Nice night staff & shuttle drivers. Sadly none of the gym equipment works. Nor does the tv work in the gym. Strange and even carpet throughout the room. Cleaning staff was amazing but strange lights in the bathroom & the vent never turned off.

Was completely unimpressed that the entire front parking lot was FULL of travelers parked cars leaving zero parking for over night parking Leaving us parking in the back of the hotel to carry luggage around hotel to get checked in and a door key. Felt like more $$ being made in parking then over might guests. Hotel was OK other wise.

Parking was a nightmare

Hotel was clean, pool was nice. Hot tub worked. Gym looked clean and didnt stink. Staff was polite and efficient. Would stay again. Only gripe is that the AC was weak, and there was no vent fan for the bathroom. Doesnt let smell dissipate anywhere but the sleeping area. Sorry to my group. :( As a side note, the Shuttle advertisement for the free shuttle to DIA says 5 minutes, but its closer to 15. But its free, so ya know. Plan ahead

The experience was really good in general. I traveled with my family and this hotel did good, specially with the shuttle service. Very accurate. The gym needs to be fixed. I try to use it but almost nothing worked in there.

There was no parking. The lot was overfull, cars parked everywhere along curbs not intended for parking. They had no arrangement for parking in adjacent (empty) lots. I was instructed to park along a red painted curb on the street along the property. I spent about 30 minutes dealing with parking from 11-1130pm. Then got up about 530am to make sure the car had not been ticketed, towed, etc. The car was fine but my time was wasted and sleep disrupted, exhausted the rest of the day.

Close to airport. Comfy beds. Great value. Disappointed pool was closed.

After staying at a few hotels related to this chain this was disappointing. The lady at the desk presented as rude, and unhelpful compared to the others . No information provided like WiFi breakfast etc. by the front desk .The pool and hot tub need a deep cleaning. Hot tub the staff had to turn on the jets and they were great. The bed was comfy and room size good . Parking was a nightmare. They don’t have enough space for the amount of rooms. The breakfast was hot and good ( best feature). This was part of a road trip and we were stopping in Denver on way back too and we did not choose this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The biggest complaint was only one luggage cart for the whole complex and the last person to use it did not bring it back to the front entrance. After 20 minutes of waiting we lugged our personal baggage up to our 2 nd floor room. Needless to say we were not pleased.

None of the elevators were working.

We were delayed in Philadelphia and missed our connecting flight in Denver, when we got to the hotel it was very clean and modern.

Cheaply patched holes in the wall, room a/c is full of dirt and dust, dead roaches in the corner with cob webs, random locked door in room next to bed stains on bathroom walls,

I recently stayed in the hotel. It was not en enjoyable experience. The hotel was obviously under staffed. The hotel room that I was give was not cleaned after the previous guest’s stay. The front desk was helpful and quickly switched a room for me. However, when I asked if they could change the bedding for me as it was suspicious that the sheets were not changed. I was told that there were no cleaning staff onsite and I had to change by myself. Overall, I would not recommend staying there.

1. My friends had several brown stains in her blanket--nasty. 2. The thermostat in the the room did not work. 3. Parking was awful. We we Tod to just park anywhere. We could not leave the hotel for fear of losing our parking spot.

i didn't sleep that day i was amake at 4am by 5 bad bugs biting all over my boddy i kill them so discussing i was so tire after drinving from LA i try to sleep at lest couple more hours i knew they had no more rooms aveliable. again at 6 aclock 2 more big one got me again so i decided no to lay down anymore .i went to the front desk the guy dodt believe me so i show hem a video still he didt believe it later one of my guys spot another one in my back by my neck .Definitely no!!i wont stay there ever ever again.

This place smelled so badly I couldn’t even stay an hour! Booked a different hotel and lost 1200.00, took the loss, it was that bad! It’s dingy, horrible lighting, just absolutely gross!

Place needs an update and carpets need to be shampooed. Was not clean and there was a sandwich left in the fridge and smelled when you opened the door.

Disastrous Stay - Avoid at All Costs! Our overnight stay was horrific; we were woken at 5 AM by bed bugs, leaving us covered in bites. To make matters worse, the TV didn't work. When we complained, the hotel refused any refund or room change. This place is a health risk with appalling customer service - steer clear if you value comfort, health, or basic amenities.

Bed is comfortable but the sheets are scratchy. The pillows are great. The cooler sounds like a jet airplane. The staff is very nice! This hotel needs updated but it is fine for one night to fly out the next day. Idk if I’ll stay here again. I would rather spend a little bit more money for soft sheets and more updated facility.

Like many others, we needed a place to stay near the airport. This hotel was priced right and we would atay again. It is a budget hotel but our room was nice. Comfortable beds. I wish hotels would place a combo of thick AND thinner pillows on beds. I get a stiff neck from "too fluffy

Place was older than it looked on line but few stains observed but was overall clean.

The window was broken and could not be shut all the way. This allowed all the noise from the busy street in. Made it hard to sleep.

The bed was old and cresky. The bathroom floor was very squeaky. The window would not close properly snd heard wind noise when the sir cond was not on. Tv had bright spots in the screen. Generally run down.

Picked this location to use as a quick exit to avoid traffic going east from Denver. VERY quiet hotel even with the air traffic patterns nearby. Room is spacious and very clean. Good solid wi-fi and TV selection. The breakfast was pretty poor overall. The one thing I hope for at a free breakfast is at least reasonable coffee. The breakfast area coffee was basically brown, tasteless water. Other selections were okay but no fresh fruit of any type was offered. It was disappointing considering the quality of the hotel overall.

I could walk to places if I wanted, various types of food were fairly close by, close to airport, and close to the car rentals. They had a shuttle to airport if needed. I had to leave early to catch my flight--I could find no one to check me out so I tossed my card on the counter behind the glass.

The place was dated but close to the airport and I will say it was very clean. However, the shower lacked the ability to go past a luke warm temperature. Disappointing after a long day of travel. $120 might be a cheap rate for hotels these days but I think at that price a hot shower should at least be included. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve seen. Even just having a few bananas or fresh fruit would have increased the food options from terrible to mediocre. Felt like a lack of effort. If it weren’t for a very kind front desk woman (Gina) and our shuttle driver, this would have been two stars.

Waited an hour and a half for pick up from airport even after calling twice

The airport shuttle did not come for over an hour. Very disappointing to say the least. Had to call on 3 separate occasions and was told the shuttle had “just been at the airport” but when talking with other people they also said they had waited over an hour.

We never made it to this hotel. We had a poor experience with the female staff member coordinating the hotel shuttle.

Once I got checked into my room all was great! However, it was at least a 45 minute wait for the shuttle. Website says to notify them of your need for the shuttle which I tried to do unsuccessfully. I called before my trip and while at the curb waiting for the shuttle and no one ever answered the phone. I tried emailing them via the Expedia app with no response either. It was at least a 30 minute wait to check in. I have stayed here in the past and these were not issues.

I have stayed in 10+ hotels in the last two months. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have had in recent years. The hotel management only staffed one person at the front desk. ONE person for 80+ people needing to check-in within a three hour period. The line filled the lobby for hours. The hotel shuttle worked well for us, but we overheard that 80 people were waiting for the shuttle at the airport. With the shuttle only having 13 seats, people waited for almost two hours. Worst part? Our air conditioner didn’t work. It took about two hours to wait in line to ask the one employee for help, for them to attempt to fix it, to realize they didn’t fix it, to wait in line AGAIN to talk to the one employee, and to get a new room. It was EXHAUSTING. I do want to give credit to that one employee, Tina, for staying calm and patient with 80+ people who needed her that night. She is a hero. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Management team: you need to analyze your staffing. You cannot book 80 rooms and have only one staff member and one 13-passenger shuttle running from the airport. UNACCEPTABLE.

We stayed for a short while to catch an early flight. Everything was great and front desk was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved how coffee was available 24 hours a day for my other half as she was very happy. Will stay again.

They're so few motels that give you airport shuttle for free anymore and you are able to park your car there if you're coming back in a couple of days the convenience is much greater than other motels. We did have to wait for the shuttle for a long period of time at the airport for pickup

This was the most affordable option around. The shuttle driver and morning staff were all excellent. The only trouble I had was finding info on where to get the shuttle from the airport. It would be nice if this were posted on your website or included in booking info. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was rushed and didn’t seem to want to talk with me, but once we got there, the rooms were spotless, the beds comfy, and the receptionist at 5:30am had the brightest smile I saw all day. Overall, we were really pleased. Thank you!

Airport shuttle was very late, had to wait almost an hour to be picked up at airport and there was an hour line to check in.

I signed up for the 6:30 AM shuttle. Was waiting in the lobby 10 minutes early. Finally asked about it when there was no sign of movement. Was told they put me on the 6 AM shuttle when they canceled the 6:30. Would have been fine if they had told me. Had to wait over an hour for shuttle on return trip. Three calls to hotel, three stories. And a fourth story from the driver when he finally showed.

This is an average hotel BUT the staff is wonderful, the location is fabulous, and the price was GREAT! So nice to find a reasonably priced hotel right near the airport!

Clean and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, room temp was easily controllable, water pressure above average, Ty had about 45 channels but a list was available so no flipping through 200+ channels and trying to remember which one was which. We enjoyed our stay and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

A no frills, clean and comfortable stay close to the airport for a night before an early flight. Easy walk to a nearby restaurant and convince store. Very reasonably priced.

Good place for a night. Clean and comfortable. The shuttle picks you up promptly. And returns you promo the next morning. Don’t stay at the Days inn they don’t pick you up and they don’t answer the phone.

Free shuttle to airport and continental breakfast included. Just wish there were more options, though, like eggs and sausage.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is not deluxe but for the price it was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is all inexpensive carbs and some coffee and tea. We would stay again. We also paid to park for almost 3 weeks for a trip and the shuttle service was quick and reliable. Parking when staying in the hotel is free.

Overall my stay was great. The only issue I ran in to was when it came time for breakfast in the morning. It was just bagels, pastries, pour your own waffles, and oatmeal. There was a sign about boiled eggs, but there were none out. There was also no fruit or yogurt. It was very disappointing. I stayed at this chain in Maddison, WI for the first time a month ago and was blown away by their hot breakfast. I assumed this location would have something similar. The fact that there were no protein or fruit options at all left me with nothing that I could eat (due to dietary restrictions).

It was a descent hotel and we chose it because typically, AmericInn’s have nice breakfast choices. We were VERY disappointed in the breakfast at this hotel. The pictures show breakfast including eggs, sausage and hash browns. We stayed 4 nights and only had someone working in the kitchen to make eggs, sausage and hash browns ONE day. Otherwise the only food choices were carbs (toast, bagels, waffles)

The room was clean and comfortable. The reception was very good. The breakfast was horrible. It was not a "hot breakfast" ...plus no fruit or yogurt. Juice watered down and undrinkable. Why would the hotel want to leave such a negative parting impression for its guests? Will not stay again.
