A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast is very good with many fresh options from the buffet.Serene is a perfect place to stay and I could have happily stayed longer.Will definitely return to Serene Hotel & Spa in the future.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in den ich je war. Alles war perfekt und wir haben unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber man ist in kurzer zeit in der Altstadt. Der service war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Very friendly & caring staff from Lily, Roxie, Minh, Sally, Katherine, housekeeping. Excellent breakfast with good choices. Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet area for relaxing. Grab into old town a few dollars!
