Five nights for a business trip clean and friendly hotel and staff. But the food and drinks options were limited

It was superb. Room was very cozy, i like the interior.

Staff very attentive! Everything was perfect

They charge extra for an accidental stain on the bed, towels! The FO is slow in attending requests.

The staff are amazing and professional. Facilities are good, having swimming pool, gym, bar, comfortable bed, etc. Also, appreciated special touch of providing plated cakes in the room on your first day. What I did not like is the room smells, not sure if due to pets were in the room, someone was smoking badly or theres something wet and moldy. I cant pinpoint but I have to spray antibacterial air room spray overnight. I have suggested at the concierge to have a separte room for guest that are allergic to pets or just not used to having pets at all. Lastly, our plated breakfast was cold and not freshly cooked and is overpriced. 2x tapsilog and a coffee with 1 juice cost us 2300 pesos. I hope there will be improvement as I appreciate it is near my area and it is handy when im visiting Philippines.
