The TV selections were poor. The remote did not seem to work properly. Check in was excellent. Leonardo was so professional, helpful and friendly. He’s an asset to the hotel.

Great location with rooms recently refreshed. Lobby bar and restaurant were very good with excellent Italian restaurant right next door. Easy parking and access to the Beaver Creek for skiing being very close by. Tip-access Beaver through Arrow Head.
