Generally a very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and recently remodeled...everything was spotless and well cared for. There were two disappointments. One of the two elevators was out of service, making comings-and-goings slow. The other was the absence of a person at the front desk when I attempted to check out early in the morning (6:30). Given the other activity at the hotel, I found ten minutes wasted trying to get some service a bit odd.

A 4:00 PM check-in time while pushing a $20 "early" check in time is an egregious money grab, especially when there are fewer than 10 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived. I will no longer book your hotels if the check in time is not until 4 pm. The lobby bar and restaurant business hours were very haphazard.

Next time we visit, we will not stay here. I travel extensively for work and the service level was subpar and failed to meet expectations. When checking in, the front desk associate didn’t even say which way the elevator was. They were more interested in talking to their co-worker about the weather. Parking was also an issue through out the stay. We had to park at the hotel next door a couple nights because there was no parking spaces available. The bed was extremely firm, this resulted in back pain for me personally as it was like sleeping on the floor. Lastly, the service from the restaurant was extremely poor. I could only laugh at the overall quality of the whole thing. I have come to expect more out of Marriott branded properties and this one failed to meet expectations. We will not be back to this property.

The room was roomy and offered a great view. Room was dusty upon check in and not thoroughly cleaned as I would have expected. I did not like the fact that we were told there was construction going on AFTER we checked in, so there were some drilling noises during the day. Also, we were charged multiple times for the room that was prepaid.

I just had the pleasure of staying at Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The lobby immediately caught my attention with its stunning design and welcoming atmosphere. It sets the tone for the rest of the stay, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The lobby also had refreshing watermelon infused water and super delicious soft & warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening-nice touch! The rooms were simply fantastic—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor made it a truly delightful space to unwind in after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. We stayed for two nights. Checking was perfect and the quality of the room was excellent. The downside was housekeeping. The way the clean the room was disappointing. The fix the room without arranging the beds correctly an without fixing the sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Very expensive for eggs and some fruit. There was no omelette or other expected products for this kind of hotel. No way for breakfast at this hotel. Thanks again

We stayed at the Renaissance on three different occasions over the summer. Each visit was consistently excellent. Everything to the professional, friendly check-in to the quiet, luxurious room was top notch. The beds are comfortable, showers have plenty of hot water and good water pressure, rooms were immaculately clean and they have great Aveda products.

Beautiful property, very clean with breathtaking views. Check-in was quick and flawless. All request were completed in minutes. Hotel is in walking distance of Walmart and small shopping center. (definitely a perk). We appreciate Adam (front desk) most of all for being so attentive during our entire five day stay. My husband and I will be returning.

This is a really nice hotel and I had a very spacious modern room. The hotel is in a convenient location to the surrounding area of shopping, restaurants and the highway. My only frustration is that this hotel uses comforters on the beds and I always find them too hot as opposed to a cotton quilt. I'd prefer several layers of light blankets so I can adjust as needed.

It was a short stay but all the staff was friendly. Room was very nice, comfortable, clean with great mnt views. Buffet breakfast was top notch, made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits, bacon and delicious mini waffles. Only negative was the noisy ac/fan which made it a challenge to sleep.

the room I was checked in was level 2 with view towards the commercial AC units right next to the window. and add noise. It wasn't the view of the mountains that I read about. After complaining at the front desk, they checked us in into a room with that said view.

I stayed in an Executive unit this time. The location is near the elevator between to other rooms. Too noisy. Nice layout for a family with the sofa bed. The mattresses need to be replaced and also maintenance around the shower caulking was poorly done. I was hoping to get a nice break from my remodel. Not this time.

Terrible switch and bait situation by either hotels.com or the hotel itself, neither will accept responsibility for my terrible experience. I booked a room that clearly stated it was a "mountain view room" after checking in i was given a room facing the back empty lot and office buildings, and not the mountain view i had been promised when i specifically booked the room for that very reason. I made contact with the front desk and they basically told me they couldnt do anything to help my situation without paying a $30 fee or contacting hotels.com. The front desk reception worker never made eye contact with me and had an attitude of "its not her problem and she doesnt care". So i called hotels.com and after 10 minutes of choosing options to talk to a human, i was connected to the least helpful, least understanding, least proficient employee ive ever spoken to on a "customer service call" ... Like i said not one of the two parties involved 'hotels.com or the hotel' tried to make my issue right. I booked the mountain view room to look over for inspriation for something i was working on. But after given a room looking over a dirt and spending two hours communicating with the hotel front desk and hotels.com, i the total opposite from inspired, so i didnt get to complete my project which cost me money. Then wasting money on this hotel when i could have booked a similar quality hotel nearby with the same dirt lot and office building view for 1/2 the price.

I was just here recently for four days and I have to say my experience for my birthday was excellent. The staff made my whole entire trip. The receptionist that was there for the three days that I stayed was amazing. I felt so warm and welcomed staying at this hotel. It was in a great location. The hotel was very clean. I loved every aesthetic. The pool was a plus the location next to the mall was definitely a nice touch. The restaurant and bar was the highlight. My room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A 4:00 PM check-in time while pushing a $20 "early" check in time is an egregious money grab, especially when there are fewer than 10 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived. I will no longer book your hotels if the check in time is not until 4 pm. The lobby bar and restaurant business hours were very haphazard.

Kimberly was amazing! I asked for an early check-in and she was so kind. The room was so comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again because of the great customer service that Kimberly showed to us. Everyone needs someone like her working for them!

Our room was so big and very nice. King bed, big living space, nice bathroom, sectional couch even! Great room and location near lots of shopping and dining. Unfortunately, our heating unit was broken. The desk sent up a crew of two guys to fix it. They were friendly, but after being in our room for 20 minutes, we asked if it would be better to switch rooms. They declined and continued to work for 25 more minutes. It was awkward. We needed to rest and shower, but obviously couldn’t. They fixed the problem, but in the morning, same issue. We called the desk to let them know, but asked that they wait until we checked out to send a crew up. This was not observed. This time, they sent up a crew of four guys who came right into our room. We had to awkwardly ask them to come back, seeing as we needed to finish getting ready and pack. We alerted the desk on our way out. Then, I called later that day to speak with the supervisor on duty, just to express my disappointment that we did not have the privacy that we had hoped for, and that the situation probably could have been handled better. She was very friendly and assured me that she would send my info up to the next chain in command, and that they would call me back. It’s now been weeks and nothing. All this to say, nice hotel, management seemed to fall short or normal expectations. Probably will choose to stay elsewhere since we do not feel that things were made right.

Beautiful property, very clean with breathtaking views. Check-in was quick and flawless. All request were completed in minutes. Hotel is in walking distance of Walmart and small shopping center. (definitely a perk). We appreciate Adam (front desk) most of all for being so attentive during our entire five day stay. My husband and I will be returning.

The greeting and check in was excellent and the room is fantastic. Unfortunately after that things deteriorated. My wife and I went for dinner in the restaurant and the service was very disappointing. The young man that seated and served us seemed very distant and distracted and was unpleasant to deal with and very mute in conversation. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Upon returning to our room we had to endure a lengthy and heated argument coming from the room next to us which has left my wife very unsettled. We had to call reception twice to get assistance. Definitely not the experience we had expected from this establishment.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed, and plenty of room to hang out. There was an electric hot water dispenser (to make tea and coffee) and a small fridge but sadly no microwave. We had a couple of breakfasts and a dinner at the restaurant and it was good. The later than usual checkout was also welcome. The location was very central (just off highway).

This is a really nice hotel and I had a very spacious modern room. The hotel is in a convenient location to the surrounding area of shopping, restaurants and the highway. My only frustration is that this hotel uses comforters on the beds and I always find them too hot as opposed to a cotton quilt. I'd prefer several layers of light blankets so I can adjust as needed.

the room I was checked in was level 2 with view towards the commercial AC units right next to the window. and add noise. It wasn't the view of the mountains that I read about. After complaining at the front desk, they checked us in into a room with that said view.

Fantastic front desk and restaurant staff. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable though would be nice to be able to turn thermostat lower than 68. Breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets and pan fried eggs as well as bacon, sausages, good assortment of fresh cut fruit, yogurt, cereal and more. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights. Checking was perfect and the quality of the room was excellent. The downside was housekeeping. The way the clean the room was disappointing. The fix the room without arranging the beds correctly an without fixing the sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Very expensive for eggs and some fruit. There was no omelette or other expected products for this kind of hotel. No way for breakfast at this hotel. Thanks again

We always stay at the renaissance & have the best experience. This trip we had to pay for our breakfast at the Flatz restaurant it was terrible every item on the buffet was cold. My husband ordered an omelette it came smelling spoiled. So at that point he lost his appetite. I told the waitress that I would like the charge to be removed. Come to find out at checkout she did not give anyone the information. Also they charged me for three adults when we clearly have a child. They did not fix that either. Not very happy at all with the service

The front desk were great! Our room was fantastic and clean, really spacious for us. My only disappointment was the Flatz restaurant was very expensive for such a small variety of food they offered. I would have liked to see a variety of offerings on a menu to make my own selections. There was none and I would say that $25per person is ridiculous! Escpecially since it was a very limited selection.
