Asked if there's a parking charge when checking in. The receptionist told me not with a smile. The bill I received today show a $17 per day parking charge. Our daughter lives nearby and we could have parked in her place.

Very spacious, modern and impeccably clean room. The pool was a popular place. Breakfast was excellent. Nice area with a long walkway along the pond. Our pleasant stay was nearly perfect if it weren’t for the surprise $18 per night parking fee, as there is no reasonable option for street parking.

The staff was friendly, however: 1.) next to freeway and many buildings have traffic noise 2.) the ac systems are very old, very loud, and some not working 3.) the noise from the AC that was outside, was very loud inside. So loud I went outside to see and it was almost the same volume, thus the walls are paper thin. 4.) the noise was so bad, I ended up pulling the mattress off the bed, dragging it to the kitchen, and sleeping on the floor in there. 5.) Having pulled the mattress off the bed, UNFORTUNATELY I saw under the bed. It was the most disgusting thing you can imagine. The box frame, does not allow any vacum under it, so the things under the bed have been collecting for years, and it was more scary than a Saturday night fright movie. Dead bug carcasses and all.

The hotel was all okay, except there were quite a lot of ants in the bath room. We were traveling with two 1year old toddlers and really did not have an option to change to another room. Luckily we only stayed for one night so we did not have to suffer the ants longer.

Good rooms and dining options available around the area. Only thing was that this was our second time staying here and we used the pull out sofa both visits and when moving the couch back to extend the mattress, there was food crumbs that had not been vacuumed from previous guests. Didn’t mention it to them the first time but it happened a second time. Vacuum needs to be done all around the room thoroughly.

Overall, the property's surrounding area and exterior landscaping was very nice. Inside the room was good except for the HVAC. The air was not filtered and there were large amounts of dust in and around the furnace/AC unit itself. So we left it turned off the whole time. There was also an extremely large amount of dust built up on and behind the curtains. The only other negative was the fact that even though we were paying guests, we still had to pay $19 per day to park our vehicle on the property.

The price was very affordable for the three nights we stayed. The room was well cleaned. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook if we needed to. The refrigerator was sizeable with its own icemaker, so no walking to find a icemaker. The shower had very good water pressure and i didnt want to get out. Very relaxing after a day of driving and walking. The queen size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would definitely recommend to anyone whos looking for a lower priced and convenient place to stay. Its nothing fancy, but it is warm and welcoming and other than the neighbors above walking in the early morning, it was very quiet.

Sofa bed looks having black mold spot on the back. The room is beside of housekeeper's storage that is so noisy and annoying. Spider and flying bugs is found in the room. Refrigerator is running very loud. Housekeeper should come every other day according to the note in the room. However, no one ever comes for a 4-day and 3-night stay.

It’s right next to the freeway so it was loud. We got no sleep. The room itself was lovely. It was huge with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. It’s 5 minutes from the stadium so that was a plus. It’s $17/night to park.

Just keep in mind if you are going to a Levi’s stadium event they will not allow early check in. I understand not every place can accommodate but in the app it offers it, they still would not allow it. Would have been nice to know sooner. Carpets could used some deep cleaning.

Our room was amazing and very clean, more amenities than we were expecting. The property had a pond which the kiddo enjoyed. The breakfast that was served had a wide variety and everything was delicious. The downfall to the overall rating was our room wasn't available until 735 which was 4 hours after our check-in. I understand they had a lot of people staying there for the Taylor Swift concert but it was very disappointing that the room was not ready. We were even told it would be ready in 15 minutes after we waited till 4:00 to even speak to someone at the check-in counter. After we asked again that's when we were told our room probably wouldn't be ready till late in the evening.

Check in was super easy and staff was amazing. We had a group of 8 couples all with different rooms and when we asked if there was anyway we could all stay near each other, the clerk went above and beyond to put us into the same building ! 10/10 service.

Years of traveling to the area and always staying in different locations, we have now found a place that we all loved and can’t wait to go back to! Thank you for a fantastic experience. Hector is THE MOST AMAZING breakfast support and Danny and Marc always had a smile at the front desk. No question or job was too big for them. They made me feel like I was at home. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

We had fire alarm in the middle of the night for like an hour and front desk MARCUS was so rude and didn’t felt the support we need on that emergency situation. Everyone was so scared. I’m very disappointed.

The front desk staff on 10/19/25 was terrible. They kept informing clients to return at a later time or wait in the lobby while they had other desk sign in. They were checking in guest who just arrived instead of helping guest who had been waiting for a long period of time. The staff had no accountability and kept blaming each other and advised this was at the request of their manager. One guy was an older white male and the other was a younger female Hispanic. Thanks for upsetting everyone due to your lack of competence.

Hotel is a group of several buildings with around 8 rooms in each. price was reasonable, breakfast was good as well. There is a brewery restaurant only about a 5 minute walk away.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious (very nice to have a full size fridge), and I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Parking is always a top concern for me but there was plenty of convenient space. The only downside was the area, not much in the immediate vicinity or walkable. But as long as you're willing to drive 5-10 minutes, it's fine. 5/5 would stay again!

Breakfast was great unless you showed up towards the end or they were very busy. Food quality was good. Room was clean. Kids enjoyed the loft area. Staff is very friendly. $17 is a steep amount for parking but oh well.

The wifi is literally non-existent. No one could get on it. Not me or my adult daughters. You have to join or be a member of Bonvoy. Then it bounces you out so you can not even log in. Very frustrating experience. My daughter needed to take a test and she could not even do that. We were in units 1014/1013. Unit 1013 has an opening in the top of the door where rodents or anything else can get in. We were only there overnight to attend a concert at Levi's. Good price but not worth it for the wifi issue alone.

The stay was nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing had more than enough and lots of options for large crowd of guests. When needed supplies staff provided items in within minutes.
