This property exceeds expectation for a local 3-star hotel (Google rating is 4.3 at time of this writing). Furnishings are clean and well maintained. Staff is professional. Complimentary amenities are generous (games, loaned bikes, espresso, breakfast, servery for snacks/sundries, etc.). This location is central to drive anywhere in proximity (Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, Edwards). Local shops and food in walking distance. Parking was available, but limited due to competing retail at the same property. The only surprise was $27 of resort fees not disclosed by Expedia in the transaction cost.

The hotel was amazing! Great customer service! Free breakfast! It’s quiet to get rest after a long day from the slopes! Has a pool and hot tub heated! The location is perfect! Lots of restaurants and stores in the area including rentals for skis/snowboards! 10-15mins from both Beaver Creek and Vail! 1hr 37min drive from Aspen. If you want the room cleaned every day, you have to request for it at the lobby. But over all I highly recommend this place for vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here - it was so unique and fun to choose a plant for our room. I also LOVED the eco-friendly keys and door hangers. The rooms were very comfortable. The coffee area is nice. It’s a pain to go down to the pool and there were tons of mosquitos. Also the gyms in another building so we had a lot of trouble finding it. I did not care for seeing the flag when we first walked in, I really don’t care who’s doing what. But the murals are gorgeous. We got bikes from right at the corner and enjoyed an electric bike ride. Overall it was a great experience.

We only stayed one night for our anniversary but wished we could have stayed longer. The front desk staff was super welcoming and courtious. Our room was spacious and very well thought out. Very clean and smelled great. Room had a safe, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of shelves, hooks and drawers. The location in Edwards is within walking distance of some really great restaurants, shops and even a theater. Short drive to the ski resorts at Beaver Creek and Vail. We will definitely come back!

Room is quite dark even with all available lighting. Not enough accessible power outlets - had to switch out a counter lamp to use the coffee maker in an already dark situation. USB outlets are outdated, no USB C outlets. Shower water pressure is low. Beds are comfortable with quality bedding/linens. Good value for a couple of nights.

The hotel was extremely clean but the service needs a lot of improvements. I'm referring to the front desk. During our check-in the person behind the desk wasn't helpful at all. Seems bored & ready to be done with his shift. The morning personnel has the same attitude. Not helpful & I believe on her phone throughout our conversations.

I absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. My 2 girls had a blast since the pool was heated. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Not amazing but better than most places. The coffee bar machine was great with the different selections.

We love dogs….BUT….a large barking dog next door at bedtime……and then walking around dogs (at least on a leash) in the breakfast area the following morning is unpleasant at best. The restaurant on site was excellent! (5 star) We opted to not eat the burritos nor the sweets available as “breakfast.” (1 star since tea and coffee was available.)
