This property was very convenient for our trip- we were at a ministry event nearby and we’re blessed to have a restaurant and fast food literally in the parking lot to the hotel. The gym was closed when we were there,

This is an extremely small room, but everything necessary is there. The workout facility was out of service for the third month in a row, so we aren't sure when they will fix it. The heat situation is rather uncomfortable bc of the forced air- hot and the cold cycles, tough to regulate temprature through the night.

My husband has COPD and Emphesema and the elevator quite working. Very hard on him. Not a very good breakfast. Several seedy looking people around property. The staff were friendly and helped us take our baggage to our car. Facility outdated.

The room was clean, good repair, common areas clean, breakfast adequate. Major complaint: outside door near our room almost never opens with door key, private room door opens sporadically, several tries necessary, very aggravating and unsafe. We resorted to propping the outside door open, which is a huge security problem. There is no designated dog walking area. The cleanup station has no bags. We always carry our own, but some people do not.

Literally didn’t get to stay ; parking lot was completely full with no where close by to park , usually I’d walk, but there was a foot of snow on the ground and I ended up having to stay some place else.

Was very disgusted when I opened the couch bed for my daughter to sleep and it was full of hair, which means it wasnt changed after last use. Then there was hair in the bathtub and on the wall next to the toilet.

When I checked in, there were stains on the night stand, hairs in the shower, hair on the bathroom floor. Almost every day and every night I could hear someone above me stomping back and forth as late as 3am. I asked if they would look into this, and never got any results. I found a cockroach on the floor, showed a picture of it, and never saw anyone come to check out the issue. The stains on the night stand was still there when I checked out. So at this point, I'm not a happy camper.

At check in our bed sheets were not changed they had hair all over them. In one bed there was used tissues in the sheets and another there was a used ecigarette in between the sheets i took all the dirty sheets and the stuff that was in it to the front desk so they could see

Not very clean and very small parking lot with not enough parking. From the hallway, you could hear people talking in their room. When I was standing in the hallway, I could see light from inside the room. There was a large gap between the door and the door frame. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets had people‘s hair on them. I would not stay here again.

Room was tidy and clean, including the bathroom. Room was SMALL, had a queen bed with little to no room for anything else. Bed was firm and comfortable. Room had been renovated, but on the cheap. Not a bad room for the price.

The rooms were small, and even though clean, it seemed old. The lay out was odd so the door of the bathroom opened into the room causing it to block the way in and out of the door, and the bathroom itself seemed smaller than normal. The bed was too hard.

No closet. Just 2 hooks on the wall. The bed pedestal was made of tin. Every time that you get close to the bed, you kick it. Which is loud and annoying. The walls are so thin, you here the guests on both sides of you. The ironing board hanging on the wall next to the bed wasn't that secure. The room key was awful. Had to go to the front desk 3 times after trying so many times to get it to work. The toilet was so low that you need support to get down and up. The faucet is so close to the back to the sink that when you wash your hands, the water gets all over the top back of the sink. The kleenex box only had a few kleenex in it. I sat the empty box on the sink, and it was never replaced. You can also hear everything in the hall. You can see the light from the hall through the crack in the door. It was not a good experience.

The people working the counter were pretty friendly and helpful when I needed them This is the 3rd time I've stayed there, and noticed there is a serious lack of insulation between floors. When people are walking around above you , is sound like they are in the same room with you.

I recently stayed at a Days Inn hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the front office staff. The individual lacked basic customer service skills and consistently displayed a rude attitude. It is perplexing to me how someone with such a demeanor could be employed in a customer-facing role. My husband, who is usually jovial, attempted to lighten the atmosphere, but the staff member remained unresponsive and even gave disapproving looks. It is disheartening to witness such poor representation of the company through an employee's attitude. We stayed for two nights, so it was not a one-time occurrence. Seeing other reviews about the same person, I realize that I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. As we were in town for a family emergency, the last thing anyone wants during that time is to encounter someone rude.

From the minute we walked into register to the end of our stay, we were made to feel at home. We were there for a family funeral and with plain issues etc there were so many changes and the constantly gave customer service with a smile as there were changes and cancellations and rebooking rooms. All done with customer service with a smile.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Anywhere. In any service I have encountered. I was quoted a price of $90/night. When I showed up on property I was told my room for 3 nights was going to be $450. First night was $144, second night was $154, and the third night was $110. They told me it was within their rights to change the rates on busier weekends as they saw fit. They also told me that since I booked through third-party that they could not change anything for me. On top of this the room was not worth $60 a night. It was too small for a family and they have it listed as enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was dirty, room and hallway smelled of urine, and there were stains throughout the entire lobby area. We checked out after 10 minutes and went to another hotel. I’m filing a claim against this location for reimbursement.

All the staff are very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and has been updated. you can hear the road traffic but not enough to keep you away. I would stay there again when in Greeley.

Older building but reasonably well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, room was quiet with no issues. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there are a couple of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. One complaint: For pity's sake Days Inn, get some OUTLETS in the rooms. In this day and age of endless rechargeable devices, that's a necessity. One plug I had to get on my hands and knees to get to and the other one was in closet but overall satisfied and would recommend.

The inside room is okay, but the customer service is not ideal, they don't know how to smile, and does not disclose what are you signing for, make sure to read the registration form and ask a copy of the form. They automatically charged safety deposit in the room no matter if use it or not. Be aware of their little charges. Breakfast is the same everyday, if you go in the breakfast room at 5:30 AM the biscuit and gray is very cold. Breakfast open from 5:00 am to 10:00 AM. There's nothing to see or shop nearby, it's 6 miles away from the shopping mall. The area is near residential and the only hotel in the area. There are some eatery nearby but that's all, nothing to impress me. Wall are so thin, people are so loud in the middle of the night, manager don't even check what's going on 1:00 am in the morning and people just talking on the hallway so loud.

It was a little bit hard to find going off the maps app. It was clean but a no frill motel. You could hear a lot of noise from hall way. The pillows were not comfortable (but that could just be me) break fast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles the usual.

The Friday & Saturday staff were amazing!! We went for breakfast at 9:30 on Saturday. The food items were low however, there was a lady restocking the items that were low. Breakfast was really good. Sunday morning we went for breakfast at 8:00 and the food was almost completely gone. Breakfast is served until 10:00 on the weekends. My husband asked the staff if they could refill all the empty items. They acted like they didn't know what he was talking about and never refilled anything. Customers were still coming to breakfast & weren't able to eat. We paid for breakfast, we should have had a fully stocked breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed that breakfast, which used to be OK, has deteriorated into a waste of time. This time the orange juice was just water. And, there was just one canister of coffee, which was empty, and one type of creamer. Maybe they just don't want to offer breakfast.
