in the parking lot?” Ugh, do another 15 dollars later to park in what is also a mall parking lot because of their proximity to stores, I was on my way to my terrible room. I have stayed at a number of Embassy suites in the past and even sought them out for our road trips. After this experience, I will think twice and perhaps book the slightly less expensive hotel and get my own breakfast from a surrounding somewhere surrounding the hotel.

Terrible experience. Had booked a few rooms and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Upon checking in, noticed spider webs in the room. The room was filthy. In addition, the bathroom sink had a clog. The room was too noisy ( as it was facing the freeway). I requested to change the room. The front desk didnt want to change the room initially but ended up switching us to a different room. The room that was later assigned wasn't too noisy but it had broken blinds and dirty carpet ( looked like dog poop). Because, the blinds were broken, it was an inconvenience as these are next to the entrance and hence, people passing by could peek into the room. I called housekeeping and was told that someone would clean it properly in the morning. Throughout my stay, neither did anyone clean it nor address it. One of the other rooms that I had ( Room 401) had a water leak from the ceiling. The overall stay experience was terrible. As customers, we expect better service and amenities from a Hotel ( especially a brand like Hilton). I will gladly share pictures if needed.

Our stay over all went well. Some cons were the $75 dollar pet fee that was not mentioned when i booked our stay. The room had existing stains in the carpet which appeared to be from prior pets. There was a pair of used under wear stashed between the top of the mattress and one of the beds headboards. Had a question the cleanliness of the sheets, etc. Aside from those issues the room was nice. We did forget to pack shampoo and conditioner but the hotel has those well stocked in the restroom so we were thankful to not need to go out to purchase some. The ondoor pool was great, area was clean and the kids had a blast. Downside, i left with a headache. The area doesnt have windows to open and ventilate. The chlorine smell was very strong with the humidity built up the the enclosed area. The all you can eat breakfast was the highlight during our stay. The good was well prepared , with freshly made omletes, refular eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, hot oatmeal, with other options like cold cereal, yogurts, both regular and greek, fresh fruits, bagels, english muffins, bread to toast to your liking, white, wheat, sourdough. Apple juice, orange juice, cranberry, coffee, or signature teas were also available. We didnt have drinks at the bar but were told that each adult had the option to 2 free alcoholic drinks on the house from my understanding. The hotel is right by the highway and nestled in a shopping mall area with a grocery store, clothixlft

We stayed in 2 queen beds executive suite, and the stay was great. Check-in was fast and came with a complementary drink at the bar. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and had a room door separating the living room/kitchenette area from the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was solid and the omelette station was a plus. We would stay here again for our next time.

Always a great stay for our family at the Embassy Suites. We love the room sizes with its own living area. Makes it great when it’s time to wind down and the kids can have their own tv. Our favorite part of this stay were the beds. They were the most comfortable, we have been on a spring break road trip and these beds were hands down the best out of the 3 different hotel rooms we stayed in.

We booked 2 rooms and requested for joined. As soon came in the room and tried opening curtains big spider was on it. Rooms were not joined and right next to the highway super noisy. After driving for six hours won't be able to sleep at night. Instead of enjoying will be suffering tomorrow due to lack of sleep. Shower drain is clogged water does not get out fast enough and have to turn off and wait to for water to drain otherwise it goes above ankles. Very disappointed with whole experience.

The room was mostly clean. The tub didn’t drain water and the shower pressure wasn’t good. I was hoping for a nice shower. The noise level can be loud since the room faces the dining area. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

At the time of check-in, the desk attendant exhibited a highly unprofessional and rude demeanor, despite my prior payment for my room through Expedia. Notably, the attendant charged my credit card twice. Consequently, I dedicated approximately two hours of my time to resolving the issue through customer service chat. Made reservations in March for 2 nights. Get to hotel in September and they say reservations are for one night. Show receipt for 2 nights. They say ok it’s 2 nights. Reminded front desk repeatedly that our reservations were for 2 nights. Nonetheless keep getting phone calls in our room questioning the length of our stay. Finally walked down to front desk and showed Expedia receipt. Went back to room but now access card doesn’t work. Went back down to get new card. Next day access card quit working again before check out time. Front desk blamed Expedia for the problems.

Hilton refused to check in, as their system was down. No fallback to manual process. Rude, arrogant reception manager, who said nothing he can do, but wait for undisclosed amount of time. Declined to sign anything as proof of non service. They could not even understand if the internet was down or not. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible experience. Travelled 3 hours by car to get tho treatment and went to a local Marriott.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. All the staff was WONDERFUL with exception of the gal (multi-color hair) at the front desk when I EMERGED FROM THE STUCK ELEVATOR which delayed my check-out and made me late!!! I was stuck in there about 6 minutes and the emergency phone put me on hold and I was able to flag down an employee as the elevator was all glass--Thankfully. She failed to apologize or ANYTHING! The rest of the hotel was wonderful, full breakfast daily was a smash, and everyone was very attentive. Really good value for the buck and so close to the airport and next to many stores...Nordstrom Rack, World Market, Ross, Sprouts, etc.

Hotel is close to the freeway, it is old but clean. Breakfast is good with made to order omelets. The evening reception with 2 free drinks is nice to have at the end of the day. Hotel is in a shopping plaza, World market plus and Nordstrom rack is walking distance. McDonald’s, Chipotle, Ralph’s, Dave’s hot chicken are near. I will come back again.

I ordered a kids burger for my daughter and It was served in medium rare condition. When I asked the staff why a kids burger should be so red inside they did not try to address my concern and basically said that it is cooked and it is what it is.

The chef is absolutely terrible, I ordered the steak and it first came out cold. Then they brought a new steak and it was completely raw. The next day we ordered the pizza and my son got food poisoning and was up all night vomiting. You need to get a new restaurant staff, the chef is absolutely terrible and we had to eat at other restaurants because of his complete lack of cooking experience.
