Grand Hotel

Aucune prise en compte du statut VIP access de hotels.com, personnel ne cherchant absolument pas à compenser quoi que ce soit. Piscine annoncée comme chauffée mais non chauffée, jacuzzi hors de service depuis bien longtemps et pour longtemps vu son état, voir photo, ventilation dans les couloirs au 4eme étage qui fait le bruit d’un avion au décollage, impossible de s’endormir obligé de déménager d’étage et le personnel qui répond « moi je m’endors comme une pierre donc ça ne me gêne pas ce bruit »…. Petit déjeuner plus que succinct et pas de refill donc arrivée tôt. Bref un séjour à oublier et cher qui plus est, je ne recommande évidemment pas cet établissement qui pourtant, sur le papier, avait tout pour plaire….

I asked specifically to ensure the fireplace would be working since I booked the suite for an anniversary (it was between this and another hotel, the fireplace is a what tipped the scales and made me choose this one). It was the first thing I tested when I got in. Of course, it wasn’t working. I asked the front desk to have maintenance take a look, but after 45 mins of waiting, I had to get ready for dinner reservations. Both TVs were not working but luckily I had a fire stick. Other than that, the pros:

Hot Tub broken.... Pool Cold as Ice!!! Could not enjoy our selves

AC is extremely noisy, room clean and spacious okay but smells For some reason there's only Curtains (block loghts)but missing the inner layer that's for privacy
