Very standard decent room. Low water pressure shower. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Cramped parking garage. Outdoor pool and hot tub were closed (too bad). 17 to 30 minute drive from downtown even though theoretically close. Bland, nothing standout, but inoffensive

Staff was very helpful! Cordial and accommodating. Areas were clean. Parking is not a highlight. Tight spaces for anything larger than a small midsize vehicle. Stay was excellent otherwise.

One working elevator was a little annoying, staff was very nice and attentive. Room extremely lackluster, could be cleaner, specifically the air vents covered in dust and dirty shower. Get what you pay for i suppose. Wont be back unless its all thats available. No problems with staff to be clear, just crappy rooms and 1 working elevator for a 9 story hotel is a pain

Enjoyed the stay w my family. Hotel felt fresh & new. We enjoyed our king bedroom suite. It provided space and the extra 1/2 bath was helpful. The staff was accommodating and the warm chocolate cookies are added treats. The outdoor pool is lovely but since it is not heated can get cool quickly. The fym facility split into two rooms and the restaurant was open for dinner. The breakfast spot provided sit down or grab n’ go. Will stay here again

The hotel was clean, the desk staff when we checked in was very friend, there was no desk staff when we checked out, so I just threw my keys on the desk. There’s absolutely horrible parking situation. We had an oversize vehicle. It wouldn’t fit in the garage. Their combination was to park in the dark in the back not acceptable. I think this is an overpriced hotel. The rooms were very small.

The hotel had issues with their elevator during our entire stay. Made everything super inconvenient. One elevator was down and the one kept having issues. I had to take the stairs to the eighth floor during my stay at one point. Wouldn’t recommend until this issue is resolved.

The main area was beautiful. Not so neat. Whoever cleans likes to leave all the drawers open, not place the trash cans back in their place. 2nd day someone empty trash and left the trash cans very, toilet piece displaced, I noticed on the first day of the shower was not really clean; to my discuss, I noticed that there was hair all over the shower after I get in. I was given a couple new towels but no wash cloths or hand towels. By third- I requested no cleaning. Guest service was not as expected. Two individuals talk to me as if as a question that was simple was an inconvenience. Upon checking out o had to ask twice for a paper receipt as she kept suggesting it would go to my email. I told her I was aware I would go to my email, but I wanted a paper receipt. Would she not do that she did. But to say the least she did it with an attitude not really sure what the point in an attitude is at 5 o’clock in the morning when there’s no one else, but myself checking out and it’s pretty quiet in the hotel. I will say this I did my stay on hotels.com but I am a rewards member with Hilton so needless to say that I’m quite disappointed with the attitude and just how the rooms were left. It’s not something that I would’ve expected from Hilton.

Went to turn on tv, didn't work-,maintenance had to come fix. Went to call front desk to report, phone dead (couldn't resolve), but the last straw was when I went to run water to take a shower and the water backed up (clogged rain) and disgusting debris and hairs came up from drain. When I called front desk, I had to insist to move. They wanted to keep me in the room and send maintenance up to fix. Finally got a room change ( I have never asked to move rooms in my life) to only arrive to stained white sheets/duvet.

Comfort was amazing. Couch and business chair were a bit dirty. My husband is always weird about staying at hotels and look over everything, including under beds and places. He found a female’s under garment (used and dirty) crumpled up in the corner of the heater and against the wall, along with a dirty paper coffee cup. We didn’t say anything. We just picked it up and threw it away. Both glass cups in the restroom sink where dirty and could still see the last person’s lips in-printed in one of the glasses.

The bathroom had mold in the caulk around the bathtub, the body wash dispenser did not dispense, and hair was on the wall and ceiling. The furniture was in poor condition and the elevators were out of service for a portion of our stay. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the housekeeping staff lied and reported that we drank in-room waters. I called and discussed this erroneous charge with a hotel staff member, and even told her exactly where the untouched waters could be found in the room. A manager was supposed to call me back and remove the charge, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

It seemed really nice walking in. The downsides & pool area are really nice. The room we stayed in was very out dated. The shower head was far too low. Bathroom was very dingy. It smelled mildew like during the night & smelled like a bathroom pipe was broken during the day. I’ve stayed here before a few years back but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed on the 6th floor; it was obvious it had been a smoking floor at one point. The whole floor and the room smelled of cigarettes. The room was run down and the carpet didn't look too clean. I expected the bathroom to be cleaned on a daily basis but the shower wasn't. There's tea and coffee in the room and it wasn't replenished on a daily basis.

At first glance, everything was fine. We needed to ask for extra towels multiple times before they brought them to us. The room was not cleaned/bed made the second day we were there. When I called the front desk to ask why, I was given a bit of attitude and told that I needed to request the room be cleaned. Never heard of this before with a Hilton. Was a bit annoyed. We were offered a meager apology and told that 3000 points would be given for our inconvenience. Now it takes over 40,000 points to earn a free night stay, so this was really not sufficient. there was free coffee in the lobby, but nothing else, not even a tea option. The pool looked nice, but was was closed (not sure why) We were very disappointed at the staff and service and won't be back.

We went to the desk at 350pm to see if we could check in. The front desk person, Maria, said check in is at 4pm and to come back at 4pm. We go back up at 4pm and she says a room isn’t ready and to come back by 415-430pm. We keep checking back and room isn’t ready. After 5pm, room is ready. We go back up at 4pm and she says a room isn’t ready and to come back by 415-430pm. We keep checking back and room isn’t ready. After 5pm, room is ready. I have stayed there many times & this was the worst. Usually it is good. Maria, who checked us in was rude. Felt like we were doing her a favor. She even asked for my daughter's name and who she was. She must have felt like she was a hooker due to the age difference. At least that's what her looks & questions conveyed. Not relevant. Asked to be put into East tower as the other with the long walk not good for my disability. she said no. didn't care. and she didn't offer us a cookie. the room seemed smaller than the last time I was there. small chair. other was large with ottoman. then the shower head was so high. couldn't reach to change settings. asked for maid service for each day, so of course one day, even though I reminded the front desk, didn't get it. sink did not drain. plus we were put on a floor that had wild children running and yelling up and down the hallway. Overall, very disappointed

Loved the experience, the stay and staff were all great. The area around the property however was a little rough. Homeless camps were across the street in one direction and fine dining and awesome shopping in another. Overall I loved my experience in Denver.

Ck in time was 4 pm. We arrived at 5:15pm and told our room wasn't ready. We were told we could wait in their lounge/bar area for 30 to 45 minutes, but no offer of a comp cocktail while we waited. We checked in 45 minutes later and went to our room. An hour 1/2 later we went to their restaurant Flagstone. We sat down and waited. 25 minutes later I went to the bartender and had to ask if we could have a menu and order a drink. He gave me menu's, fixed us a drink and I took them to our table. There was a young Mexican girl waiting tables all around us but she never did acknowledge us. No one came to take our meal order or offer another cocktail. We waited another 20 minutes, then ask went to the bar and asked to speak to a manager. We were told he was ""on break". Again we waited another 20 minutes until we left without being able to order dinner. We'd been traveling all day, we were hungry and did not want to have to leave to go elsewhere since we had to pay $15 to park there. My husband went to the bar and gave the bartender cash for the two drinks we had asked for. After checking out the next morning, I checked my receipt (emailed) and had been charged an extra $60 over what my confirmation said my room charge would be. $15 of that was to cover the parking fee. Still $45 more than we were to be charged. We had no other incidentals. This is the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

I just hope it’s not charged on my card later. The breakfast is not the typical continental, it’s very well cooked and served to order. The parking was easy access and probably the least expensive from the Denver area, $15 a night. 4.5/5 rating.

Clean rooms and lobby. The bar was unimpressive (3 domestic beers on tap) but the food was decent. Hotel staff was amazing. I have a disability and they were incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful.

Need a more experienced bartenders! Restaurant not so great, ended up going out. Breakfast was confusing for the servers, ate there once. The sink in my room (410) does not drain properly. The bed has those mattress protectors on them , makes sleeping very warm. May not stay their in the future.

Was there for a long weekend trip with girlfriends. Hotel desk staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on how to get to Cherry Creek trail and other local things nearby. Loved all the nice setting areas in the lobby.

Overall this hotel is a great value for the money. I’ve stayed here more than once. It is a little worn mostly the room I stayed in last time. The shower water pressure wasn’t the best but the bed was comfy and the location is prime. Parking is easy and cheaper than most of the hotels.
