Guest reviews of Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe

What guests think

AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

At Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe, travelers praise the spacious, often renovated suites and friendly staff, plus a location across from Heavenly’s California base, while noting valet-only parking and some maintenance and housekeeping inconsistencies. Rooms are large with fireplaces and mini-kitchenettes, though some older layouts feel dated, water pressure can be weak, and a few guests report noisy or underperforming AC. Amenities like sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub, games and BBQs are appreciated, but the pool and hot tub are small and the gym is limited. There is no full restaurant or bar and the coffee bar operates limited hours; check-out is at 10 a.m. and housekeeping is not daily. Best for skiers who want roomy suites and easy lift access.

This is a very nice and comfortable place, situated in a quiet neighborhood, a quick drive/ride to the Lake Tahoe Amphitheater (our destination for two concerts over the Labor Day weekend). We booked a one bedroom suite which made our 3 night stay easy and enjoyable. Marketplace and Fireside Coffee Bar nice to have onsite. Parking and valet staff awesome. Would most definitely stay here again.

Room configuration was odd but workable. 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and you enter the room in bedroom 2…walk thru kitchenette and bathroom 2 to get to living room space. Bedroom/bath 1 were adjacent to living space.

It would be nice if you request a cart for your room so you can check out at 10 AM instead of 11 AM like most properties or later that they would bring you a cart waited over 30 minutes. No car arrived so I had to all our stuff downstairs in two trips and then wait 20 minutes for a car
