Very nice property. Only one handicap parking space. But we made it work

Is in a convenient location and parking was always available right out our door. There are restaurants within walking distance.

The ice machine by my room did not work. The refrigerator in my room did not work. The room was not thoroughly cleaned but did have a strong smell of cleaning product. The person at the front desk seemed very uneasy while he was checking me in and kept repeating that pets and smoking were not allowed. It made me feel nervous. After check in, I saw people smoking several places and people with dogs. Confusing.

What a dump, nothing like the pictures. Hotel now apparently also a homeless shelter. Shady characters sitting on the stairs and drinking. Breakfast almost non-existent just weak coffee and Costco granola bars. Bathroom only had HOT water, even in toilet, which had no seat cover. Hotel was cheap, but as my mother told me, you get what you pay for.

There were burn holes in the blankets, which we have photo documentation of. Went to the front desk to ask for new blankets and was turned away. They refused to clean the room and we were forced to cancel our stay.

This place is a dump, with trash everywhere, the room was filthy and the comforter had burn holes in it. The place is a total wreck outside and the sink and shower both leaked all night.

Room was extremely dirty & disgusting i got catfished by super 8. was not like the photos at all.

I booked 2 days. 1st day I saw a roach in the bathroom. For the price and location I shrugged it off. The 2nd day there were so many on the floor, wall, and even on the bed. I wasn't able to sleep there. Had to find a new location. still waiting for management to issue a refund for 1 day.

This was a disgusting hotel. The room hadn’t been swept, there was garbage on the floor. The bathtub had been painted and was peeling. At some point the room had been refurbished and they did a terrible job/ shoddy workmanship, cheap materials, a bandaid on a complete eyesore. The bedding had stains and cigarette burns all throughout and we were given two tiny flat, lumpy pillows. It was loud, there were people outside our door smoking and talking after midnight. The walls are so thin, it sounded like they were in the room. Avoid at all costs. The continental/provided breakfast was laughable- literal twinkies and oatmeal packets and coffee in a 12 cup stained pot that has never seen a dishwasher. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This place was not clean with noise and roaches crawling all over. They would not give me a refund when I was leaving!

Room was so filthy.. floor, walls, toilet, shower, and even the ceiling. Holes in wall and a hole in the ceiling. The front room door looked as though someone kicked in the door, and was fixed poorly. This room was used for some crazy party as the room was a mess. Stayed on night and did not use shower due to a filthy tub and floors. Hotel is located in a rough area lots of random people walking and screaming all night.

There was duct tape holding down the floor molding near the bathroom. Also the bathroom had a cockroach. The sheets were scratchy. The blankets were sub-par and should be replaced. It seems that Wyndam properties have declined.

It was horrible, the hotel was a mess cracked walls/paint. Smelly rooms, loud noise from people outside yelling, music, bathrooms were disgusting. We had a horrible time there. No breakfast as advertised.

The only thing it had going for it was that the parking lot was well lit and the sheets appeared clean. The rest of the room was gross, tv didn’t work, and was super noisy. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in we would have gone elsewhere.

Great place to stay but water temperature is unsettling when you shower. Needs to be fixed asap

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Only complaint was TV didn’t work properly and no hot water for shower. It was a good location for all the events I did that weekend and they accommodated my requests. I would stay again.

An older property with value pricing to match. Near freeway (convenient, but some noise).

I booked a room with a Jetted Tub for the sake of using it only to be disappointed that it did not work. I paid much more for that room than a normal room and was clearly not worth the extra money.

The room was clean and quiet. I did notice a fair amount of wear and tear on the room but for the price point that was OK.

PRODUCTS IN THE ROOM WERE BROKEN AND STAFF LIED AND NEVER ATTEMPTED TO FIX ISSUE

The desk clerk that checked me in provided excellent service and professionalism. He made checking in a positive experience.

I forgot my USB’s charger and she let me borrow it at 3:am!! Amazing service

We have no problem staying at older/budget friendly hotels where the owners take pride in their hotel and keep their hotel clean. Unfortunately that's NOT the case here! Before arriving I had tried calling the front desk 2 times, but neither call was answered. When arriving to check-in there was no one at the front desk and after waiting a few minutes we gave a loud "Hello", still no response. Finally, after calling the front desk a clerk did arrive. (In hindsight, we should have left straight away seeing how unkempt the lobby area was.) The room had been updated somewhat, but the work done was sloppy. In addition, the baseboards, shower shelves, etc. looked like they had not been cleaned in several months - which makes one wonder if any cleaning had been done since the last guest! Only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth were in the room, empty kleenex dispenser... The final straw was seeing the juice for 'breakfast' (granola bars or instant oatmeal) in jugs! Someone could easily take a swig straight from one of the jugs and returning it to the cooler as no one is ever at the front desk - yuck!!!

I wasn’t in the room often but I was pleased with the lady who allowed me to check in early due to me needing to attend a funeral within the hour and I just landed at the airport. Very considerate.

A hooks bar next door that goes until 2:00 AM!!!! That’s a huge NO!

When we arrived there was a fight in the parking lot and there were prostitutes walking in the parking lot also. We didnt even get out of our car and stayed somewhere else. So dissappointing this room was non refundable.

The first room we went to had roaches everywhere. We moved to another room but it made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very dingy. The pillows were terribly lumpy. The motel backs up onto the freeway and it was quite loud.

I booked this place for my parents they got in at 3 am and were met with a rude check in. The “breakfast” is prepackaged hostess cakes and terrible tasting coffee. Do not stay here! Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Super cool staff. The building is a bit dated but acceptable. The beds were comfortable and we were happy to have an iron in the room! Breakfast was lacking (twinkies and instant oatmeal) but the coffee was good. Will stay again.

No the greatest experience stay at super 8 because of their usual great breakfast but this had pretty well an absence of one. I went in at 8am and there was nothing there except some minute oatmeal pack and in the fridge was 2 quart bottles with about a 1/2-3/4 of an inch of look like milk and OJ

I REQUESTED QUEEN BED, RECEIVED DOBLE BEDS,BED? BUGS :( * BREAKFAST INCLUDED-COFFEE, ORANGE JUICE AND A PEACE OF BREAD NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I dont even know why they advertisers free breakfast. The coffee was like water. The apple and orange juices are stocked and old (no guests go there to eat). They have twinkies hostess brand. Its a joke! The room service worker used the same rug used in the bathroom first then to your room floor without changing. It’s gross!!!

This property was disgusting. It smelled horrible and was simply falling apart. My only filter was includes breakfast. There breakfast was literally an individually wrapped hostess cupcake and there a gallon of apple juice to help yourself to.
