I will never stay here again. We arrived and the receptionist told us her system was "auditing" and she could not get into the system for 10-15 minutes. No big deal...Omce we got our key we were notified the elevator wasn\'t working and we had to use the stairs. Again, not the end of thw world. BUT, when we opened the room, the kitchenette and bathroom were visibly dirty just walking in. It was obviously not cleaned appropriately between guests. The beds were the only thing that seemed tidy, but honestly I wouldn\'t doubt the bed was simply made between guests instead of actually changing sheets - which is gross to think about. There was a LIVE ROACH in our bathroom!!! The hard floor was not swept, whatever was hanging above the beds had been removed and not repainted or replaced. There was black paint on the back of bathroom door & walls. I had to wait for the release on my Credit Card before posting this review just in case I was charged for those damages! Thankfully we were literally there for just a few hours to grab a nap, but I would not have stayed if I had checked in at normal time in the afternoon vs. 1 am, and definitely wouldn\'t have stayed a second day if the trip had needed it.

The staff was friendly. However they advertise elevator and laundry. No elevator, no laundry. They were there but both were out of order for what looked like awhile and no plans to repair. Didn't advertise that. Old building, noisy.

It was extremely filthy, floors turned the bottom of my feet black, the walls were greasy, the stovetops were filthy, I saw several cockroaches crawling on the wall, the mattresses were covered in stains. Overall, the health department should step in, this place should be shut down! No one should have to pay good money to stay here!

The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in and from the door handle down to the ground bowed out approximately two inches. The cigarette smell in the room was terrible and there were burn marks all over the table. The elevator was filthy and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

This property is filthy inside and out. It is occupied by drug dealers. The police were there every day. The office is locked at all times and they never answer the phone.

This hotel was beyond terrible. It was absolutely filthy—there were dead cockroaches stuck to the wall, used cotton swabs stuck to the wall. There was sticky stuff on the floor and trash all over the floor. There appeared to be blood on the chair and feces on the bathroom wall. The sheets were clearly not clean. And there was no hot water.

I don’t usually write reviews but the room was disgusting. Staff was kind and helpful but the room itself was hard to stay in. I ended up booking a different place after the first night because I couldn’t sleep with the smell. It smelt like cigarette smoke. There was food and dirt on the curtains in the room, holes in the wall, the phone in the room, looked like it had coffee or some kind of drink spilled and dried on it. There were insects in the room, not a lot but some. The rooms didn’t have any garbage cans, but was told by staff, if there was any garbage left in the rooms, there would be a 25$ charge. They did have a dumpster to put garbage in, but no cans in the room. Overall I wouldn’t recommend in the current state.

Do not stay here! The photos are deceptive! This place is run down and filthy with the scariest looking people hanging around. Rooms are disgustingly dirty and smell like smoke. There was blood on the mattress in our first room, something that looked like s**t on the walls, A/C wasn’t working, vomit in the hallway, junkies hanging around every corner. After we complained, the next room they gave us was beside an empty room full of old refrigerators?? and it was just as dirty if not worse. This is a place is a crash pad for the dregs of society. Not a place for a clean, quiet stay. I did not feel safe here. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tired to accompany us, but of course, she could only do so much.

RUN!!! This place is not as advertised. It is advertised as an extended stay hotel/motel. There’s no way to make coffee, there are no hangers to hang up clothes, the beds are the original so the mattresses are way too soft and the showerhead in the bathroom need to be replaced.. After washing my face in the bathroom sink, I had spilled a little water on the floor, so I wiped it up with a tissue and the tissue turned black with filth! The floor was very, very dirty. Shall I go on? You get the idea. I would not recommend this place. You get what you pay for. The price was reasonably cheap, but we canceled our stay early because of the comfort factor.

My husband and I have been staying for a few days and definitely plan to stay again. The bed is so comfy and the view is great. The staff has been amazing and very helpful!

My room did not have a trash can. I found 3 empty alcohol shots in one of the dresser drawers. There was even a cracker on the floor in the bathroom. There was a very busy street next to the hotel; with cars racing by. The heat and television worked fine and the bed was decent.

Upon early checkout, they lied about my refund of over $1500.00. Management told me that it would go to a virtual credit card with Expedia. She was unaware that I have a bachelor's degree in business administration management. I often go back to confront her. Either the door is locked or she is never there. Surely done to other customers. They also needed my personal IP addresses in order to connect to their WiFi. Criminals.

Great hotel with kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Centraly located so convenient to go anywhere in the Springs. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The roads leading up to the property need work, but if you've ever been to CSprings this is every road. The front desk staff is incredible! Dre especially so. If I have a question, I go to him first! So does the hotel staff from what I've observed. Absolute legend.

I've worked hotels for years, so it's rather hard to impress me. Dre at the front desk heard the tiniest hiccup and jumped right into finding a solution. Pleasant, generous, and professional all the way around. I even extended my stay with them.

I dont recommend this for family stay, I felt unsafe here looking at the surroundings and people staying there. I didnt check in and avoided staying here. Didn't bother to get any refunds and took another option of Extended Stay near by. Pictures provided on website seems to be very different frok the property.

A secure, affordable, alternate stay when in town! The neighborhood can get a little rough, but i never felt unsafe thanks to the folks at the front desk and the security personnel. Miss Rita runs a tight ship, and even the "undesirables" know they won\'t get away with anything on her property!

Anytime I'm in town, I stay with hometown! It has become a second home for me and my kids thanks to the wonderful staff and beautiful view. There's a Playground across the street, and it's just minutes from downtown. Ms. Rita and Cozy at the front desk are fabulous people who truly care about their guests.

My bedding was dirty my room had hair alll over and the door to my room was broken. There is a homeless camp right outside the motel and 2 homeless men were arguing near the staircase. Definitely not the place to stay with young children…. Or at all..

The area outside felt very shady. A lot of homeless hung out by the dumpster outside. My adult son got offered drugs for a water bottle when he was gather them from our vehicle. The room itself was okay if you need a cheap place to stay.
