Hotel check in and rooms were great. Staff were friendly. I was a bit upset that they charged $16 USD for parking when that wasn’t disclosed. It’s not a hotel in downtown Denver where there is no parking available. I thought that was a bit of a scam.

I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay parking to stay the one night we stayed less than 24 hours and had to pay to park to stay at your facility. Where else are we going to park other than in your parking lot?? Unreasonable and for that reason I will choose another place to stay on my next stay prior to an early morning flight. I did not see that disclosure prior to booking. Not very happy about that and will stay elsewhere on the future.

Parking cost and that was not in the description. In addition, it was described as $16 per night, but it ended up being 20. That wasn’t cool. But it was a decent hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It is RIDICULOUS that the hotel assessed a parking charge when this is 1) in the suburbs, 2) oodles of open parking. They'd better off charging more for the room rate. Why was this not at all clarified when the reservation was made?

Great airport overnight stay. Quick and convenient shuttle with very professional and pleasant drivers. Hotel staff was super friendly and we were able to check in a little early which was a nice surprise. Close to rental car return area and a few restaurants close by.

Nice property except you have to pay for parking overnight. How do the expect you to use their property? Also at check in I asked about breakfast which starts at 6 am according to staff. They didn't tell you its a Pop-Up starbucks/restaurant and you have to pay for everything. Even a Holiday Inn has a free breakfast. Only positive is they run lots of airport shuttles.

Close to the airport, but they charged for parking during the one night of our stay even though it\'s in an area where parking does not appear to be an issue. The carpet in our room had what appeared to be a blood spot on it. There is a "bistro" which means you can pay for breakfast, but there isn\'t even free coffee in the lobby. It just felt like they charged for everything while putting in the minimum on their part. There are tons of hotels nearby, so there is really no reason to choose this one.

Found the property to be dated. Very small sink area. In the morning found out the air conditioner was leaking. My luggage in some clothes were wet. Front desk said that nothing to be done.

It was mediocre at best. I was surprised that they didn’t have free coffe me or breakfast and charges $16 a day for parking. Also, you could hear traffic at night.

Here’s the story: we went to a concert outside Denver. We decided to drop off our car at the airport @ rental car return, take the rental shuttle to the airport and then catch the Marriott shuttle back to the hotel. It was 12:15am and per the hotel shuttles left every 15 minutes from the hotel. No shuttle -we called the front desk @ 12:34am and “Mike” indicated that a shuttle was leaving the hotel. So we waited -and waited. (Shuttle time is 15 min max). No shuttle -at 1AM we called again and my partner got into an exchange with Mike-why no shuttle?? Either he lied or the shuttle driver was doing something other than goi g to the airport. No satisfactory answer. We waited and finally begged a shuttle driver by a nearby hotel to drop us off@ 1:30am. Since our flight was leaving @ 6am we decided to take a shower and-not trusting the shuttle -scheduled an Uber . However the shower was so filthy we didn’t bother. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott Courtyard again.

The check-in and front desk staff were great. They met our specific requests for location of our room, it was friendly and quick. We slept well. The only reason I don’t give this location 5 stars for service was due to the breakfast service. The food was good. But, the servers were more interested in talking to each other than preparing our food in a timely manner. There was only 1 other table having breakfast besides us. The made to order breakfast took forever and actually prevented us the ability to shower before our flight. We arose in plenty of time to make all this happen, but weren’t expecting delays in the kitchen. Shame on an airport hotel for not doing better. We stayed there for a reason. There are so many options. We’ll choose a different hotel next time.

The place is very clean, but… The downstairs kitchen has an electric oven that fills the entire lobby with the scent of burning plastic. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and the strong smell was there the whole time. The staff seems to be oblivious to this. We did not dine on the property because of this smell.
