The room was clean and comfortable. The HVAC system performs well and is controllable by the occupant. The fitness center is a little sad, but at least there is one. The location seems to be safe and walkable. My only suggestion would be to provide a more accessible wall outlet for the work desk, as it is blocked by the desk.

I called prior to arrival & was told I could reserve a room with door facing outside/parking lot; they don't have any rooms like that! The hot tub very inhospitable, bright,bright light shining right over you, zero ambience!

It was a nice enough hotel, however people were using the fitness center in the middle of the night from 3-5AM, making noise with the equipment, slamming the door and talking loudly in the hallway. The hotel should restrict access to that room overnight to avoid waking people!

Positives: Easy access to Boulder, clean, quiet and spacious, mini fridge microwave and coffee in the room, bathroom very clean and good water pressure, towels were good quality, pool area and breakfast available, although not my type of breakfast. Despite being on the northern edge of town, it is very quick to get into the center. Super quiet, excellent mattress and choice of range of nice pillows of different firmness. Only complaint was that the room had a strong odor of must and mold.

The rudest front desk employee I have ever met who is in the hospitality industry. Did not want to accommodate my request for a room change even though I was given a Handicap room. Switched to a new room which was better but found dirty socks in my sheets. Disgusting. Will never come back.

This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed. The sheets were dirty, it smelled terrible, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, there were no protection covers over the mattresses, there was a whole punched in the bathroom door with drywall mud over it. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. The bathroom sink had flex pipe with a zip tie. Very disgusting and disappointed.

Was a bit dark and dingy. Room had mildewy odor (I think because shower was leaking). Overall was affordable, unlike several places in Boulder, and location was good if you have a car. Free breakfast was nice.

The motel was absolutely fine. The room was clean & the staff was very nice. The building is older & the rooms are smaller, but it was fantastic after a long day on the road.

I stayed for two nights. It was very clean, lots of space. The bed was comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had a mountain view from my window. The bathroom was spacious and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights at $300 per night. After arriving on Friday night at the room A/C was not working and hotel was booked no alternatives. I found a nearby hotel and requested a refund, to which a gentleman named Dan refused to do, arguing it was booked through a third party( hotels.com). No apologies, no solutions, our exchange was decent , I understand Ac can break and you dont have a tech 24/7, I politely requested a refund which was denied. I am currently fighting over this with my CC because the basic principle of a transaction was not fullfilled

Although the location of the hotel is great for exploring Boulder, Nick (the manager) is incredibly unprofessional and belittling to his female employees. We arrived at check-in time and only one of our rooms was ready. We had a question about a charge and he would not give us a number to customer service, would not assist us in any way, and was making inappropriate comments to his female staff during our interaction. Not a good place to stay if you are a solo female traveler or have any expectation of something that resembles customer service.

The Comfort Inn is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed talking Dan who checked us in. It’s a 10 minute drive to Pearl St and was 5 minutes away from venue where we had a gathering. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods. Good value.

The room was bad. The room had a moldy stuffy odor and smelled like smoke when I requested and purchased a non-smoking room. When asked if I can change rooms no response. The second day I called and asked for more towels and toilet tissue the gentleman said: “I don’t think i have any towels and you can come down here to get a roll of toilet tissue.” Service was not great!! I was significantly disappointed. When I went to check out and told the employee at the front desk about my dissatisfaction, all they did was shrug their shoulders and say OK sorry to hear that when I ask for the managers name or who was the manager on duty they said here’s a card and they handed me a card. I would never stay at this hotel again

Okay for an economy lodging. I had issues with the toilet, even had to plunge it myself once. Staff seemed indifferent to the problem at checkout. So so breakfast, difficulty communicating with staff. Plenty of police activity regarding homeless folks in the area.

Honestly it served us for what we needed. We did end up in the first floor and close to the front area. The only gripe I would say was in the lobby area which is also the breakfast area there is a door that normally is open for breakfast but closed most of the day but at nights it was open and those in this area were very loud at times. I do have to say they did stop around 10:30pm. But if you stay there try to get something away from the front desk. The room was clean and I liked having just a shower and not a bath/shower. The hotel having a washer/dryer to use was a godsend for us as we had to use it many times during our stay. The staff was very friendly. The only down part is that you were in the very north of Boulder and not a lot of food establishments close like walking distant I found. But it was like 10-15 mins to grab a bite. All in all good place you can tell it’s an older hotel but was clean and nice kept. I even have to say the A/C system though older than most it worked great. One of the only places I’ve been able to keep my room at a level where I wasn’t too cold or too hot. I just don’t like being on the main floor close to the front. That was the downer for me.

This is what Comfort Inn should be -- clean, quiet, efficient, well-maintained. Some don't achieve that. But this one did. As a Comfort Inn it is excellent. Boulder is a small city so one is only a few minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. But too far to walk.

Counter staff were great! Very nice breakfast bar. Room was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Its on the North end of Boulder, so away from the ridiculousness of downtown.

Breakfast needs to be improved greatly. No Orange juice in the 4 day stay. Selections are limited , more fruit. Also toilet in 317was in need of assessment did not flush properly.
