Room was nice and clean, large enough to be comfortable and far enough off the highways to be quiet. Pool, no hot tub. Breakfast was nice, it included sausage links, scrambled eggs, green chili, cook your own waffles or toast, muffins, cold cereal, yogurt each of the 3 mornings we were there. Only issue was the hot water thermal carafe did not keep the water hot. As a celiac, there were limited choices for me but it was fine for the gluten-gluttons in the family. Parking lot was not easy to get around in, being too small for a full-sized pickup to turn around in when there was no parking available in the front. Also, while we were there, another guest had a car stolen overnight and was told there were no cameras toward the ends of the building.

Breakfast was very limited with minimal healthy options. Elevator seemed to have a musty smell. Housekeeping was amazing and went out of their way to greet you. We stayed when the late snow in March, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation for doorways, entries and parking lot maintenance or prevention during snow.

Room had small cockroaches in the bathroom I smooshed one with the towel on the floor. There was hair still in the bathtub from previous users. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and super small thank goodness Walmart was near by we had to go buy pillows. The staff was friendly. The orange juice was good. The parking lot still had some ice in places that I almost fell on.

A few critcisms for room 328: Bath area had no towel racks. Just a couple of hooks mounted too high for easy access. Sink drain wouldn't stay closed. Slab style closet doors don't allow easy access. An accordion door would be better. The workout room could use some attention: One of the wire cables on the upper body machine needs replacing. The treadmill wouldn't elevate. The cycle machine's cup holder is too small and poorly attached. Breakfast offerings were good except the coffee. Too weak. Maybe install some type of Keurig machine that uses pods. The hosts were were great, however.

When you first pull up to the hotel it seems very fair when you step inside the lobby is nice but that's as far as it gets. The one elevator that they have is very old and creepy it looks like it's about to break down. When we stepped into our room it seemed to be updated however housekeeping did a horrible job. We had hair all in the bed long strings of hair and short strings of hair. The comforter was stained with either lipstick or blood. We called the front desk they gave us another room. That bed had hair in it also. The counters even had hair. I wound up going to the store and buying supplies so that we could clean up the room.

The hotel was clean outside and inside. The rooms were clean and well maintained. AC system worked as expected, easy to use. No issues with bathroom or shower. Appreciate the bath toiletries and bathing products. Plenty of storage space for clothes, food, and luggage. Both TVs worked which is not common. The floors seem a little thin as you can hear people walking about upstairs which can disrupt your sleep. We only heard it first night. Breakfast was a good selection and the staff kept items well stocked. People were nice and no bad vibes.

We chose this hotel for the price and priximity to Red Ricks for a concert. We were pleasantly surprised! Nice staff, big, clean room, and comfortable bed. TV is the living room space and a TV in the bedroom. Nice full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, chile, waffles, cereal, etc. I will stay there again!

This property is managed by a wonderful group of employees. I had the best experience to date. The staff is just very warm and inviting. The front desk especially very welcoming. I strongly recommend this property and we’ll use it once again when I return.

Comfort Suites refused to let me transfer my reservation to a different Comfort Suites location. I accidently booked their location on the wrong side of Denver. They have vacancy at the correct location, but absolutely refused to try and work with me. I would have paid a transfer fee, and any rate differences?! All of this was a week before the reservation date also. I will not be staying at any Comfort Suites anywhere in the future. It wouldn't have cost them any money, only 5 minutes of their time. They refused. That's extremely poor customer service.

Great complimentary breakfast and grandkids had fun swimming in the pool. Appreciated the call from staff after we left advising us we left a wireless phone charger in the room. They held it until our son who lives in Denver could pick it up after he got off work. Thanks!

The hotel is good, the parking lot was secure, and the bed was comfortable. The problem I had was housekeeping knocked twice trying to come in and clean the room, first at 8:42 AM and then 10:25 AM. Check out is 11 AM, and we checked out at 10:55 AM. I don’t know why they were so hot to get to clean the room right then, but they actually woke us up the first time. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast although with housekeeping waking us up, we could have :/

From the moment of checking in we could tell the owner of this hotel is cutting corners in every way. The place is not maintained, worn out, and not clean. Beds and bedding were old and stained. Mold in sink. Staff not helpful and not sympathetic to our requests. Breakfast offering is minimal. The person handling the food is also running to handle the front desk. Our concerns were met with put downs by the deskclerk. The room rate is too high for a place of this poor quality.

The check in person was very rude. Then she gave me a key card envelope where she erased the prior customers room number and wrote mine on top. I’ve never seen this. I figure if they are cutting corners on key envelopes - even with Covid resurfacing - what does that mean for cutting corners on cleanliness of the room? When we went to the room and opened the door, someone else was in there! I was so mad with her being rude and then this happening I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid. She gave me a new key to a different room and didn’t even apologize. We bolted the door to our room as we didn’t feel safe in our room that someone might be given our room key and could come in at any time.

Staff was friendly and let us check in early due to our early arrival. A little paint work was need at the facility but over all I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for our Red Rocks concert.

Great complimentary breakfast and grandkids had fun swimming in the pool. Appreciated the call from staff after we left advising us we left a wireless phone charger in the room. They held it until our son who lives in Denver could pick it up after he got off work. Thanks!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great and the food was hot, with several items to choose from. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again. Will definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was clean outside and inside. The rooms were clean and well maintained. AC system worked as expected, easy to use. No issues with bathroom or shower. Appreciate the bath toiletries and bathing products. Plenty of storage space for clothes, food, and luggage. Both TVs worked which is not common. The floors seem a little thin as you can hear people walking about upstairs which can disrupt your sleep. We only heard it first night. Breakfast was a good selection and the staff kept items well stocked. People were nice and no bad vibes.

Our stay was good. I would suggest more variety at breakfast. The sausage appeared under cooked and staying for 3 days I would have like different options each day not the same thing each day.

Great place for a two night stay. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall is that we went down for breakfast and they were ending it about five minutes early and didn’t even have coffee. Maybe they need to revamp this a little bit otherwise it was a good stay.

A few critcisms for room 328: Bath area had no towel racks. Just a couple of hooks mounted too high for easy access. Sink drain wouldn't stay closed. Slab style closet doors don't allow easy access. An accordion door would be better. The workout room could use some attention: One of the wire cables on the upper body machine needs replacing. The treadmill wouldn't elevate. The cycle machine's cup holder is too small and poorly attached. Breakfast offerings were good except the coffee. Too weak. Maybe install some type of Keurig machine that uses pods. The hosts were were great, however.

We checked in and we booked our hotel through hotels, and the hotel did not tell us that their elevator was down still have not been able to get anything compensated or anything cause it was a big inconvenience

The elevator was broken and I was injured. They didn't have a downstairs room available and the side door had steps that went up then down then up to get to the door to then go upstairs. Other than that, it was a basic place to sleep for the night. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. The staff was polite but not really helpful. I will try a different place next time I'm in town.
