Check-in with Lisa/front desk was fast and very pleasant. The room was large, with comfy beds and a big tub/shower. I loved the extra pillows! The only, very small issue was the 3rd and 4th floor ice machines didnt work, ao had to get ice on the second floor. Breakfast was quite nice, and the $4 margarita Monday special was fun! Id definitely stay here again!

Breakfast definitely was a big hit. French toast and sausage the first morning and pancakes and bacon the second. Huge selection so you should be able to find something you like. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and perfect to help cool off during the little heat wave we were having. Only El Torito right next door and since no sidewalks, the walk to Wahoo's was a bit sketchy- - - luckily, it's not a busy street...but if you are with young kids, it wouldn't be a great walk, even though it's only about 10 min away.

The property is very clean with great interior designs. Their free breakfast had great selections with hot food cooked in front of you. I also like the white tea Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash soap smell. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of free space as well as EV charging stations.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom. Mostly in hotels at the same level there is always coffee or hot water during the day. However, coffee in that hotel was only during the breakfast time. There is no sidewalk where the hotel is located so you cannot walk around. Hotel in general was clean.

Property is out dated and needs a facelift, entire property has a smell to it, room was clean but smelled and carpet needs to be replaced, lots of stains, furniture looks as if its 25 years old. The breakfast was good with lots of options. For the price I would stay somewhere else that's more updated.

We stayed for 4 nights, breakfast was the same everyday. It would be nice if they had changed it up. Plus ,the fruit choice was tinned. Yuk. Fresh fruit would have been better. I found a long hair in the shower when we arrived. Revolting. The furniture in our room was worn.

Parking was readily available close to the entrance to the hotel and seemed very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, very clean, spacious, and had a VERY comfortable bed. The hot breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the fruit, cottage cheese, and yogurt options. The English muffins, bagels, and muffins added to a complete meal. We’ll stay here again!

Pretty good stay, but a/c had a bit of a weird smell, and also creaked loudly when it automatically turned off, sometimes in the middle of the night. Other than that, newer curtains and spacious tub, water pressure good in shower. Nice room.

The lobby is beautiful and welcoming and the staff more so. Very friendly, easy check in. Ample free parking and great location. Breakfast was very good and hot. The rooms are large and very comfortable. This is our 3rd stay and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Yorba Linda.

Nice suite type hotel, clean and looked recently updated. The building is alongside the 91 freeway and our room was on that side. It wasn't at all bothersome to me, my wife would have preferred a room on the north side of the building but again, it was very minor. The towels could use replacing, you could tell they were end of life. The pillows were all feather type and they were mush. I think they should provide an assortment of firmness as my neck needs a bit more support. Would still stay here again, nice place in a safe area.

I read recent favorable reviews but this hotel surpassed my expectations. Parking easy. Check in staff friendly. I asked for a room on the back side of hotel away from road which is so quiet. Great view of hillside and neighboring area. Costco, Sprouts, many restaurants nearby. Room is immaculate, comfortable, generously sized, and bathroom is well laid out with great water pressure in shower which is inside an oversized soaking tub. Everything is so clean. We’re only staying a night but this place has a mini fridge, a microwave, self laundry on the floor, nice pool area and we are glad breakfast is included. Wi-Fi works well, lots of premium tv channels. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, except that I haven’t got my security deposit back and when I called the lady was very rude. I was yelled at and said that it’s only been 2 business days. The hotel says it’s my bank, but the amount is not pending anymore, it has been released to the hotel and I can’t do anything about it. I can get my bank to take a look deeper but I will be out of money until I get that deposit back… ( I know it’s not much, but for me everything until payday) 🤔 I am confused

First day, room did not get cleaned until after 4:30 pm, delayed us for an event. Second day, while we were dressing at 9:00 am, maid knocked on the door and told us that she has to clean the room now. I had l tell her to come back in 30 minutes. Next day, we went for a walk early in the morning and had do not disturb sign on. Maid came in and cleaned the room anyway. Breakfast is horrible. Powdered eggs and same potatoes every single day. But the worst is canned fruit and only on weekends there is fresh fruit salad. Vanilla yoghurt and cottage cheese is unidentifiable, and coffee is industrial strength. I would have liked individual packages of yoghurt or cottage cheese. Plain would be nice. Fresh fruit would be great, since I have food allergies and I don't know what is in all this food.

Requested an early check, request was granted. Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was provided. Only service needing attention is the morning breakfast. Eggs seem to be powder eggs, fruit is canned. If these service was upgraded the stay would be perfect.

Convenient location. Quick access to 91. McDonalds, Dennys and Chick Fil A within a quarter mile. Best hot breakfast we have had a hotel- fresh made eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes/french toast / biscuits and gravy and potatoes- depending on day. Waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, muffins, other breads, juice and coffee. Room was very clean, tub was a soaking size, microwave and mini fridge. Beautiful view of mountains. For us, one of the best hotels we have been to. Just started traveling for work and this will be my go to hotel.

Not having coffee until 6:30!! If you're driving to L.A. on business you need to leave EARLY. Yes, coffee in the room but Kuerig's don't make but 1 cup. Everything else about this place is 5 star

The Ayres Suites never disappoints us. Just a quick overnight to Orange County for a family event this time. Seems it’s almost our second home now. Everything is always in order, the staff is great, and you can’t beat the included breakfast prepared and served by actual chef. No egg-flavored hockey pucks at the Ayres Suites.
