Sonesta Essential Vacaville Napa Valley

My fiance and i stayed for one night and the room we had our tv didn't work. Someone from front desk came to try and fix it and couldn't and we were told they didn't have a maintenance person as it was late and the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck with a tv that didn't work. Our room also over looked the parking lot and we could hear everything. Dogs parking, people playing music, people coming and going. It just wasn't very quiet for a 2nd floor room.

room was clean..breakfast was nice

The room was great the only things wrong with my stay is the a/c key pad didn't work and the shower head kept shooting water on the floor do to the position of the shower head

Pet treats and sign at the front desk were charming. 2 waffle pan choices and 2 styles of batter were unique. Elevator with a view was interesting. My usually shy 11 year old grandson felt free to ask the kitchen staff for help twice at breakfast. I sunk into the marvelous massage chair before hitting the road again. The 2 different corner seating spots were inviting. We will return!

Room was good, staff was attentive and the breakfast was great. We have stayed multiple times in the past when we visit Vacaville.
