Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs North by IHG

Breakfast didn't look anything like the photos. The pancake maker was broken and out of order and they were out of the most of other things. Only thing left was 2 of the cereal options, oatmeal, a bottle of juice and microwaved sausage one day and bacon the other. All yogurt, fruit, omlets like in the pictures don't exist. Staff was also difficult. (actually it was just the one lady that worked night shift each day we were there).

Spaciius room and bathroom, comfortable mattresses. Lacks coffee machine in room. Breakfast including food items and service needs improvement.

Disappointed in our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The bed was not comfortable, there was not any coffee one morning, and two mornings they did not have muffins or cinnamon rolls. The hot tub was not working either. I will not stay at this location again.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Only issue we had was Breakfast. One day there was no food and many guest waiting for something.
