For over two years this place has advertised EVcharging despite the fact it has been broken, and they have known about it but still benefit. Otherwise it is uncomfortable, wifi is prehistoric and the hotel is surrounded by homeless. A very disappointing night

Room carpet was stained and dirty. No elevator on a 3 story property made it difficult for us to get our bags up the stairs as we are senior citizens. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but filling and hot.

Old building but maintained well with updated furnishings. There is no elevators and if you are assigned to an upper floor room, it is challenging to walk up stairs with luggage. Breakfast was excellent with many options.

Your parking lot parking blocks are dangerous the way they are arranged. At night you can’t see them my wife got something out of the car stepped back and fell backwards onto her back. Luckily she didn’t hit her head on the cement or another car. They don’t have spaces to walk between where cars are parked. They are painted black with yellow stripes but you still can’t see them at night. The person at the desk was very concerned and apologetic. But they are definitely a safety hazard

The electric charging station was blocked by a non electric truck and trailer, that looked like it had been there a while. The room didn't seem very clean. There was used TP in the toilet when we arrived, hair on the bed that didn't belong to us.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. However, the bathroom door didn’t lock. The carpet was disgusting and sticky. The floor and the walls were paper thin. We could hear their entire conversations and when they turned on the sink. And to top it all off, when we woke up at 2 am to just the a neighbors coughing there was a cockroach on the bed. We immediately left.

There was hair on the wall in the bathroom, black/dirty hand prints on the hair dryer and blood on the comforter under the cover sheet, but visible when i went to climb into bed. Removed and used a blanket we brought with us. Plan to tell/show front desk in the morning.

The bathroom was very small. The drapes in the room were very saggy and torn at one end. The headboard and bedframe combo seemed kinda cheap, but the mattress was pretty comfy. It was very clean. Breakfast was decent, but nothing spectacular. We were on our way home from Disneyland, heading to Northern Oregon... it was an easy convenient stop. We'd stay again.

There were stains on the sheets. The noise from upstairs was very loud, and went on till past 3:00. There was a light shinning in the room, that the blinds did not cover. We had a very uncomfortable stay.

Sorry. This place screams old and needs repair asap. Beds are so uncomfortable and you could hear next room guess turning on the bed. Thanks goodness that’s all he did, cause literally could hear a single movement.

Everything great except the TV. It was a smart tv but you are blot able to use the streaming channels with your own account because there is no Internet connected to it. Only cable channels that repeat themselves. Speaker going out on TV as well. Disappointed on TV part but everything else great.

Ive been to 3 different hotels in Yreka. This one was the best, price was great. Quite. Clean. Super comfortable bed. Didnt understand how Roku on the TV works. That was our only problem. Next time we're going through there, thats where we'll stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in Yreka.

Everything was great except for the Rude unhelpful lady that checked is in. She acted like we were bothering her by needing to check in. Besides the rudeness the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the morning breakfast.

Without doubt one of the worst experience I had with a property. I made reservation few weeks ago and when I reached there after traveling 4+ hours with kids, I was told we gave your room to someone else. Then I had to travel another 2 hours to get a room

Great front desk person, Kayla. Friendly & efficient. Very clean room. Wonderful breakfast selection of hot item choices. Only issue was the pet area had many not-picked-up dog messes. Kayla said they are working on this; people are not responsible with their pets. There are even free bags supplied for dog owners.

First and foremost, the hotel staff initially gave me and my wife a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, we were immediately hit by the strong smell of food—something like a hot plate and rice cooker cooking Asian cuisine. It seemed less like a hotel room and more like a crash pad. There was garbage piled in the corner, open cases of food, leftovers still in grocery bags, and stacks of single-use plates. Clothes were laid out on one of the beds. Strangely, the beds looked untouched or already made, and there was even a fully assembled baby crib. It was around 10:00 p.m., and we were understandably confused and concerned by the situation. The front desk gave us another room, but when we got to the third floor, things didn’t improve. People were loudly socializing in the hallway with doors wide open—even though it was late. It felt like they had taken over the entire floor, talking and laughing well into the night without any regard for other guests. Overall, the entire experience was unsettling and unprofessional. It didn’t feel like a safe or well-managed place to stay.

Was not thrilled with the welcoming when first arriving at the hotel. First of all, it does not give one much confidence about staying overnight at a hotel, especially with a moving truck and car full of stuff, when the front desk person is behind a glass window and you can’t walk into the lobby of the hotel to check in. Instead you are freezing in the cold with your young family, waiting for the front desk person to check you in. When I handed him our ID and he could tell we were there with a reservation, you’d think he could let you in at that point. Either way, what does that say about the area of he needs to be kept behind glass like that and the lobby is closed. The other annoying thing is it was not made obvious there were no elevators for the building AND the room pictures online looked NOTHING like the actual rooms. It was as if they stole pictures from the comfort inn back in Redding and were passing them off as a new or renovated hotel. Very misleading. Rude staff, especially the front desk clerk at night. Wouldn’t recommend it in the future

Located adjacent to I-5 it has easy access. The outside is in poor condition, particularly the parking area and entrance--quite dirty and unkempt. The lobby is just a tiny area with a counter. The room however was large, clean and comfortable, despite the large container crate parked outside the 1st floor windows. The breakfast offered much better options than higher quality hotels, even though there is only room for 8 people to sit down. For the price this hotel is definitely for budget travelers & those who can ignore the shabby public areas.

We had an unplanned stay due to a flat tire and all the tire shops were closed due to the Holidays. We were able to book a night online and within minutes, walked up and was able to check in. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, despite the circumstances. The location is super-convenient as there were plenty of eateries within walking distance.

When I entered the room, I almost lost consciousness.. such a terrible smell in the room that it was impossible to be there.. as if they had smoked there for a long time with the windows closed. Not a room, but a smoking room. I was staying with a child. A homeless woman was sitting at the entrance to the hotel. I liked the breakfast the most, it was wonderful. The staff is friendly. The location is good, but our windows overlooked the I-5 highway, so it was very noisy, but the room smelled so bad that it was impossible to close the window.

A very nice facility with a great staff. The bed and the Hot shower were lovely after a long travel day. I found my room very clean and inviting with a coffee/tea pot, nice towels and great darkening window shades. While I noticed the traffic noise early in the evening I had a peaceful night. I appreciated a safe and secure parking lot, although the property entrance was a little tricky, perhaps it was my maps. The facility is close to a couple fast food eateries and a grocery store which was walkable and very convenient through the rear parking lot. Great stay, would stay again.

Ive never had such a bad experience at a comfort inn. PERIOD!!! DONT STOP HERE!!! HUGE HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT!!! IT IS SO BAD THAT THEY LOCK THE OFFICE AREA AFTER TEN.IVE NEVER STAYED AT A MOTEL WHERE THEY ARE SO AFRAID FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HAVE TO LOCK THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT OF THE RECEPTION AREA AT NIGHT.

Terrible breakfast Empty bins, with just bagels, hard fried eggs..not edible, plenty of potatoes, weak coffee with cream that was curdling, just the worst breakfast. TV was loosing connection often. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Nice staff.
