The breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They had freee working EV charging stations, but only 4 spots, so get there early if you want one. The bed was comfortable enough, so overall for the price of this hotel I was very satisfied. I would stay here again!

The property was right off the freeway so easy access. However it is in a neighborhood., right in between residential homes. Plenty of free parking. Only complain is that the room smelled moldy.

We had a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable. The room we had was a bit cramped but I was able to put the desk chair out on the patio so I could plane my suitcase under the desk. The breakfast had many options and was standard for what you'd expect, but they did babe fruit options which was nice and boiling water so you can make a tea at night if you wish. We were also Able To charge our EV! Which was great.

I was there two nights over a three day weekend on a mini-vacation with my girlfriend, and we did not travel with any children. The property was clean and the staff was nice. No complaints on those items. We did notice that there were not enough tables for the number of people at the breakfast area. I noticed the staff filled up a cafe latte machine with new beans and used their bare hands to smooth out the level of new beans... and they ran out of eggs for about 10 minutes, so the breakfast was fair. Pool was undergoing renovations, which was disappointing. Gym/Fitness room appeared nice although we just looked and did not use it. Bottom line, it was a clean, quiet place to sleep while in town going to several events.

I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with the room information/photos and the front desk after checking in. Standard rooms only have standing showers. No photos of these standing showers are shown on hotels.com. the only tub/shower combo available is in a "deluxe" room. The whirlpool tub is old and dilapidated btw. After checking in, I immediately called the front desk and advised that I did not book a room with a standing shower. I was told to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com called the property with me on the line. The front desk hung up on them. The communication from the front desk was so bad, hotels.com offered to start looking for replacement accommodations for me. I had to call the front desk twice and was then offered to "upgrade" for $15 per night and was told how would I know that the room only included a stand in shower. This whole back and forth took 1.5 hours to resolve. This was something that should have been resolved in 5 minutes. The lack of customer care and conflict resolution makes me sure I will not return. Comfy bed, ok furnishings, ok water pressure. The tub was FILLED with random hair

But I was happily surprised to find the room clean, the bed was comfy, and everything I could possibly need was provided in the room - a working fridge and microwave, a Keurig coffee maker w/plenty of Kcups and disp cups, lamps w/electrical plugs (all of them), blow dryer, iron and board, luggage stand, dispensable shampoo and conditioner in the shower, lotion by the sink, free dependable wifi, large TV w/working remote and sattelite channels, nice staff, awesome comp breakfast, plenty of safe parking, convenient location.... I mean, what else can someone ask for, right? I highly recommend.

Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs could’ve been fresh. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, but the side chair was a bit uncomfortable. Everything was clean, but the room a bit small. We really liked the people and service, and it was a very good value for the excellent location and money spent. Thank you!

There was no air conditioning in the hallways, the foyer and the room. My unique work schedule was tight and did not allow for me to bounce around from room to room. It was hot, sticky and disgusting throughout the hotel, but, especially in my room.

I booked on line one hour prior to arrival and asked for a quiet upstairs room if available. I get the first floor across hall from elevator equipment room. Stupid noisy and after having asked the guy for a quiet room. He said only one available. Probably at my price because hotel looked very empty. The Room was a bit aged and needs some upkeep.

Hotels.com called the property with me on the line. The front desk hung up on them. The communication from the front desk was so bad, hotels.com offered to start looking for replacement accommodations for me. I had to call the front desk twice and was then offered to "upgrade" for $15 per night and was told how would I know that the room only included a stand in shower. This whole back and forth took 1.5 hours to resolve. This was something that should have been resolved in 5 minutes. The lack of customer care and conflict resolution makes me sure I will not return. Comfy bed, ok furnishings, ok water pressure. The tub was FILLED with random hair

I made a reservation for two nights (10/25 & 10/26) so that my son and his friend could participate in a soccer tournament. Tournament date shifted; so was my closing date for a new house purchase. As a result, I needed to make a change with my reservation. Hotel told me in spite of the booking insurance I bought, the reservation could be not changed. Since the reservation couldn't be changed, we decided to just to let the hotel charge us for Friday night, assuming that it would be okay for us to check in on Saturday when personal obligations were settled. We had a HUGE surprise when told that our hotel room was not available, because we did not show up the first (Friday) night. We had to escalate it to their manager to get the matter resolved (barely).

Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Room was clean. We thought bed and pillows were comfy. If shower pressure is an issue for some, then it was a little low. Free breakfast every morning was appreciated and we took full advantage of. We loved that there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Target is not far and there’s a grocery outlet a couple minutes away to stock up any food/drinks. The area was perfect! Easy access to freeways and only 10-15 minutes away from Levi’s Stadium. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs could’ve been fresh. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, but the side chair was a bit uncomfortable. Everything was clean, but the room a bit small. We really liked the people and service, and it was a very good value for the excellent location and money spent. Thank you!

For the room rate, I wasn't expecting much. But I was happily surprised to find the room clean, the bed was comfy, and everything I could possibly need was provided in the room - a working fridge and microwave, a Keurig coffee maker w/plenty of Kcups and disp cups, lamps w/electrical plugs (all of them), blow dryer, iron and board, luggage stand, dispensable shampoo and conditioner in the shower, lotion by the sink, free dependable wifi, large TV w/working remote and sattelite channels, nice staff, awesome comp breakfast, plenty of safe parking, convenient location.... I mean, what else can someone ask for, right? I highly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They had freee working EV charging stations, but only 4 spots, so get there early if you want one. The bed was comfortable enough, so overall for the price of this hotel I was very satisfied. I would stay here again!

Chosen for it's central location for my business meeting, this place met all the criteria needed for a low budget business trip but exceeded all expectations. It was clean (and not the type masked by terrible wallpaper and toxic air fresheners). Breakfast was simple but plenty of options, always maintained impeccably. No fancy bells and whistles, which I didn't need. Only suggestion would be to provide hand sanitizing soap dispenser rather than bars of soap.

We had a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable. The room we had was a bit cramped but I was able to put the desk chair out on the patio so I could plane my suitcase under the desk. The breakfast had many options and was standard for what you'd expect, but they did babe fruit options which was nice and boiling water so you can make a tea at night if you wish. We were also Able To charge our EV! Which was great.

I was there two nights over a three day weekend on a mini-vacation with my girlfriend, and we did not travel with any children. The property was clean and the staff was nice. No complaints on those items. We did notice that there were not enough tables for the number of people at the breakfast area. I noticed the staff filled up a cafe latte machine with new beans and used their bare hands to smooth out the level of new beans... and they ran out of eggs for about 10 minutes, so the breakfast was fair. Pool was undergoing renovations, which was disappointing. Gym/Fitness room appeared nice although we just looked and did not use it. Bottom line, it was a clean, quiet place to sleep while in town going to several events.

Good breakfast, good location to shops like Trader Joe’s so can get on the road early. Room was clean and air conditioning worked out for warmer evening as well as providing quiet room… they also have a charging cable that can be useful if needed.

I enjoyed my stay at this Comfort Inn, I was in the area to visit California's Great America, which was only about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Check in went quickly, staff were friendly, and informed me of amenities and ways to get to my room. I did verify if I was given a room with a jetted tub, as I had booked, and they had to change my assigned room to provide that. I was on the ground floor, some rooms have balconies, and my sliding door opened to the courtyard by the pool, so I generally had to cover my window for privacy as others often walked by. It was very quiet though! I had room 111, I did not get a higher floor as requested in booking, but the room was fine, albeit a bit cozy, but was comfortable. There was a few cleanliness issues as I found a coin under the edge of the bed, crumbs/debris on a night stand, and a qtip under the bench. Otherwise the room was clean, king bed was comfortable, and had 5 pillows! The jetted tub fits one person and is in the bathroom and doubles as a shower. While it wasn't overly spacious, it was incredibly pleasant, and the strongest jets of any jetted tub I have experienced at a hotel, very relaxing! It was a bit loud though due to that power and the tub drain would close on its own sometimes. Breakfast was quite crowded, found a table though, pancake machine was broken, eggs and sausage were okay, and I also had yogurt and cereal. It was fine overall and kept filled mostly. I would definitely stay again!
